Very nice person. Wore mask and gloves. Stellar!!
Another Good Service
Ray - Lorena, TX
Once again, the technician was knowledgeable, used all his resources including the special technical service line and was friendly and professional. I wish Maytag wouldn’t have made it necessary for him to continue coming out to replace our icemaker. Including the original one, we are on number 4, ridiculous and not the technicians fault.
Round Two, hope this works
Ray - Lorena, TX
The tech was great, unfortunately the original icemaker didn't last and neither did the second one. Not the techs fault and he took care of it in a timely manner.
Good work, needed to clean up
Ray - Lorena, TX
Jonathan was quick to,diagnose and replace the defective parts. He was very knowledgeable and professional. That said, dirty handprints were left on the outside of the icemaker and the door that should have been cleaned up.
Broke my fridge, refuse to repair.
Jason - Lorena, TX
My LG Refrigerator was seemingly stuck in defrost mode. The first tech sent out (Jon M) diagnosed sealed system failure and ordered parts. After parts arrived, 2nd tech (Arthur Book) said first tech was new and misdiagnosed. Ordered different parts. After parts arrived a second time Arthur returned and installed the parts, and now my ice maker no longer works. I called to have them return a 4th time and was told "We no longer take LG warranty work" and they refuse to return to repair what they broke. I have been without a working fridge for almost a month and am now working with another company to obtain repairs. I realize that this company has very high reviews, but this is a well earned 1 star review. They broke my fridge and refuse to return to repair it.
Great Service Tech!

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS571CIHZ01 "Arrived on site for replacement of freezer door, icemaker, & jumper wire. After inspecting original diagnosis of freezer door I found that the freezer door itself is functioning fine also the icemaker does appear to be able to call for water and harvest just like it should and after running diagnostics on both the icemaker in the thermistors in the freezer in the fridge I found that everything was functioning as designed. The problem I found that was causing the freezer to allow too much cold air into the refrigerator and freezing everything on the fresh fruit side was due to the fact that the dampener motor located in the fresh meat section was bad and at certain points it would get stuck open and then another situations it would be stuck closed and not allowing the cold air to fluctuate through the unit as it should. At this point in time the dampen the motor will need to be replaced in order to allow proper air fluctuations between freezer and fr

And icebox at 2°F icebox was 3/4 of the way full and customer advised that it hadnt been that high in a while. I called Techline and spoke to Ed SR# 7728451367. He advised that this unit has a very slow icemaker. And that you need both freezer and door icemakers running to have optimum icemaking conditions. He advised the issue seems like a consumption issue with the customers using more ice that it produces. If I was to make no repairs and unit is working as designed. Call complete."
