KDTE104ESS0 (Dishwasher) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of no water entering dishwasher. Tested unit. Found water valve not turning on. Removed faulty water inlet valve and installed new replacement. Tested water at house line and found no entering unit. Advised to have water supply checked over. Customer will call plumber. All water connections were dry at time of service.
WET4027EW1 (Washer/Dryer Combo) - Arrived onsite to install parts from prior tech's diagnosis. Removed washer top. Removed lid switch and installed new replacement. Reassembled. Upon tested unit, found washer portion will not start. Removed power cover and found checked voltage. Found only 120v between L1/L2. Unit needs 240v to work properly. Advised maintenance of the issue. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.
WTW8040DW2 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of top load washer stopping mid cycle and no end beep sound. Entered service diagnostics and found error code F2E1 (UI Stuck Button). Cleared error code and ran test 052 to calibrate unit. Unit calibrated successfully. Manual tested unit. Unit now fills,agitates,drain and spins with no issues. All water connections were dry at time of service.
MVWB765FW0 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of top load washer taking too long to fill and not start. Tested water valve in service mode and found valves not opening up. Removed console and removed faulty water valve. Installed new replacement. Reassembled and ran test 052. Unit calibrated sucessfully. Tested unit. Unit fills,agitates,drain and spins as intended. All water connections were dry at time of service.
WRB322DMBM00, Arrived on site for unit not making ice checked unit icemaker by trying to jump start between T and L and icemaker will not start replaced icemaker and retested icemaker after repair and found that the icemaker is now working and called for water checked unit for water leaks and no leaks found at time of srv.... Unit checked fine at this time.....
