MFW9800TQ0 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of front load washer making loud howling noises when spinning. Spun inner basket and found rear tub bearing is warn. P&L are as follows; W10772618 (Tub Outer Rear) $284.47, W10772607 (Tub Outer Front) $274.00, WP8181673 (Tub Gasket) $43.54, WPW10269756 (Inner Basket) $440.06,FL530 $475.00. Subtotal $1517.07 plus taxes. Customer declining repair due to cost. Collected SVC call fee of $108.24 today. All water connections were dry at time of service.

WRF990SLAM00 (French Door Dual Evaporator Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite for customer compliant of RC doors rubbing and making noises when opening and closing on french door refrigerator. Found doors not level. Removed toe plate and adjusted legs. Found doors are now level. Doors open and closes with no issues. All water connections were dry at time of service.

WFC150M0EB0 (Freestanding Range) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of door handle loose on freestanding range. Found trim on oven door cracked causing handle to be loose. Ordering trim to complete repair. R/S for Tuesday 12/5 per SW. No other issues found.

WRT108FZDB01 (Top Mount Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of top mount refrigerator not cooling. When arrived, found unit is cooling as intended. Advised to customer to add surge protector to plug for added protection due to sudden power surge spikes. No other issues found. No water connected to unit at time of service.

WTW8500DC2 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of top load washer not spinning. Ran diagnositcs and found error codes; F0E3 (Off Balance Load), F7E8 (Rotor Over Temp),F7E9 (Locked Rotor). Tilted unit up and found rotor rubbing in carpet. Advised to raise unit with blocks or wood since unit is on a floating floor. This is causing unit not to spin properly. Cleared error codes and ran calibrated unit. Unit completed successfully. Customer will have unit raised. All water connections were dry at time of service.

HOW WE SCHEDULE

TIME

Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. We do require confirmation of the timeframe prior to arriving to your home.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!


YOUR APPLIANCE’S AGE

If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

Warranty applies only when you have paid us directly for a particular repair. Otherwise, your warranty is only the duration of the warranty you have with the manufacturer and/or extended warranty company. Our warranty does not cover food loss or loss of use. Single family home use only. Your product must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty.

*Only applies to service call if there is a completed repair. Service is only guaranteed for 30 days in any other circumstance.

It was frustrating, at first, that the earliest available appointment was a week out, and then it was cancelled due to the assigned tech being out ill. However, when the appointment did happen a few days later, Jonathan was fantastic. He was courteous, quick, and did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how we can help prevent future issues like it. He also gave us some great advice on how to ensure the rest of our appliances are functioning the best they can. Thanks Jonathan!
