Excellent Service!

Jonathan was the service tech that repaired my dryer. While he was repairing my dryer, he explained what he was doing and offered helpful tidbits of information to make my dryer as well as my washer to run more efficiently. I would highly recommend this company to service your appliances.

Great Service

Technician was able to diagnose the problem with my dishwasher and ordered parts. Can't wait til my dishwasher is fully functional.

Arrived on site and checked the unit for not responding. Checked components and found a faulty control and UI. Removed and replaced control and UI. Ran test cycle and all checks ok. No water leaks present after service. Job complete.

Arrived on site and checked the unit for not cooling properly. Checked temps and found 47 degrees in freshfood and 15 degrees in freezer. Comfirmed condenser coils are clean. Removed evap panel and found a full frost pattern with lower 1/3 section more frosted. Ran a defrost cycle and found control sends no power to bimetal and heater. Bimetal and heater ohmed out ok. Found a faulty defrost control. Normal wear and tear. No water leaks present after service. Office to order parts and reschedule due to no response on skype.

Arrived on site and checked the unit for pts issues. Found pts switch pushed inside unit. Inspected switch and was not broken nor cracked. Reinstalled pts switch and is secure. Ran test cycle and all checks ok. Job complete.

Our service call and diagnosis fee is $99.99 on most items.

This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide.

Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. We do require confirmation of the timeframe prior to arriving to your home.


Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!


If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

It was frustrating, at first, that the earliest available appointment was a week out, and then it was cancelled due to the assigned tech being out ill. However, when the appointment did happen a few days later, Jonathan was fantastic. He was courteous, quick, and did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how we can help prevent future issues like it. He also gave us some great advice on how to ensure the rest of our appliances are functioning the best they can. Thanks Jonathan!
