Arrived on site for repair from previous visit, customer informed appliance express that the unit had already been replaced.

MHW4300DW0 (Front Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of front load washer not starting. Plugged unit. Found drain pump constantly draining. Removed front door. Found coins inside drain trap. Removed coins and reassembled. Found unit will not come on. Unit will need new control to address issue. Customer is declining control at this time. Only charged FL110 labor $129.99 plus taxes. Unit unplugged at this time. All water connections were dry at time of service.

RBS305PRB02 (Wall Oven) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of wall oven hotter than temperature setting. When arrived,unit was preheated to 350F. Used temperature probe and found temperature was at 425F. Calibrated unit to -25F. Found oven now maintains temperature within +/- 15F. No other issues found. Charged labor WO150 $159.99 plus taxes.

WDF520PADB7 (Dishwasher) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of dishwasher not washing dishes. Tested unit and found unit will fill but not spray water. Found sump and motor faulty. Removed defective sump and motor and installed new replacement. Reassembled and tested unit. Unit fills,washes,drain and heats intended. All water connections were dry at time of service.

Arrived on site for the unit is going out of balance on every load. Found the suspension rods are bent and the springs are worn out. Replaced the damper kit and releveled the unit. Unit works properly and all water connections were dry at the time of service.

This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide.

Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. We do require confirmation of the timeframe prior to arriving to your home.


Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!


If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

It was frustrating, at first, that the earliest available appointment was a week out, and then it was cancelled due to the assigned tech being out ill. However, when the appointment did happen a few days later, Jonathan was fantastic. He was courteous, quick, and did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how we can help prevent future issues like it. He also gave us some great advice on how to ensure the rest of our appliances are functioning the best they can. Thanks Jonathan!
