Mike has been coming out to Haven South ,doing all the warranty work for our Whirlpool appliances .I will continue to use him for future repairs .

WRB322DMBM00, Arrived on site for unit not making ice checked unit icemaker by trying to jump start between T and L and icemaker will not start replaced icemaker and retested icemaker after repair and found that the icemaker is now working and called for water checked unit for water leaks and no leaks found at time of srv.... Unit checked fine at this time.....

WFW95HEDW0, Arrived on site for SOUNDED LIKE A BOMB WENT OFF- TOWARDS END OF SPIN CYCLE, checked unit and found that the Ventilation pipe poped out of place reinstalled in Ventilation pipe rechecked unit and unit checked fine at this time.... Checked unit for water leaks and no leaks found at time of srv....

APPLIANCE REPAIR COST

Our service call and diagnosis fee is $99.99 on most items.

This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide.

Customer Financing Available

For any repair that is over $99, a financing option is available through Paypal Credit.

HOW WE SCHEDULE

TIME

Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. We do require confirmation of the timeframe prior to arriving to your home.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!


YOUR APPLIANCE’S AGE

If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

LEGAL STUFF
Warranty applies only when you have paid us directly for a particular repair. Otherwise, your warranty is only the duration of the warranty you have with the manufacturer and/or extended warranty company. Our warranty does not cover food loss or loss of use. Single family home use only. Your product must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty.

*Only applies to service call if there is a completed repair. Service is only guaranteed for 30 days in any other circumstance.

Our oven broke and Appliances Express was sent to repair it through our extended warranty company. They came out that same week and Mike Gomez was very friendly, courteous, informative and professional. He gently stored our oven's door and the oven itself in a safe secure place and swiftly found and fixed the issue. He had the oven back up and running in less than fifteen minutes (all while patiently explaining his steps, process and findings). I would definitely recommend Mike Gomez from Appliances Express for your appliance service needs.
