Pohlmeyer - Georgetown, TX
While my washer was fixed, the $99 diagnostic charge was unnecessary, or should have been applied to the labor. AE knew what was wrong before they arrived. I feel the invoice was about $100 too much, given the tech was here 30-45 min. I will be calling someone else next time just due to the cost. The service, communication & punctuality was right on.
Prompt and Professional

Jonathan arrived within the window of the scheduled time, was professionally groomed, understood the needed repair, and within 30 minutes completed the task. He was courteous and willing to answer additional appliance questions. As asset to Appliance Express! The appliance is under warranty so I am unable to respond to the pricing question.

Tyler came as a follow-up to a previous repairman and did his own diagnostic. Within minutes, he found the problem (a bit less repair needed than prescribed by other repairman) and had the washer working in less than ten minutes. He is a jewel to the company. Thanks Tyler for a job really well done!

We specifically asked for Jonathan because the last time he came to our house he was very professional and thorough. He was also so very patient with us who know nothing about appliances and did not give us the impression that he was rushing us to go to another job. So very pleasant to work with and he knew his stuff too. Thanks so much Appliance Express!

KUDH03DTBL0 Arrived to inspect leak. I found there were signs of leaking from the vent assemblies, but the heater connector on the left side was steadily dripping. I tightened the heater connector nut and tested. The leak issue was resolved and I found no further evidence of current leaks. Operational test good, no leaks of the water supply observed during service.
arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit had standing water in the tub and the drain pump had been engaged and the unit still wasn’t draining. The customer advised that the unit is approximately two months old and they were the first to use the unit and it never drained from the first use. I looked underneath the kitchen sink to inspect the drain hose to the disposal and removed the drain hose from the disposal and found that the disposal plug had not been removed. I removed the plug and re-installed the dishwasher drain hose to the disposal and placed the unit in diagnostics. The unit showed error code 6/4-float switch stuck. Using my wet vac, I vacuumed the water from the unit before starting diagnostics. I cleared the error code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed and the drain pump operated good. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site for no operation on unit, found after previous tech replaced door locks unit then no longer had door error. Once door lock error went away unit would then not power on. Replaced main control that was burned on 3421 and 3419 connectors. Once control replaced unit would run for approximately 4-7 seconds and then shut off. Found low voltage on transformer not allowing supply to run control. Also found that customer stated there was major noise before unit stopped working. Will need to bring capacitor diode and magnetron with transformer on next visit to verify unit is heating. Will need authorization ordering one CNOTE- authorization. Unit is unplugged. Office will reschedule once authorization is received.
arrived on site to inspect washer start button not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes. Error codes 9/2, 0/5 appeared. As I attempted to clear the codes, the unit UI would not function correctly and would not clear the codes nor allow me to advance into diagnostics mode 51. I removed and replaced the main control and control panel and placed the unit in diagnostics and calibrated the unit under mode 52. After calibration, I placed the unit in mode 51 and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. No after leaks observed during service, job completed.
arrived on site to inspect oven temps. Upon arrival, the customer advised that they were baking and the food came out not fully cooked and were concerned that the unit wasn’t heating properly. Using my thermal couple, I placed my lead in the middle of the center rack and turned the unit on at Bake 350 degrees. At the 350 degree notice, I had a reading of 353. I continued with my readings and achieved 328, 366,323, and 374 for an average of 349 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and there there is no reason to calibrate the unit. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed.
arrived on site to inspect oven door glass broken. Upon further inspection, I found that t(e upper oven door inner glass had shattered and needed replacing.
