"Arrived on site to test unit for filling and draining. Tested unit found recirculating pump not engaging and water reaching passed the overflow and not stopping. This indicates unit needs a new recirculating pump to fix issue. Replaced pump and tested, unit is now circulating water over evaporator plate and creating an ice sheet. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no heat, tested unit found it receiving proper voltage, tested sensors and found thermal cutoffs shorted, replaced and tested, unit is now heating, ran vent test and it failed, customer stated that vent was cleaned 3 months ago but stated customer that it is possible that a birds nest is clogging it, advised customer not to run unit until the restriction has been removed, at this time job complete"

Arrived on site for not heating. Upon arrival ran vent test and test failed. Found vent hose and wall completely clogged with lint. Removed rear panel to inspect heating circuit components. Found cut off is OL. Need to replace cut off. Replaced cut off and test unit. Unit is now operating as designed . Advised customer that ventilation needs to be cleaned and recommended replacing vent hose. Job complete

"Arrived on site to preform previously diagnosed SS, replaced compressor and LOK ring fittings, vacuumed system down for 25 minutes and system held good vacuum for 10 minutes, charged system with 68g of R600 but relay on control is short cycling got authorization to replace control, replaced and tested, unit developed a good frost pattern advised customer to monitor for next 24 hours before loading, at this time unit is running as designed, job completed"

"Arrived on site for not cooling and ice container and coupling are broken. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found ice container and coupling have failed. Also can hear click from start device but there is no sound from compressor. Compressor is cold to the touch. Replaced start device and capacitor. Compressor now powers on but pulls 9 amps, then turns off. Need to replace compressor. Compressor has a 10 year warranty. Replaced ice container, coupling, capacitor, and start device. Need to order compressor, access valve, Uv drier, nitrogen, R600 kit, and 2 hour weigh. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11635510 (Compressor) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen) and 1 R600kit (R600 kit) and 1 WPW10143759 (Access valve) and 1 2hourweigh (2 hour weigh)"
