Jerry was extremely knowledgeable about the workings of our dryer and explained everything to me as he worked on it. Fixed our problem in a timely manner and was very polite. Would request him again.

WRX735SDBM04 arrived on site for no lighting in the drawer of refrigerator. After checking the wiring of the drawer lights and pulling the lights housing, I found that one of the drawer lights was not completely connected. The light was connected and both lights worked as designed. No leaks found and all connections were dry.

WMH53520CH5 Arrived to inspect interior light not coming on. I found the switches were not actuating correctly and I removed and replaced them. The issue resolved and the unit operated as designed. Operational test good.

WED5800BW0 Arrived to inspect no heat. The unit would start and run, but there was no heat. The element had failed and I removed and replaced it. I tested the unit and verified heating. The unit cycled at the correct temperatures . I advised the customer in vent cleaning. Lint removed from unit.

MFI2569VEM2 Arrived to inspect no cool. The unit had been going through evaporator ice and thawing issues, causing loss of airflow. I found the unit rocking and not leveled and there were signs of air incursion into the chassis. I leveled the unit and sealed fc and rc gapping. I heated the door gaskets and re-formed them. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. RF250 $159.99

This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide.

HOW WE SCHEDULE

TIME

Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. We do require confirmation of the timeframe prior to arriving to your home.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!


YOUR APPLIANCE’S AGE

If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

Otherwise, your warranty is only the duration of the warranty you have with the manufacturer and/or extended warranty company. Our warranty does not cover food loss or loss of use. Single family home use only. Your product must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty.

*Only applies to service call if there is a completed repair. Service is only guaranteed for 30 days in any other circumstance.

It was frustrating, at first, that the earliest available appointment was a week out, and then it was cancelled due to the assigned tech being out ill. However, when the appointment did happen a few days later, Jonathan was fantastic. He was courteous, quick, and did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how we can help prevent future issues like it. He also gave us some great advice on how to ensure the rest of our appliances are functioning the best they can. Thanks Jonathan!
