KRFF507ESS01 arrived, on site for fridge door making noises and internal lights issue. Pulled refrigerator out and replaced LED supply board. I inspected the drain and found it sagging and sealed it. Returned unit to its correct place and squared the cabinet and leveled. I set the right door to match the height of the left and verified cabinet square. The ice maker housing adapter was incorrectly mounted and was tilted. I removed and corrected the adapter mounting and ensured complete ice maker housing engagement to the rear of the liner. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.
MEDX700AG0 arrived on site for dryer not heating/drying. Checked voltage to thermostat and checked good. Checked voltage to element and found it to be open. Removed old element and installed new element. Tested unit and found the element heat up and cool back down. Unit operates as expected. DRE310-$159.99 labor and WP3387747 Element-$96.67...total=$277.83. Customer paid in full with card.
MVWB835DW1 arrived on site for grease/black marks on certain garments. Discussed with customer loading strategies/techniques. Advised customer to use deep water wash cycle with extra rinse and deep clean modifiers. I also advised the customer warmer wash temperatures may help with residue. Placed washer in test mode and tested good. No leaks found during service.
WRF993FIFM00 arrived to install previously diagnosed part. Removed broken control along with broken parts from housing; installed new control. Tested unit and operates as designed.
KRFC704FBS00 arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Use heat to reform new gasket. Once verified replacement gasket in condition to install, removed and replaced old gasket with new. No leaks found during service; all connections were dry.
