It is ridiculous that it cost me $99 for them to come out and diagnose what is wrong with my 1 year 3 mo. old washer. Then instead of applying that to my first hour of labor after they told me what I already knew, they charged another 1 hour labor fee. Was there less than 45 minutes and cost me 194.??.
