Hire more people to answer the phones! I waited for a whole hour just to be told I need to have the exact purchase date for someone to come out. How would I know I need that? So I got the exact purchase date then called back and it took another hour for someone to answer. That was the worse. The technician who came out was great though.
Everything was Excellent!
