WASHER MAYTAG MVWX655DW1 "Arrived onsite for customer complaint of top load washer not responding. Was able to enter diagnostics and found error code F2E1 (Stuck Key). Cleared error code and calibrated unit. Unit completed successfully. Manual tested unit. Unit fills,agitates,drain and spins as intended. All water connections were dry at time of service."
DRYER MAYTAG MEDB855DC4 Arrived onsite for customer complaint of dryer knob stuck in “SANITIZE” cycle. Removed console and found connection between control and UI had become loose. Secured connection and entered diagnostics. Found F2E1 error. Cleared error codes. Tested unit. Unit now functions as intended. No other issues found. Dryer vent clean of lint at time of service.
REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRMF706ESS01 Arrived to inspect ice maker not dispensing ice properly.Verified complaint and removed and replaced the motor dispenser and plate.Reassembled and unit tested as designed.CUSTOMER SATISFIED JOB COMPLETE.
FREEZER WHIRLPOOL WZC3122DW01 Arrived to inspect chest freezer with no light operating.Checked the bulb at the socket and bulb was good. Checked voltage at the switch and got NO READING OF 120 volts.Removed and replaced the both the socket and switch.Called tech line and spoke with ROBERT TECH LINE
WASHER WHIRLPOOL MVWX655DW1 Arrived to inspect unit making unusual noise. Tested the unit and and couldn’t duplicate the complaint. Calibrated the unit and checked underneath for a possible loose screw. No abnormal issues with unit. All water lines were dry at the time of service.
WASHER WHIRLPOOL MVWX655DW1 Arrived on site for the unit is making noise. Tested the unit and found the unit is making a clanking noise. Found the noise is coming from the gearcase and the cam. Replaced both parts and tested the units and unit is still making the noise. Advise the customer the unit does make odd noises. All water connections are dry at the time of service.
KFGD500ESS03 (Freestanding Gas Range) - Arrived onsite for customer compliant of freestanding gas range not maintaining heat in oven sections. Oven was set to 350F when arrived. Used probe to check temperature. Found unit dropped to almost 245F and never called for gas. Found faulty safety gas valve. Removed gas valve and installed new replacement. Reassembled and tested unit again at 350F. Unit dropped to 320F and called for gas. Unit now maintains temperature with no issues. Verified no gas leaks at connections.
