Arrived on site to replace ff thermistor, and control, replaced control and thermistor, cleared drain tubing, unit was dripping allowing for flow. Put tool through to ensure drain hose was clear. Unit is flowing. Frost pattern looks good. Unit is cooling. Operations check good. All water connections dry.
Arrived on site for left front burner element is snapped apart, receptacle is burned apart and arched to chassis. Unit is staying on when in off position, will need infinite switch as well. Unit is in poor condition. Not normal wear and tear. Will need authorization to repair unit for this issue. Took pictures. Customer is still using unit. Tech turned breaker off and advised not to use as it is a safety hazard. Tech did tape live wires so not touching chassis. Unit is in off position.
Arrived on site for the unit light will not turn off. Tested the unit and found the control is defective. Replaced the control and tested the unit. Unit works properly and job complete.
rrived on site for door showing as open, will need to replace door switches and interlocks. Heavy noise on turntable motor, and driver. Replaced interlocks, switches, turntable motor and shaft, verified door is showing as closed and no noise on turntable now. All operations check good.
Arrived on site for a mechanically open fill valve. Replaced fill valve verified no leaks, unit is agitating, draining, spinning. Water is shutting off not staying on. Customers household cold side on wall is dripping, customer is aware. All water connections dry. Collected 161.82 on card.
SR#7721997506 arrived on site for customer complaint that unit is not washing her clothing, found unit is filling to specifications, washing to specifications, unit is filling to top of washplate on normal cycle using auto sensing. On deep water wash unit is producing at least 2 inches more water depth. Checked standpipe is no more than 6 inches in wall. Watched agitation with clothing washplate is moving clothing from top to bottom as designed. No error codes. Unit is filling at correct timing and depth. All water connections dry. Customer is unsatisfied with operations of machine. Customer started using excessive language, hitting walls with her fist, customer opened door, tech turned machine off and left home.
Arrived on site for no operation, found push to start was stuck in off position, removed console and removed front control and was able to free start button into unstuck position. Tried unit 7 x and unit is working correctly now.
Replaced defrost control and bimetal, verified frost pattern good. Back evaporator panel was off on tech arrival as well as shelving. Previous tech had customer do a self defrost on unit. Screws missing from back Panel. Tech reinstalled with extra screws on hand. All water connections dry. Instructed customer not to load unit for 24 hours until unit fully cools. All parms check ok.
Arrived on site for no ice, found ice pad stuck and would not depress to allow for ice to dispense. Adjusted pad on ice side is now depressing allowing for ice to dispense. Temperatures check correct in fridge and freezer. Unit is producing ice, ice bucket is full. All water connections dry.
Arrived on site for noise in wash and delicate clothing having holes, ran cycle through with full load of clothing, no abnormal noises. Checked wash plate for abnormalities, none found, checked wash basket for any cracks, or breaks, no separations. Checked suspension rods, no noise. Cam is tight, actuator is functioning correctly. Drain is at normal sound level. All parms check good on machine, all water connections dry. Found clothing that is being torn has borders around clothing, thinner material, instructed customer to wash items in a garment bag. Other clothing is not getting holes. Customer has been having issue with clothes getting holes in them, same complaint as last visit. Customer is not happy with machine performance. All water connections dry.
Arrived on site for ice maker motor seized, replaced ice maker, unit is now filling and started ice production. Advised customer to throw out first batch. All water connections dry. Forgot picture of leave behind.
Arrived on site for microwave not heating, when arrived unit was heating, customer stated that light would flicker and read door open. Replaced all door switches and both interlocks, verified numerous times that unit is heating. All parms check good.
Store was not able to locate unit to be worked on at this time 5/11/18. Store will need to call back in once unit is located and able to work on.
Replaced control that was not supplying voltage at correct times in cycle, replaced lid switch. Unit is working to spec, spinning correctly. Unit is a store stock.
