I called KitchenAid to file a warranty claim on my 3 month old dishwasher (detergent dispenser broke); they set up an appointment with Appliance Express for me. Appliance Express then called me maybe an hour later to confirm some info and the appointment time, and also emailed me a reminder. Joe called me when he was in the area to let me know he was on the way. Nice knowledgeable guy; enjoyed talking to him while he replaced the dispenser. He ran a test cycle for leaks when he was done. Did a full load of dishes later that evening and the machine worked like new. My kitchen is all Whirlpool other than the dishwasher; if I ever need any service I'm calling these guys.

Model WRF535SWHZ00, Arrived on call for ice maker not making ice found ice-maker finger bent due to screw lodged in it, has 120 ac volts to ice maker but will not cycle, unit will need ice maker, cycled ice maker and it filled with water, customer to dump first batch of ice and then use from then on, customer to allow for 24-48 hours for proper ice production, no water leaks after repair, call complete.
Model WRT519SZDM02, Arrived on apartment 1327 , replaced freezer door due to ice buildup in door, customer to let unit run and see if issue returns, door gaskets are all sealing and were inside liner meets outer cabinet on both sections has been sealed, no water leaks at time of call, call complete
Model KSRJ25IMST10, Arrived on call for ice maker not making ice, replaced ice maker due to heater broken prior, arrived today to install emitter and receiver boards due to still no power to ice maker after replaced ice maker and to replace the ice bin button, installed all parts and i e bin will release from door know and ice maker cycled and filled with water customer to dump first batch of ice and then use from then on, customer to allow for 24 to 48 hours for proper ice production.
Model WRX988SIBM01, Arrived on call for frost and condensation in freezer,, found left bottom corner of freezer door gasket has a deformed part in it which will not allow proper seal, also found unit will need adapter kit and sealer gum for return, will reschedule for 7/18/18, no water leaks at time of call.
Model WRV986FDEM01, Arrived on call for no interior lights and power failure keeps appearing on display, unplugged the unit and found outlet has a open ground, also the mid drawer control is submerged in water and the orange wire is broken off the connector, and then unplugged the mid drawer control and put unit on a good outlet and power failure is still returning, will order main control, ui control, mid drawer control, mid left door ss, and fresh food evap fan motor due to noise due to not defrosting, will need autho., office will reschedule with customer if autho. Is approved, ,called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Keisha 7722415458, customer to contact a electrician to have outlet fixed. On return will need to seal around drain tube and will need adapter kit as well. No water leaks at time of call.
Model WZF34X16DW04, Arrived on call for freezer cabinet feels warm, found that unit is in garage and amb. Conditions are to high instructed customer to keep garage door cracked and a fan blowing on the back compressor area and if issues with unit stop cooling returns customer will need to move unit inside until cooler months return, as for heat on outside cabinet wall is normal this unit has no external condenser heat is exchanged from the side cabinet walls, instructed customer if unit continues to intermittently stop cooling will need to move unit in home due to it is to hot of conditions to run under in the garage it is to hot in the garage, also found outlet that unit is plugged in to is a gfci outlet which will need to be changed to a standard outlet which could also cause unit to shut down, customer to have outlet changed to a standard 120 ac outlet, no parts needed, call complete
Model WRS325FDAB02, Arrived on call for fresh food side not going below 63 degrees, found evap fan not running at proper speed and damper broken and fan not turning on when set to coldest setting will replace control and t-stat and damper and evap fan, replaced all parts and know getting proper air flow to fresh food section, customer to allow for 12-24 hours for proper cooling, also sealed were inside liner meets outer cabinet on both sections due to large gaping, call complete, no water leaks at time of call.
WED92HEFW1 Arrived on site for “not cooling” complaint. Inspected unit and found high limit thermostat had failed. Removed and replaced thermostat. Tested unit. Unit is performing as designed. Instructed customer to clean venting every six months to prevent possible fire hazards and for better performance and economy.

