arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the fc ice maker is cycling, but it's not dispensing water. I checked voltage at the dual valve and found it was producing 85 volts. I ohmed the valve and it showed to be fine. I am ordering an ice maker, dual valve and water valve and scheduled return service for 07/24/18. No ice buildup found in the unit and no water leaks observed during service.
arrived on site to inspect washer not working and showing error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and received 9/1 and 5/4. I erased the error codes and continued with diagnostics. The tests good; however, the drain pump was having a difficult time draining the water and the unit stopped after a long drain and showed error code 9/1 again. I gained access to the drain pump and removed the filter housing and found a large amount of debris that was clogging the drain pump/filter. I Ada used the customer of my findings and removed the debris and replaced the filter and tested the unit. The unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed; obtained several photos of drain pump, drain tube at the drain pipe, and drain tube at the back of the unit. Upon arrival, I found that the drain tube was not tied down at the drain pipe so I used a zip tie and strapped it to the water hose to keep it from coming out of the drain pipe. Job compl
arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit powers up, but does nothing after turning on the power. I ohmed the thermal fuse and found it to be open. I quoted the customer $25.40 for the fuse and DR560 $179.99 for diagnostic/labor fee. The total including tax of $16.94 was $222.33. The customer agreed to the repair and I removed and replaced the thermal fuse and tested the unit. Unit operated as designed. I vacuumed out most of the lint that was found inside the unit and verified ohms at the cutoff and element. No lint observed at end of service. Job completed.
arrived on site to inspect oven door damage. Upon further inspection, I found that the door was dented on the right side. I removed and replaced the upper oven door and tested unit. Unit operated as designed. Job completed.
arrived on site to inspect dishwasher rack wheels broken. Upon further inspection, I found that the upper rack wheels on both sides were broken and not allowing the rack to roll out of the unit. I quoted the customer DW270 $199.99 which included service/diagnostics for the range/cooktop and $54.36 for the adjuster kit for dishwasher for a total including tax of $275.33. Customer agreed to service and repair. I removed and replaced the adjuster kit for both sides and tested the unit and the rack rolled as designed. No water leaks observed during service. arrived on site to inspect cooktop middle burner not working. Due to the customer not having closing documents, I had to quote CO100 $108.24 for service fee. Customer agreed to fee and advised that he would locate his closing documents and send to office at a later date. Upon further inspection of the cooktop muddle burner, I found that both of the orifices were clogged with debris. I cleared the clogging debris and tested the unit and the unit operates as designed. No gas leaks detected during service. Job completed.
FFU11FK0FW0 arrived on site to check freezer for not cooling properly. Plugged unit in and observed Cooling for 20 minutes. Defrost timer is advancing and full Frost pattern is forming. Compressor amp draw is 1.7 amps. Suspicious that thermostat may be faulty but unable to determine during service today.
MSF25C2EXM00 arrived on site to check refrigerator for no ice production. Sound no water fill two ice maker and no voltage to the fill valve. Jumped ice maker and found very low volume fill with the filter installed and water fill volume increased once the filter was removed. Ice maker module has failed causing no ice condition. Replaced ice maker and observed cycle and fill. It is suspected that the refrigerator is connected to the house ro system which is decreasing pressure and fill volume.
arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the dishwasher drain hose was leaking from under the sink. I inspected the disposal area and found no evidence of a leak. I placed the diagnostics and tested and the unit showed error codes at the beginning. The error codes were 8/2, 6/1, 9/2, 9/1. I cleared the error codes and continued with diagnostics. The unit operated as designed and no error codes at the end of testing and there were no leaks found. I inspected the drain tube at the disposal and found no evidence of leaking. I poured water into the dishwasher and then turned the sink faucet on into the sink where the disposal is connected and then turned the disposal on at the same time I turn the drain pump on to the dishwasher. I found that the disposal is leaking from underneath and advised the customer of my findings. I advised the customer that due to the disposal not being whirlpool product, I could not service it and the customer underst
WRT311FZDT Arrived on site to check refrigerator for no cool issue. Unit was in the garage and had only been plugged in for a short time. Customer complaint was Frost buildup on back wall of freezer. Forced defrost and heater was energized indicating failed defrost control. Also found fan motor which had been previously replaced had failed. Replace defrost control board and ordering evaporator fan motor to complete repairs
arrived on site to inspect dishwasher hose coming disconnected at back of unit. Upon further inspection, I found that the drain hose clamp at the drain pump was not properly installed and the drain tube was not connected. The clamp was at an angle so that it was not clamping the drain hose to the drain pump properly. I readjusted the clamp hose and pulled at the hose to verify that it was secured and tested the unit. The unit operated as designed and the drain tube stayed connected. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

Whirlpool dishwasher WDF520PADM7. Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not drying. Tested unit and found no mechanical failures with dishwasher at this time. Heating system and all functions are working properly. Advised homeowner on best cycles and options to use for best performance. No repairs are needed at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.
Arrived on site for no cool condition. Compressor started then tripped the overload. Replaced start device and capacitor. Compressor started correctly. All water connections were dry. Left icemaker in off position. All water connections were dry.

I removed and replaced the motor and blower wheel and tested the unit and the unit began to make a loud humming noise, but after a few minutes of operation, the unit stopped making a noise and was very quiet. arrived on site to inspect oven not heating properly. Upon further inspection, I used my thermal couple and placed it on the center rack in the center of the rack and began testing at standard preheat multiracial @350 degrees. My readings were 293, 394, 336, 404 and 334 for an average of 352 degrees. I instructed the customer the press bake 350 degrees and hit start two times to preheat on standard preheat mode and then wait an additional 20-30 mins after the initial preheat beep and place the food on the center rack and begin to cook. I quoted the customer DW100 99.99 for service/diagnostics fee and WO100 $50 for a second appliance fee and with tax the total was $162.36. This ticket was totaled under the service call for the dishwasher 192605. Job completed.

Arrived on site for unit not dispensing ice. Found that the shoot gasket was allowing warm air to enter ice bucket causing icing and jamming the dispenser shoot. Replaced. Water connections were all drive.
MFI2569VEA1 Arrived to inspect ice within rc and door closing issues. I found the right rc door closer receptacle has broken free of the door assembly and the door will require replacement. Both rc doors and the fc door gaskets will require replacement. The ice bin gasket has deteriorated and will be required. The divider for the crisper drawers has failed and the lower crisper drawer and right mounting bracket are broken. Office to authorize parts and contact the customer to arrange return service. No leaks observed during service.
KSC24C8EYY02 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed the sealed system components and noted very little refrigerant within the system and recovered. I installed the compressor, dye drier, service port and evaporator and pulled vacuum in the system. The sealed system holding vacuum, I charged with the mfg prescribed amount of refrigerant and tested. Operational test good, no water connections to unit at this time.
Arrived on site for no operation. Control stuck on drain, replace control, calibrated, tested, all water connections were dry.
Arrived on site for Noisey operation. Found idler pulley worn and Noisey. Install a new dryer repair kit. Operations are now normal. Cleaned dryer during repairs

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not dissolving the detergent. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the unit. The unit filled and attempted to wash, but the motor did not engage. I tested the heating element at the end of diagnostics by pouring water on the element and it steamed as designed. I quoted the customer $166.45 for the sump/motor assembly and DW350 $199.99 for service/labor fee for a total including tax of $396.67. The customer agreed to the repair and paid $108.24 for the service fee today and will paid the remaining balance of $288.43 when the service is completed. I am ordering a sump/motor assembly and scheduled return service for 07/19/18. No water leaks observed during service.
