MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH31017FS0 "arrived on site to inspect microwave with no power. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with no power. I tested the voltage at the outlet and it was good. I found that the lower interlock was in the closed position while the unit door was open. I tested ohms to the fuse and found it open as was the bottom door switch. I removed and replaced the fuse and all switches along with both interlocks and tested the unit and it operated as designed. I advised the customer of my findings. Job completed."
REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFF507ESS01 Arrived on site and installed new ice maker fan. Tested for proper operation and found unit working properly. Job complete
DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF760SADM0 Arrived on site and tested operation. I found that the diverter on the sump has been leaking and I also found steam getting out through the door gasket. Unit will need a new sump and motor assembly and door gasket to repair the leak. Office to get authorization for repair; ordrng 1 CNOTE (AUTHO) and 1 W10300924V (door seal) and 1 WPW10671942 (sump and motor assy)
MICROWAVE GE JKP90SP4SS Arrived on site and tested operation. I found that the magnetron would start as soon as the door is shut. I verified the interlock switches and found to be good. I verified the fuses and thermostats and found to be good as well. I found that the relay on the control that controls the power to the high voltage system is stuck in the closed position. Unit will need new control to repair ; ordrng 1 CNOTE (AUTHO ) and 1 WB27T11249 (main control board)
DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED7500GW0 Arrived on site and tested operation. I found the control panel not responding and no light in drum. I verified proper voltage at terminal block on dryer and tested exhaust thermal fuse and found to proper voltage to unit and thermal fuse is good. Removed console to test control and found the harness to the ui was no plugged into the ui. Plugged in and verified operation and found unit working properly. Vacuumed lint from unit and instructed customer that their vent hose is too long and has become pinched and linked and would need to be replaced with a new shorted vent hose. Job complete
MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH32519FS0 "arrived on site to inspect microwave display. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the display will intermittently go off and the unit will continue to operate and the light keeps shorting out. I checked the switches and all were good. I removed and replaced the display control and main control and tested the unit ad it operated as designed. Job completed."
DISHWASHER AMANA ADB1400AGS1 Arrived on site and tested operation. I found the dispenser has not dispensed any rinse aid since installation and did not dispense when tested. I found the solenoid is not cycling the second time to dispense the rinse aid. Installed new control and tested. Unit is now dispensing rinse aid properly. Job complete
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS315SDHM01 Arrived on site and found unit had been replaced. Corrected model in the system. I found an air leak at the top of the freezer door indicated by frost build up and the gasket would not seal to the cabinet. Installed new freezer door and found the top hole for the handle mount would not hold the screw in place and I could not get the screw to tighten. Door will need to be reordered and I will also need silicone to seal the cabinet to the liner. ; ordrng 1 LW11025559 (FREEZER DOOR) and 1 W10841140 (adhesive)
OVEN KITCHENAID KOCE500ESS06 Arrived on site and installed new ui. Tested operation and found all functions test good and the oven light is staying off. I also found that the microwave starts properly and does not just beep at you when starting cycle. U it tests good. Job complete
DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT970SAHZ0 Arrived on site and tested operation. I found while running diagnostics that the sump was not running and the control had an F4E3 error. Installed new sump assembly and tested operation. Unit working properly and all water connections dry after repair. Job complete
DRYER MAYTAG MGD8200FW1 Arrived on site and tested operation. I found the unit making a high pitched squeaking noise and a rattle. I found the cause to be the gas line clamp and the rear intake duct. Used sound pads to correct gas line clamp and adjusted the rear air duct where it meets the burner flue. Tested operation and found unit working properly
DRYER MAYTAG MEDX655DW1 "arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise the unit is making. The noise sounded as if something was inside the unit banging around. I turned the unit on and could not hear any unusual noises. I lifted the top panel and turned the unit on and it appeared the the belt had slack in it. I removed the front panel and the drum and tested the motor and it operated as designed. I removed and replaced the rollers, belt and tension pulley. I noticed that the belt that was prescreened was different in size and length from the belt provided with the dryer kit previously installed. I put the unit back together and tested and it operated as designed. Customer loaded some clothing in the unit and tested and it operated as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."
REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRSC503ESS01 Arrived on site and tested operation. I found the ice maker working properly and water dispensing properly. Customer has to have the unit up to 4 degrees in the freezer to allow water flow to both the ice maker and dispenser. I tested both the dispenser and fill tube heaters and found to be good. Called tech line and spoke to Andrew #7723941017. Per tech line it’s possible that the thermistor is giving a false reading at the lower temp or the lines are freezing in the lower portion of the door. If customer is ok with leaving unit at 4 degrees it is not an unsafe temperature for the frozen foods. Instructed customer that we would need to set the unit to the recommended setting and catch the unit in state of failure to identify issue correctly. Customer asked if he were able to just keep the settings where they are since it’s working. Instructed customer that tech line said it would be ok at those temperatures and he would like to do that at this ti
MICROWAVE KENMORE 401.8852301 "arrived on site to inspect microwave not operating. Upon further inspection, I found that the control panel was not responding and there was no display. I pulled the unit from the wall and removed the top cover. Using my multimeter, I verified ohms to both fuses, mag, cap, diode, transformer all switches, and all of the thermostats. I did find that the hood thermostat was open. I verified voltage at the outlet, power cord and to the control. The customer was not available; therefore, I called her and advised of my findings and needed repairs. I am ordering the thermostat and CNOTE LSO. I scheduled return service for 01/18/19. The unit was put back in its place and left unplugged. Customer not available to sign for receipt.; ordrng 1 DE47-20034A (thermostat) and 1 CNOTE (LSO)"
DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF520PADM7 Arrived onsite for the dishwasher not filling with water. Ms stated the builder made sure the wall valve was on and the hose wasn’t kinked. I checked and pressed on the fill valve harness connector. The unit had a pod laying in the bottom and you could tell water has never entered the machine. I ran diagnostics and found no stored error codes. The unit filled with water and completed the cycle. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS555SIHZ00 Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with ice build up in the FC. I found the door gasket not sealing on the top right side. I found large gaps in spots between the chassis and liner. I heated the gasket and it went back to normal and started sealing properly. I sealed the gaps with a factory approved sealant. Call complete. Nobody was available to sign the ticket.
