"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not cooling. I rediagnosed unit and checked temps. I found the freezer at 1, but the RC was around 50. When performing tests I found the damper was not opening to the RC, causing RC to run hot. I retrieved a damper control and replaced / power cycled the unit. Once I did I found the damper opening and unit was cooling properly. Sealed system repair was not needed. Part used - WPW10196393. Repair completed. ; ordrng 1 WPW10196393 (Damper Control)"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator needing sealed system replacement. Upon arrival confirmed issue and replaced compressor w11580057, uv drier wpw10143759, and access valve w11506635. Pulled vac and recharged system with 47g of r600. Found temps dropping in fc and unit workin* as designed. Informed customer to give 24 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete"

On arrival verified complaint of not heating. Visual inspection found blown diode. Replaced and unit h7ms but no heat. Replaced magnetron and unit now heats. Job complete installed w11391712 and w11256462
