Amazing Service

Jerry is what every in-home service technician should strive to be. He was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and had interesting conversations. He was also very patient as I had plenty of questions to which he had very honest, professional answers to. He also let me hover while he was working and explained everything he was doing and what specifically was wrong with my fridge. On top of that, he gave me advice on small maintenance things I should be doing. I wish every in-home service call was like this one.

Arrived on site for no spin. Replaced actuator, ran through diagnostics. Checked incoming water through machine checked ok. All water connections dry. Collected remainder of call $170.09 credit card.

Whirlpool microwave WMH32519FS0 Arrived to find interior light not coming on when opening the door and then not starting a heating cycle. Found door switches and interlocks bad. Installed new interlocks with door switches and checked operation, checked good.

This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide.

Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. We do require confirmation of the timeframe prior to arriving to your home.


Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!


If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

It was frustrating, at first, that the earliest available appointment was a week out, and then it was cancelled due to the assigned tech being out ill. However, when the appointment did happen a few days later, Jonathan was fantastic. He was courteous, quick, and did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how we can help prevent future issues like it. He also gave us some great advice on how to ensure the rest of our appliances are functioning the best they can. Thanks Jonathan!
