Arrived on site for clothes tearing. Customer showed me examples of ladies blouses with small holes in them. Checked unit and found no sharp edges and found all portions of cycle working correctly. Visited with customer about cycles and selections. All water connections were dry.
Arrived on site for no operation and leaking water. Inspected unit before operating and found nothing visually wrong. Ran unit through reclibration mode. All operations were normal. Started unit on normal cycle and observed normal operations and found no water leaks either.
