"Arrived onsite for unit with no power. Found breaker tripped. Ran broil and was heating. Canceled and ran bake but unit tripped. Customer stated they have used unit successfully about 2 dozen times without any issues. Now breaker is tripping. Recommend builder try replacing current gfci breaker with a less problematic GE gfci breaker. If breaker is replaced and unit is still tripping, recommend returning with bake element and control. . No parts installed on this visit"

Arrived onsite for concerns about the noise generated by normal compressor function. Also explained that variance in handle height is within design specs at less than a 16th inch. Explained design and findings to the customer. Reported findings to techline to assist the customer in their pursuit of resolution with whirlpool. Called techline and spoke with Adrian. No further recommendations at this time SR# 7738987466

"Arrived on site to diagnose range with issues closing drawer. Examined drawer and found it out of its right rear guide. Repositioned drawer correctly. Unit working aa designed. Repair completed, no parts used."

Arrived onsite for freezer gapping causing condensation issues. Adjusted upper door hinge for proper alignment and good seal. All check good.

"Arrived onsite for range tripping breaker. On inspection the range breaker shares the circuit with the MW, you could not run both of them at the same time or the breaker will trip. Took the extension cord to another outlet and plugged the range in and it tripped that breaker. Gain access to the back of the range and unplugged the convection fan and the spark module. Now both worked at the same time. Plugged them back in and still both were working. Put the back cover on and the issue repaired. Took the back cover off and it all worked again. I found that the cover was found the unit out. I moved the line that was causing the ground and it fixed the issue. No parts were used and no gas leaks detected during service."
