"Arrived onsite and found unit unplugged and report of no cool following last repair. Found questionable cap tube/drier joist causing possible restriction. Removed and replaced the drier. Only evidence of dye was from a first trip leak that was patched. Pulled vacuum for 15 minutes and observed for loss. Steady vacuum, charged system with 4.4 oz of r134a. Unit resumed normal operating sounds and began to cool. WPW10143759"

Arrived onsite and found ice maker failed motor lost position. Replaced the icemaker and found led out and driver failure. Replaced parts with kit and led driver. Unit is now in good working order. W11683243 w10830288 w11658802

Arrived onsite and found unit not able to heat. Determined unit is not flame sensor shorted after addressing and replacing other parts in flame circuit. Replaced flame sensor and unit is now operating as designed. WP338906 WPW10328463 279311

Arrived onsite and found unit was not connected wifi and was presenting f8e0 error code repeatedly. Factory reset and cleared code. Connected unit to wifi with customer. Unit f8e0 populated again during preheat. Fans sound normal suspecting a sensor issue. Ordering both blowers to repair. Office to reschedule.
