"Arrived onsite for unit with no power. Found breaker tripped. Ran broil and was heating. Canceled and ran bake but unit tripped. Customer stated they have used unit successfully about 2 dozen times without any issues. Now breaker is tripping. Recommend builder try replacing current gfci breaker with a less problematic GE gfci breaker. If breaker is replaced and unit is still tripping, recommend returning with bake element and control. . No parts installed on this visit"

"Updated model number. Arrived on site for unit icemaker not making ice. Upon arrival inspected unit and found ice bin empty. Could not see receiver/emitter light on. Ran ice harvest test and unit did complete cycle. Ran a fill test and unit completed. Did record an E5 error in diagnostics but after power cycling unit and running the icemaker harvest test again the unit showed no error codes. Also, after power cycleHe emitter light was now registering. Customer will monitor . if symptoms persist, recommend returning with control, icemaker, emitter and receiver. No parts installed"

Arrived on site to replace failed gaskets. Replaced right and left RC gaskets. Molded gasket to fit. Tested and unit is functioning properly. Job complete Replaced gaskets W10830162 (2)

Arrived on site to replace faulty thermistor. Replaced and reassembled. Also found gap in refrigerator door seal that would have allowed some warm air migration. Molded seal to fit cabinet . Unit is functioning properly. Job complete . Installed WPW10384183
