Arrived on site to test unit for not turning off. Found screen stuck on bake cycle but elements not engaged. Cycled power to unit and got console to respond. Advised customer to download app and connect unit to WiFi for software update. Advised may take a couple days for update. Advised to monitor and once update is complete and issue still persists would need to replace console. SR#7738931548

"Arrived on site to test unit for noisy spin. Activated diagnostic cycle and noise that sounded like cam rubbing was present. Inspected under unit, found cam bolt has gone lose and was rubbing against the pulley shield and the teeth have worn down. Replaced cam (W10721967), belt (W11239857), and actuator (W10913953) as precautionary. Tested unit, noise has been eliminated and unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