Model WRX988SIBM03, Arrived on call for no cool complaint, found freezer is at 15 degrees on product and fresh food temp is 64 degrees, found fresh food evap coil is i ed over again, prior evap sensor was repositioned per whirlpools instruction on placement of the fresh food evap sensor and still same issue, fresh food compartment and evap sensor pass in diag, and fresh food evap coil is iced over completely, and fresh food evap fan i can hear it trying to run but covered in ice, called whirlpool tech line and talked to tbore, 7722285011, per whirlpool tech line to replace the fresh food evap fan with sensors and the evap cover for the fresh food due to posable warping of evap cover in fresh food creating icing issue on fresh food evap coil. Office will reschedule is autho. Is approved for fresh food evap cover.
WRF555SDFZ05 Arrived to inspect ice in fc. I found the door hanging out at the top, not allowing the gasket to make contact with the cabinet. I removed ice from the air leak area and adjusted the door hangers to correct the gasket gapping. I lubricated the upper basket slides and tested the unit. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.
WDF320PADB3 Arrived to inspect incorrect cycling. I found 4-3 stored in memory and during test mode, the unit filled, pulsed the motor momentarily and then resumed normal operation. I found the connector at the motor felt somewhat loose at initial removal. I ensured complete insertion and tested. I attempted to get the unit to fail through tripping the door switch and it operated as designed. I allowed the unit to till and run through two complete user mode sub-cycles and the issue appeared to be remedied. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.
Model LGGF3042KFN, Arrived on call for f10 and f13 error, replaced sensor probe and control and tested and all checks good, oven preheated to 350 and no error codes returned and all burners on top are working, control 113.55, probe 42.96, labor 90.00, service fee was paid prior, which = 246.51 plus tax 20.34 which = 266.85, collected this remaining balance, call complete, no gas leaks after repair, call complete.

Model JGBS65REF2SS, Arrived on call for only left rear burner not lighting, replaced left rear burner head and tested and all checks good left rear burner is know lighting as it should, all checks good, other parts ordered just incase needed are not needed, call complete, no gas leaks at time of call call complete.
Model WDF320PADB1, Arrived on call for display panel not lighting and dispenser broken and no heat , 7-1 which is a no heat error, 5-1 which is door switch stuck open, 6-6 which is incoming water temp is below 84 degrees, checked heat cycle and is coming on it is drawing 8.5 amps on black wire at front of dishwasher when forced on on the heat cycle which is good, customer had found prior to service that the heating element wire was disconnecter under dishwasher so they reconnected it but says still has not drying issue and poor clean, found that customer has not been running hot water at sink before starting dishwasher and is using to much soap and rinse aid, instructed customer on soap start with table spoon of liquid and if sudsing reduce to tea spoon of liquid soap and rinse aid found it was set at max and being customer is not on a water softner set the rinse aid to 2 on dispenser, also found dispenser door is broken, will need to replace dispenser, dispenser , also found that a
Model WRX988SIBM03, Arrived on call for still leaking water from dispenser area, installed parts that previous tech ordered but one of the clips not needed because there is only one clip and the previous tech ordered 2, checked operation of water and calling for ice and all checks good, no water leaks after repair. Model KUDS35FXSSA, Arrived on call for grinding noise from pump motor assem., replaced pump motor assem. That previous tech ordered and tested and noise is gone, no water leaks after repair, call complete.
Model WRB322DMBW00, Arrived on call for no cool complaint from the fridge and compressor extremely hot, found unit unplugged today so when plugged unit in compressor does not sound normal and is drawing 1.86 amps and very little heat exchange on discharge line after about 10 min. Of run, installed sealed system parts ordered by prior tech, and know is getting good heat exchange and temps are pulling down in fridge, customer to allow for 24-48 hours for proper cooling, call complete, unit is not connected to water.
Model LGGF3042KFN, Arrived on call for f10 and f13 error, f10 is run away temp and f13 is bad eeprom, found the oven sensor is out of range and also unplugged power for more than 30 seconds and f13 appears will need control and sensor , control 113.55, probe 42.96, service /labor co150 189.99 which = 346.50 plus tax 28.59 which = 375.09, customer agreed to est., skyped office parts and talked to kristen and will reschedule for 6/18/18