WASHER MAYTAG MVWB725BW0 "arrived on site to inspect washer noise. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the unit is making a new noise that sounds like a squealing pig. The customer provided a video of the unit making the noise and I could hear a loud squealing/screeching noise during agitation. I placed the unit in diagnostics with no error codes. The unit operated as designed. I placed it in manual mode and tested agitation with water in the tub and the unit would make the screeching noise, but faint. I am ordering the tub/bearing assembly and will return with the rotor, stator and suspension kit and scheduled for a 2 hour job..CNOTE LSO. Office to schedule return service. DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT730PAHZ0 Arrived onsite for the dishwasher not heating. I checked for stored error codes and there were none. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the unit was drawing 7 amps in the wash cycle and started out at 7.43 amps in the drying cycle. The unit completed the cycle and is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. I went over rinse aid use with the customer because the dispenser was empty. Call complete.
DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF520PADW7 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit is leaking from the valve and fitting connection. I found that the unit has been leaking for some time as there was mold built up along the back and side walls behind the unit (photos). Also water damage in the cabinets at the far right of the unit (photos). I turned the water off to the unit and turned the power off. When I went to remove the valve and fitting, I found that the fitting was on the valve right. I was able to turn the fitting without using a wrench. I advised the customer of my findings and they said there has been no other repair to the valve. I advised the customer that this is more than likely an installation error as over time, when I the valve comes on, there is a lot of pressure coming from the water line that the movement of the valve when under pressure could’ve backed the fitting further off since it wasn’t tightened. DISHWASHER JENN-AIR JDTSS246GP0 Arrived on site and tested operation. I found a fault for door latch. Customer also concerned about flex in handle and the toe kick was never secured. Installed screws on toe kick and checked handle for proper installation. Handle checks good and the flex is normal for unit as it’s the outer door skin flexing. I corrected the door latch and tested. RANGE WHIRLPOOL WFG525S0HS1 "arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested on Bake at 350 degrees. My reading at the 350 preheat was 449 degrees. My next five readings were 341, 375, 336, 375, 336 for an average of 352.6 degrees. I advised the builder of my findings and advised that the unit is operating as designed. I verified the cooktop burners as well. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."
WASHER MAYTAG MVWB835DW1 "arrived on site to inspect washer leaving black spots on laundry. Upon arrival, the customer provided a blanket that had black spots on it which appeared to be oil. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and it operated as designed. I tilted the unit back ad found a small amount of gearcase oil on the side panels. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that the oil residue is from the blanket getting caught in between the washplate and gearcase shaft. I removed and replace the gearcase and washplate and calibrated the unit. I then tested it and it operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Replaced hose to WL sensor. DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT720PADM2 "Arrived onsite for the dishwasher with a no heat condition. I checked for stored error codes and found an F7E1. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the unit completed the cycle and was working as designed. The heater was drawing 7.90 amps in the wash cycle and started off drawing 8.70 in the drying cycle. I found the rinse aid dispenser not dispensing. I believe there is something erratic with the dispenser because ms had it set high and I believe it works sometimes and not others. ordrng 1 WPW10671905 (DISPENSER)"
DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT730PAHZ0 Arrived on site and tested operation. Customer stated the odor would occur several hours after the dishwasher had been ran. I ran the unit through diagnostics and no odor was detected. Recommended customer have a plumber verify the connections under the sink as there was a definite odor coming from around the pipes before the dishwasher was ran. I did find the ice to be clumping in ice bin and appears small and wet. I tested the booster fan and found it to be running at proper speed. WASHER MAYTAG MTW6700TQ1 "MTW6700TQ1 Arrived to inspect code and noise. I found the bearing assembly failed and very noisy. The log valve was badly restricted and the drain pump was locked. Due to requiring the three separate parts and labor for the bearing assembly, the customer elected to replace the machine. No leaks observed during service. TL100 $99.99"

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS315SDHM00 Arrived on site and tested operation. I found very little frost pattern on the evaporator. Inspected compressor and found it to be hot to the touch. Inspected fans and found to be operating properly. DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL DU1055XTVS0 Arrived on site and tested operation. I found the dispenser solenoid making a constant hammering noise as soon as a cycle is started or when canceling a cycle. After running the unit completely through service test mode and resetting the control, the drain function worked as designed and the unit drained as expected.
