Cook Top Inquiery

We thought our new Kitchen Aid cook top needed the gas regulated. Appliance Express service rep explained several things about our new cook top and let us know that there wasn't a problem with the gas. He left us feeling very comfortable that our cook top was function properly and we are not much more knowledgeable on how to use our new cook top.

The service personnel arrived just as scheduled. Both of the technicians performed a complete diagnostic test of the appliance (washer). They then thoroughly informed us how the washer was designed to function and answered all of our questions. They were extremely knowledgeable regarding the mechanics and even went through the control settings to explain how they are interactive. Color us impressed!

Sound center vertical mullian is lifted and causing an air gap, took one picture. Heated gasket to improve seal and added silicon along perimeter between freezer liner and outer cabinet to improve seal. Documented situation with tech line if this does not correct the issue no parts can be ordered that can adjust it further. SR7726152279"
DISHWASHER AMANA ADB1400AGS1 Arrived onsite for the dishwasher odor. Ran diagnostics and all functions tested good. Took filter out and saw that it was mildewed and stinky causing the order smell. Customer was did not know that there was a filter in the dishwasher. Ordering filter advised customer to clean the filter once every two weeks to a month depending on amount of use. ; ordrng 1 W10872845 (filter)

DISHWASHER KITCHENAID KDTE234GPS0 Arrived on site to test unit for upper rack falling and unit not closing correctly and upper rack running on tub. Test unit and found tub damaged in the left side and right side and back side. Also found front door panel damaged on the right and left side. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRV986FDEM00 Arrived onsite for the refrigerator freezer compartment has frost build up. Upon inspection found that the freezer door gasket was not sealing properly. Applied heat to the gasket using a heat gun and stretched out gasket to make it seal better. Gasket is now sealing and freezer door tested good. Ran diagnostics and all functions tested good. Complete.

Reset panel and observed oven cycle three times without smelling any gas aroma. Range is now operating normally, job complete."

Removed clothing and was able to drain water and run a diagnostic cycle, all water drained out. Inspected drain catch and it is clear, ran a rinse and spin with a small load and it completed.