Model KDTM354DSS3, Arrived on call for dishwasher not washing dishes, and soap is not dissolving, 6-1 low or no water , 7-2 heater stuck on, 8-2 drain motor electrical problem found unit is draining properly and filling properly and heater is coming on as it should and going off, found pump motor diverter just clicking but not circulating water unit will need wash pump motor, pump motor 243.16, svc/labor dw625 169.99 which =413.15 plus tax 34.08 which =447.23 customer agrred to est. installed pump motor assem. And all checks good, call complete, no water leaks after repair., collected full balance of 447.23.
Model ED5FHEXVS01, Arrived on call for filter leaking water and ice maker is not making ice, found that the water filter housing and water valve is bad, replaced water filter housing and valve and tested and icemaker cycled on its own and then filled with water and dispenser is know dispensing water and did find leak mfrom filter housing, installed valve and filter housing and all checks good no water leaks after repair. Call complete.
Model WDT730PAHZ0, Checked for error codes and got F8 e2 drain motor electrical problem,, f8e1 drain motor electrical problem ,f6e2 fill. Al e electrical problem, f7e1 no heat error, found that pump motor can hear it running diverter under unit but is not spraying water, will need wash pump motor, also control after replacing wash pump motor only getting 114 ac volts to wash pump motor, installed control as well tested and all checks good unit is know washing and draining and heating and does have proper water fill to the unit, gave customer instruction on soap and rinse aid and to run hot water at sink before starting dishwasher, no water leaks after repair, call complete.
Model WRS325FDAB02, Arrived on call for warped separator not allowing proper seal to the dispenser chute and is leaking, replaced separator in dispenser and all checks good and is know sealing, found no water leaks at time of call after repair, call complete. Also instructed customer to kill power to the fridge at breaker for 1 min. And then turn the power back on to reset controls.
Arrived on site for fresh food freezing . Found freezer dampener turned to max , turned down to min . Ran diagnostics all check ok . Did replace control box out , old one didn’t have any markings ,new one did have the W on it . Called tech line and documented .7722177354. No water leaks detected at time of service . Job complete .
Model FFBD2412SS0A, Arrived on call for dishwasher not draining water and odor issues from the dishwasher,found that unit no longer has a draining issue it is only the odor from the dishwasher is the issue that the customer is still having, found that customer was not cleaning properly customer says prior tech did not give her the proper instruction she just poured vinegar in to bottom of dishwasher and automatically drained out when started cycle.customer to put and a 1/2 cups of white vinegar in a glass on top rack in the upright position and run through a high heat cycle to get rid of odors and if same issue to purchase dishwasher magic to clean the dishwasher again, no parts needed, call complete, instructed customer if issue still returns after using dishwasher magic to reschedule for service.

Model WRX735SDBM02, Arrived on call for icemaker not making ice, found icemaker is double stacking cubes and fusing together, also water is leaking from head of icemaker due to cracked mold and icemaker bucket is broken and valve is leaking even though icemaker is not calling for water and is freezing fill cup, replaced icemaker and bucket and valve and tested and all checks good, no water leaks after repair, call complete.

Model NTW4516FW1, Arrived on call for not getting hot water on regular setting it will only get warm intermittently and some times only cold, installed main control and valve and temp switch and water got some what warmer on this setting, instructed customer for a hot wash will need to run any other cycle but regular for hot wash only, regular is the energy efficient wash this setting will not only do a hot wash, hot and cold selections are all changing as they should, no water leaks after repair call complete.
