Arrived on site for a dryer not heating but drum spins. Found thermal cutoff defective. Removed and installed new thermal cutoff kit. Tested unit and unit heated as expected. Dryer venting is cleared. The dryer was in the driveway under carport and customer was not home, but gave permission to service dryer.

Arrived on site for an F20 error code. Ran unit in diagnostic mode and the F20 code appeared. F20 code reads that the pressure switch trip is not detecting. Unplugged unit and removed old pressure switch to find a crack in the housing; blew into the pressure switch tube to check air flow and it checked good. Installed new pressure switch, plugged unit in and tested unit. Unit operated as expected. No leaks found/all connections were dry. We entered the home via the garage door and left the home via the garage door. Notified the customer via telephone.

Arrived on site to replace shorted board that was caused by shorted pump, replaced both, unit recalibrated unit checked ok, in warehouse not hooked to water.

HOW WE SCHEDULE

TIME

Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. We do require confirmation of the timeframe prior to arriving to your home.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!


YOUR APPLIANCE’S AGE

If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

Single family home use only. Your product must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty.

*Only applies to service call if there is a completed repair. Service is only guaranteed for 30 days in any other circumstance.

It was frustrating, at first, that the earliest available appointment was a week out, and then it was cancelled due to the assigned tech being out ill. However, when the appointment did happen a few days later, Jonathan was fantastic. He was courteous, quick, and did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how we can help prevent future issues like it. He also gave us some great advice on how to ensure the rest of our appliances are functioning the best they can. Thanks Jonathan!
