REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL GI0FSAXVY012 Arrive on site for the unit makes small ice cubes and freezing the ice bin over. Remove the ice bin and found the ice cubes are extremely small. Found the filtrate on the ice maker is clogged with ice and not allowing water to flow into the icemaker. Remove the ice and tested the unit. Unit works properly and all water connections were dry at the time of service.
WASHER GE GTWN4250D0WS Arrived on site and tested operation. Found water leaking from fill shower head and seal for atc sensor. Unit will need new shower head and atc sensor to repair. Left unit unplugged due to water leak ; ordrng 1 WH12X10410 (probe sensor atc) and 1 WH41X10299 (funnel shower head a)

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRT318FZDB02 "WRT318FZDB02 Arrived to inspect moisture in rc. I found the entire left side of the gasket not making contact with the cabinet. It appeared it had not ever contacted since very recent installation. I removed the gasket and turned it 180 degrees and reinstalled. The gasket then contacted all the way around the door opening. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

I removed and replaced the tub assembly after multiple inspections and during testing, found a hairline fracture at the drain area that could not be seen until water leaked from it. Office to re-order tub assembly and schedule for 2 hour return service. Office to have technician inspect tub assembly prior to scheduling. I found the tub assembly damaged from shipping and the drain pump connection area was marred and the mount posts were damaged. DISHWASHER FRIGIDAIRE FFBD2406NB7B Arrived on site for the unit will not start. Tested unit and found when pressing start nothing happens. Disassembled the unit and found the connection to the doorlatch is loose. Secured the connection and tested the unit. Unit works properly and all water connections were dry at the time of service. Only charge the customer for the service fee.

Found kink in fresh food section by water reservoir. Corrected water and tested. Found water flow better out of dispenser. All tested good, no water leaks present."

DRYER MAYTAG MEDC215EW1 Arrived on site for dryer not heating. Performed diagnostics mode and tested voltage to unit. found 240 volts. Gained access to element and fuses. Tested fuse and found thermal fuse and top cutoff fuse open. Replaced both fuses and tested unit. All tested good.
VENTHOOD UNKNOWN WVW53UC0FS1 "WVW53UC0FS1 Arrived to inspect burning odor. I found the unit would only operate on high and low settings and the LED’s were working. Circuit testing revealed incorrect resistance measurements from the motor connections. Office to order blower, switch and capacitor. ; ordrng 1 W10735734 (capacitor) and 1 W10894839 (blower fan) and 1 W10895847 (cntrl-elec)"
Arrived on site for the unit hot cooktop light intermittently turns on. Removed the cooktop with harness and found the harness wire was loose. Crimped the harness connection to the hot indicator light and secured the connection. Reassembled the unit and tested the unit. Unit works properly and job complete.
Arrived on site and tested unit. Found that stirrer and stirrer cover damaged. Also found wave guide cover loose. Unit will need new stirrer assembly and wave guide cover to repair.

arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Using my heat gun, I shaped the rc door gasket before installing it onto the door. Once shaped, I removed and replace the rc door gasket and tested the unit and it tested good. No gaps in the gasket found. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site and tested unit. Found that dispenser had verly low water flow. Checked pressure at supply and found decent water pressure. Checked flow at inlet valve and found very low pressure going through valve. Installed new valve and tested. Found flow still low. Installed new housing and water began dispensing to the rate of the supply pressure. All water connections dry at time of service. Job complete
DV448AEP/XAA (Samsung Dryer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of dryer not starting. Removed top and found belt had broken off causing no start. Ordering belt and pulley assembly. R/S for Thursday 7/18 due to customer availability. Dryer disconnected from power at this time.
GFD510PGJ6BB (Dishwasher) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of dishwasher not stating level causing leak. Found bottom of dishwasher sitting in. Was able to adjust front legs so that dishwasher sits square. Tested unit. Found unit leaking on bottom left corner. Found venting shroud leaking. Advised that since this unit is under GE warranty, customer needs to call GE for warranty service. No other issues found. Charged DW245 $139.99 plus taxes.
Arrived on site for LF front and right front elements staying on high even when set to low. Found both infinite switches stuck in high position. Replaced left front, and right front infinite switches. All operations check good. Customer uninstalled unit as contractor had attached to cabinets.
Arrived on site for noise complaint. When door opens customer states she will hear 3 clicks, does not happen every time. Open and closed door dozens of times and ran unit with water numerous times. Inspected door switches and interlocks, all check good. Inspected control, no issues at this time. All operations check good. No abnormal noises, unit does not error out on door.

Arrived on site to install valve with housing due to unit not flowing with water. Replaced valve and housing, ran through diagnostics unit checked correctly no errors. Started normal wash cycle, unit filled and agitated, drained and spun. Verified no drips or leaks from hoses from valve replacement. All water connections dry. Unit checks good.
arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the left rear valve, right rear burner head/orifice holder and the spark module. Tested the unit and it operated as designed. I verified no leaks at all connections before re-assembling the unit. No gas leaks detected during service.
arrived on site to inspect fc ice maker not operating. Upon further inspection, I found ice on the Evap cover and on the Evap. I found that the fc door was gapped on the top left corner of the gasket. I adjusted the fc door brackets and reshaped the gasket and tested door and it sealed. I checked the drain tube for gapping and found that it was gapped approximately 1/4 inch. I used manufacturer approved silicone to seal the gap. I also found that the UI was not properly mounted. The customer advised that another company technician had services the unit approximate one week ago and failed to install the UI correctly. I mounted the UI correctly. I advised the customer to not open the fc door for about two hours to give the door gasket time to reshape and seal correctly. No water leaks observed during service.
Arrived on site for the unit right rear burner now overheating and not turning off. Found the unit was unplugged. Removed the back panel and found the right rear burner shorted. Replaced the right rear infinite switch and tested the unit. Unit heats and works properly.
Arrived on site for no ice production. Found stalled ice maker motor. Replaced with IM kit. Verified unit called for water and started ice production. All water connections dry.
