Alisha - Troy, TX
Much more professional and actually thoroughly checked my dryer to find the problem. Still sucks that it took two appointments over a span of a week to only need lubricant added.
Alisha - Troy, TX
He showed up and without hearing the sound my dryer was making he started taking it apart. Replaced a part and told me I was good to go. As soon as he left the dryer began making the same noise. Called back only for him to return and tell me it’s the motor and he has to order it. 5 days later they come back and this guy says the motor is fine. I simply needed lubricant on a part inside the dryer. First service guy was very unprofessional. Second guy was much better but still sucks to wait an entire week for the dryer to get lubricant added to it.
Great service from Al
Alan - Troy, TX
Due to a cancellation, Al was able to come sooner than originally scheduled. His office contacted me first for permission and he contacted me a few minutes later to confirm. He arrived professionally dressed, inspected the range, produced the necessary part and completed the service in about 15 minutes! He was very polite and easy to chat with. Very happy with his customer service skills!

Was not happy that serviceman did not have updated warranty information with him when he arrived. I had to call office and they called him. Other than that he was great.
Repair was quick and easy for him. Thank you

This was second time out, but was pleased with service. It is funny that the ( deflector ) not sure if that is the proper name has to be just right spot for it to work when it is same all the way around. Just has a sweet spot. I just didn't want something to blow up.
Repair was quick and easy for him. Thank you
