DISHWASHER ELECTROLUX EIDW6105GW1 I arrived on site for a dishwasher thats not starting. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he was having an issue with the dishwasher turning on but it would not start and all the lights on the control panel would flash. The customer did say that it seem to reset itself this morning but he hadnt tested anything. Reset the control by pressing the high temp button five times and tested the unit. The unit started a cycle. Unit filled and re-circulated. Drained out the unit and tested the unit again twice more and the unit is not working as designed. Call complete
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRT519SZDM05 "Arrived on site for refrigerator thats freezing items in her refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when her stuff was freezing she had her refrigerator and freezer are both stuffed with items. However since shes remove some stuff, the stuff has thawed out and she hasnt had any further issue. She did still want the unit checked into. Unit was seemingly working as designed and there was no evidence of a defrost issue. Advise customer against overloading unit or blocking airflow to avoid further issues. Call complete ."
WASHER GE WCVH6800J0MS "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that as soon as she turned the washer on and it begins to fill, it leaks pretty substantially. Disassembled unit and found the rubber hose on the plastic dispenser drop was not seated correctly and it was causing it to leak from there around the Bello and onto the floor. Corrected rubber fitting and tested unit three times. Unit is not working as designed. Call complete."

Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit filling but not recirculating. Unit will need a pump and motor for repair. ; saved tckt
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF757SDHZ00 "Arrived on site for refrigerator thats not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that they have not been able to make ice for over a week. Ran the unit through diagnostics and tested the thermistors, evaporator fan, icebox fan, ice level sensor, and finally placed unit into the icemaker error codes. Found an E2 which indicated the motor lost position. Placed unit in a harvesting cycle and found the motor would not turn. Replaced the icemaker and tested the unit again in the harvest cycle. Found the unit spun and operated as designed. Filled icemaker and unit is working as designed. Call complete."
WASHER GE WTW5300VW2 "Arrived on site for a washing machine thats not spinning out clothes all the way. Inspected unit and work area. The customer says that the unit does spin out that they seem to be wetter than they should be and shes having to run a second spin cycle in order to dry them out the way that she wants them. Ran the unit through several cycles without clothes and then a load with clothes. The unit is working as designed. With the clothes, the customer had put in two towels and jeans and a couple shirts. The towels and jeans were dry enough to put into the dryer. I did explain to them that since everything is working properly, there would be no ability to Perform repair to make it better as there is no guarantee any replaced parts would guarantee dryer clothes. I informed him that unit is working as designed and that they do not have any issues at this time will their washer."
DISHWASHER FRIGIDAIRE PLD4375RFC0 Arrived on site for a dishwasher that had no power. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit was hooked up and hardwired to an electrical outlet. The issue was that the dishwasher was hooked up to the upper outlet and the power was hooked up to the lower outlet. Found power to the lower outlet but no power to the upper outlet. I did advise the customer that the unit was hooked up incorrectly and that there was an electrical hazard. The customer did have some wire nuts that he used to not the unit properly together to ensure the unit did have power. Once he did so he turn the power back on and the unit is not working as designed. Did advise the customer to wrap the nuts and electrical tape prior to used to avoid water penetration into the electrical outlet. Call complete.
ICE MACHINE KITCHENAID KUIS18PNJB5 Arrived on site for an icemaker thats not allowing the ice to come off the evaporator blade. Inspected unit and work area. Unit does not have a model and serial number that is visible due to the model and serial number being rubbed off. Customer advised that the the unit is not allowing the ice to come off that evaporator plate and is just continuing to build more and more ice on the plate. Turn the unit on and ran through two separate ice making cycles. Both times the unit filled recirculated and ice was dispense from the evaporator plate.
RANGE WHIRLPOOL W5CE3024XB00 "Arrived on site for a cooktop that has an element out. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the right front burner does not work. Remove top cover and tested continuity through the element and found proper continuity. Turn the unit on and tested voltage going to the elements and found 153 V. Unit needs a new infinite switch.
WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW8040DW4 "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Attempted to remove agitator, spanner nut, and basket and found inner spline of basket seized onto the drive shaft. He advised me to contact Casey in regards to rescheduling with the second technician.
DRYER ROPER RED4516FW0 "Arrived on site for a dryer that has no power again. Inspected unit and work area. Tested voltage going to the unit and found 101 V going from L1 to neutral, 120 V L2 to neutral, and 220V going from L1 to L2. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7729965083. He had me check voltage going from El want a neutral when the push the start button was pressed. Upon putting my leads onto the L1 to neutral terminals, I found 120V and the unit began to start. Under a load, the L one to neutral dropped to 113 V. He advised that due to the intermittent voltage, the issue would have to be with the electrical supply. He advised to make no repairs and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS555SIHZ00 Arrived on site for a refrigerator that wont make ice. Inspected unit and work area. Place unit and service diagnostics and ran through an icemaker harvest test. Icemaker harvest test ran as designed. Placed unit and a icemaker fill test and found the valve buzzing but water not running to the icemaker. Pulled off icemaker cover and attempted to check for any ice blockage in the fill tube. Was able to chisel out some ice and tested unit again. Unit began to fill as designed. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.
