We had him come to fix the door deliverymen were unable to reinstall and he came and did a complete workup of the fridge doors. He not only fixed what we originally noticed as being incorrect from our deliverymen (for the brand new fridge) but he was also able to fix a drawer that was never properly installed (we had no clue!) and give us some tips for the longevity of our fridge as well as heads up when we should call again should particular issues arise. With the influx of workers etc in our new home, we were extremely impressed with Lou and his knowledge, efficiency, and kindness to walk us through a few things as well. Well done!

I advised the customer of my findings and advised that I would have to come back and allow them to defrost the unit in order for me to complete the repair. When I remove the water hose connection from the valve, water continued to run out of the water hose at a slow rate. I turned my wet vac on and butted the hose up to the water hose until I was done replacing the valve. I removed and replaced the water inlet valve and then found that the washer in the hose was bad due to the installer tightening the hose connection too tight to the valve causing the washer to tear (photo).
