Quick courteous service




I was provided with quick professional service. My ice maker went out and needed to be replaced. Technician Mike Gomez had the part on hand. Technician took the time to explain the issue as well as my warranty information. He even worked around my mosey cat and curious dogs! Thank you Mike! I will be sure to refer you on our neighborhood FB.

WFE320M0ES0 (Freestanding Range) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of “COOKTOP ON” light stuck on. Removed back cover and found RF infinite switch contactors bad. Removed RF infinite switch and installed new replacement. Reassembled. “COOKTOP ON” light is off. All other elements works as intended. No other issues found.

Arrived on site for unit saying to open and Close door, checked unit and found that the door switches are bad replaced door switches and interlocks checked unit after repair and unit is heating unit checked fine at this time.... WMH31017FW0

WTW8900BC0 (Front Load Washer) - Arrived on site to install outer tub to front load washer from prior tech’s diagnosis. Remove the outer tub and install new replacement. Console and removed LH hinge. Install new hinge. Reassembled. Tested unit. Unit feels agitates drains and spends as attended. All water connections were dry at time of service.

WRS586FLDM01 (SxS Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite to install parts to SxS refrigerator from prior tech’s diagnosis. When arrived, unit was already defrosted. Removed harness and control. Installed new replacements. Reassembled. Tested unit. Good frost pattern forming. No water connected to unit at time of service.

Our service call and diagnosis fee is $99.99 on most items.

This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide.

Customer Financing Available

For any repair that is over $99, a financing option is available through Paypal Credit.

HOW WE SCHEDULE

TIME

Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. We do require confirmation of the timeframe prior to arriving to your home.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!


YOUR APPLIANCE’S AGE

If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

LEGAL STUFF
Warranty applies only when you have paid us directly for a particular repair. Otherwise, your warranty is only the duration of the warranty you have with the manufacturer and/or extended warranty company. Our warranty does not cover food loss or loss of use. Single family home use only. Your product must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty.

*Only applies to service call if there is a completed repair. Service is only guaranteed for 30 days in any other circumstance.

We've had Appliance Express come out for various jobs (so far, under warranty). The technicians are always great and super helpful. They'll answer questions about anything and everything, even if it's not what you called them out for.

They had to reschedule a couple appointments. They were always proactive about it though so you weren't left wondering. Still, a lot of clients make sure they are at home during the several-hour appointment window and I think Appliance Express could make it a priority to always make their window so clients don't have to find another block of time.

That said, they are a fantastic company! And definitely several notches above most other home contractors.
