Arrived on site and found water level sensor has already been replaced by another company, set washer to fill on small, When the water level stopped switched it to medium, when that stopped switched it to large etc. took pictures of water level when it stopped at medium and at super. Agitation begin this correctly and moved timer forward to observe spin and drain and water is operating properly. Customers complaint is that water level is different than it used to be, however it is not over filling and this may just be due to some tolerance between Old switch and the new one. Job complete

I found the lower half of the vacuum vent hanging down causing the inside or top side to dip and not allow the vent cap to seat on one side. I removed the ice from in the tube. I switched the cap with one from the RC. The cap fits better but there is still a small gap. I was able to pull the top of the inner base up to close the gap but it starts moving down and opening the gap up because the way the base is foamed into the cabinet.
