After getting the unit apart I found the line in the unit was 5/16” to the spigot and the line that was sent in the parts breakdown is 1/4”. I believe this is why the unit has dripped since day one because the hole in the dispenser facade is a 1/4” allowing the tubing to come thru it and not touch it causing the water to drip. Need to install a 5/16” x 1/4” reducer and use the 1/4” line that was sent. Ordering c-notes & WPW10334458 CONNECTOR. Ran 1 full harvest cycle, found the noise is coming from the ice cracking during hot gas release. I upped the size of ice cubes in diagnostic mode. Unit tested good."

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFF302ESS01 Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with a no ice condition and the dispenser is leaking water. I found the dispenser with a very slow drip just from the air on the downside of the loop in the line at the dispenser.I removed the dispenser facia and tightened the water line in the guide. I found the ice maker with a defective motor. I replaced the ice maker and the unit went into a harvest and filled with water. The dispenser never dripped while I was completing the job. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

DISHWASHER KITCHENAID KUDE40FXBL Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher with an upper rack that will not stay mounted. Found upper rack adjusters broken causing rack to fall from rails. Replaced adjusters and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.Adjusters
RANGE KITCHENAID KSGB900ESS0 Arrived onsite for the range with the oven that needs to be recalibrated. I tested the temp with the set point at 350 degrees. I found the temp average about 15 degrees low. I put a 10 degree positive offset in the control and tested the unit. I found the temp cycling correctly but I found the burner exploding when igniting and popping when going out. This was causing the burner not to light and go thru a purge period before relighting causing the temp to drop extremely low. I adjusted the air/gas mixture and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed. There were no gas leaks present at the time of service.

COOKTOP JENN-AIR JED4536GS00 "Called customer on second #, and spoke to mr. Berry at 4:42 and advised that with traffice eta was 35 mins. The first phone number was incorrect and the gentleman who answered said he was not mr. Berry. Arrived at the guard gate entrance at 5:14 and called customer at 512-801-1622 two more times and LMNA, guard called multiple times as well with no answer. We pulled to waiting area for 5 minutes until other cars had to get through and we had to move. Attached pic of ticket given by Hills security for customer to call to allow us entry and moved on. Customer called CS phone at 6:00 and 6:03 and was unable to answer do to heavy traffic. Office will need to reschedule customer (by CS)"

MICROWAVE KITCHENAID KHMS155LBL0 Arrived on site to replace magnetron and grill for microwave tested unit prior to replacing magnetron due to customers description of failure. Found actual failure with capacitor out of range and shorted out. Replaced capacitor and fuse and upper grill that previous technician ordered. Tested unit found all is functioning properly at this time. Magnetron and diode were not needed for this repair.
