Don - Georgetown, TX
I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone involved with this service call, from the person answering phones, follow up texts, emails, and calls, to the repairman himself. My only complaint was the price seemed high and that it took 2 trips. It seems the service call fee should have covered the labor fee as well once it was determined I wanted the repair done. The part fee was accurate for what I expected.