WASHER MAYTAG MVWX655DW2 "Arrived on site for a washing machine that still going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. Found unit unit sitting on uneven flooring and the washer tilted forward. Adjusted feet to try to level out the washer as much as possible. Placed in an in service diagnostics and found an F7 E7 (motor not able to reach target RPM) and an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. Checked suspension and suspension was good. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Replaced unit in a high-speed spin and ran the unit for two minutes with no problems. Had the customer put in a load of clothes and filled the basket with water. Unit started to agitate and I let the agitation run for two minutes before canceling the cycle. Ran the unit through a drain and spin and the unit drained and spun out properly without going off balance. Spoke to the customer about the loads she had used that went off balance and she advised that she had some blankets that went o
DISHWASHER GE GDF570SSF4SS "Arrived on site for a dishwasher thats not heating. Inspected unit and work. Placed Deana in Service diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran the unit through heating cycle and found no heat through the heater. Tested resistance through the heating element and found the heating element somewhat out of range. Went to the heater in the truck and tested the resistance through the heater. Found the same resistance through the new heater. Removed the control and tested resistance through the TCO and heater. Found an open line. Tested voltage going to the TCO and heater and found no voltage.Ordering flood switch and will return ; ordrng 1 WD21X10519 (switch flood)"
DISHWASHER FRIGIDAIRE FFBD2406NS2A Arrived on site for a dishwasher thats giving off a weird smell. Inspected unit and work area. Ran unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Noticed a foul odor coming from the dishwasher. Checked underneath the sink and found the drain hose going downhill from the garbage disposal back into the dishwasher. I advise the customer that their issue is primarily with the drain hose. The customer advised that they do not use their dishwasher ever and that they primarily and wash their dishes. I advise them to run a bleach cycle inside the dishwasher and then a normal cycle without any soap or dishes again after that. I did advise them to adjuster drain hose to go above their garbage disposal to avoid further issues. Call complete.
DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED4616FW0 Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Went to replace motor and found the blower wheel seized onto the motor. Chiseled off lower wheel and replaced both blower wheel and motor. Reassembled unit and unit is not working and heating as designed. Call complete.
DISHWASHER KITCHENAID KDPE334GPS0 Arrived on site for a dishwasher thats not washing dishes well. Inspected unit and work area. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working as designed. The customer advised that her issue was with white spots that appear on her dishes after the cycle. Found that her water supply is extremely hard water and noticed that she was not using jet dry. I went over several aspects of her dishwashing cycle and found that she was also not running hot water at her sink before running dishes. Went over user care guide and unit is working as designed.
WASHER WHIRLPOOL 1CWTW4815EW1 Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont drain. Inspected unit into work area. Place unit in Service diagnostics and found an F0 E2 (oversuds) error code. Ran the unit through and auto test and the unit ran as designed except for the hot water valve not bringing in much water. I tested the hot water valve and a manual test. Found the unit still not pouring water in. Remove the waterline from the back of the washer and turn the water valve the wall on while pouring the water into the standpipe. Found the water fluctuating in water pressure and barely trickling out. Found sand build up inside on top of the hot water valve. I advise the customer that they either have sand inside the water line or trash due to the fluctuations of water pressure in water barely pouring out of the water line . I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Joel SR# 7729958653. He had me check the dryer for the last load. Found sheets mixed with jeans and shirts. He advised thi
REFRIGERATOR FRIGIDAIRE PHS69EJSS0 Arrived on site for refrigerator thats still having a defrost issue. Inspected unit and work area. Was requested to take the amp draw off the heater when the unit was put in a defrost and found 0 A at the defrost heater. Tested voltage going to the defrost heater and found no voltage. Checked voltage from the freezer connector and found little voltage. Video chatted with SW and was asked to ohm out the heater. The heater read 30.1 ohms. Checked the defrost thermostat and found it closed while surrounded by ice. She then had me check continuity through the harness in the cabinet. We found the wires going to the defrost thermostat showing continuity but the brown wire on the heater showing open. She advised that that would make this unit non-repairable due to a broken wire inside the cabinet and this would be designated for non-repair.
OVEN WHIRLPOOL WOS51EC0HS00 "Arrived on site for an oven that wont connect to Wi-Fi. Inspected unit and work area. Attempted to connect customer to Wi-Fi and was unable to do so. We called the Wi-Fi connect team and they were unable to connect to the WiFi as well. They advised me to go ahead and replace the user interface again. Replaced console and attempted to connect agin. Do you and it still would not connect even after trying four times. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Austin SR# 7729938427. He advised that based on the issue at hand, to replace the antenna in the console together. He did request that we order the Consol through dread care team in case if theres been any updates to the console. Ordering parts in office will need to contact customer about reschedule date due to limited parts availability.; ordrng 1 W11044576 (antenna) and 1 W11296171 (console)"

WASHER MAYTAG MVWB765FW3 Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replace inlet water valve and tested unit. Found unit still not pulling in cold water. Tested voltage at the inlet water valve and found 120 V. Removed hose from the back of the unit and turned on water. Found cold water from the wall barely trickling out of the hose. I advise the customer their issue is with their water pressure inside the wall and that would be causing their no fill and not finishing out cycles issues. Call complete.

Tested individual components and found the door switch not working properly and not closing. Replaced door switch and tested unit. Found unit still not turning on. Removed front panel and found one of the harness connections on the motor not completely engaged. Re-fitted connector and tested unit. Unit turned on and is turning and heating as designed. DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED4616FW0 Arrived on site for a dryer that wont heat. Inspected unit and work area. Tested unit and confirmed customers complaint. Tested voltage at the terminal block and found proper voltage going to the unit. Tested voltage going to the heater. Found the heater was lacking 120 V as it was only receiving 120 v. Replaced the timer and tested unit. Dryer still would not heat. Spoke to PR and was advised to check voltage going to the element. Found 120 V coming from the L1 side but was missing the L2 voltage. Was advised that the issue is with the centrifugal switch on the motor not a line voltage to pass through. Ordering motor; ordrng 1 279827 (motor!dryer)
MICROWAVE GE JVM3160DF4WW Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced door and latch board and tested unit. Unit began working as designed. Ran the unit through two cycles of at least two minutes and the unit completed the cooking cycles without turning itself off or popping the breaker.Call complete.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRT518SZFM00 Arrived on site for a refrigerator that wont cool either section. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised the unit does cool the freezer section but that the refrigerator section isnt getting cold. Found airflow blockage in the refrigerator and freezer sections causing the error tunnel from the freezer to freeze. Found evaporator completely free of frost. Advised customer against blocking airflow components due to this issue. Removed frost and tested unit. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.
REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KFIL27CXMS0 Arrived on site for refrigerator that has a control panel out and is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and tested voltage going to the user interface. Found 14 V DC going to the Y the Y not displaying. Customer advised that her icemaker can be turned on and off through the UI and I did notice that the user interface also lets the control know if theres ice in the bucket. Ordering user interface and office will need to get authorization for repair ; ordrng 1 W10309089 (cntrl-elec)
DISHWASHER GE GSD4000V00BB Arrived on site for a dishwasher that still has no power. Inspected unit and work area. Tested voltage at the junction box. Found no voltage still going to the dishwasher. Tested continuity through the power cord and found proper continuity. Hi customer getting an extension cord to plug into another outlet. Tested voltage at the outlet and found proper voltage at the outlet used. Turn the unit on and unit began to run as designed. Advised customer that they still have a voltage issue underneath our sink where the dishwasher plugs in. Customer advised that the last electrician only checked voltage at the breaker box and not at the plug. Customer will need an electrician to repair the electrical supply.
WASHER WHIRLPOOL MVWB765FW2 "Arrived on site for a washing machine that will cost after the cycle of selected. Inspected unit and work area. Placed in an in-service diagnostics and found an F5 E1 (lid switch fault, lid is up) and an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error code. Placed unit in a manual test for the lid lock and unit operated as designed 4 times unlocking and locking the lid. Ran the unit through a diagnostic test and unit ran as designed. Customer stated that intermittently he unit wont accept her start selections or will paste immediately after pressing start. All evidence including the F2 E1 code point to a shorted key on the start button. DISHWASHER FRIGIDAIRE PLD4375RFC0 Arrived on site for a dishwasher that doesnt have water entering the unit. Inspected unit and work area. Placed unit in a normal cycle and confirmed the water valve was not letting water in. Tested voltage going to the water valve and found proper voltage. Removed water valve and found calcium buildup inside the water valve and inside the inlet water hose. I replaced the water valve and tried to flush the water hose out wit the water pressure from the wall. Found calcium buildup would not be flushed out or removed. I did inform the customer they would need to replace their water hose in order to receive proper water supply and not clog back up their new valve. Customer is going to get a plumber to uninstall and reinstall a new water valve as well as check the pipes at the wall for further calcium deposits. Unit is not working as designed. Call complete.
