Arrived on site to repair dryer for overheating. Entered home via garage per Mr. customer permission. Replaced closed thermostat and tested. Vent in dryer in Vent home are both clean. Left home via garage door.
Checked unit. Found loose harness on the drain pump. Tightened connections and tested. Unit is installed correctly and all connections are dry.
Replaced the spark switch wire harness due to the front left switch was not working properly. Tested all burners and all good. Job complete
Arrived on site for unit leaking water. When I arrived the unit was pulled out of the cabinet approximately halfway. The Mr. requested that I not to do the repair because they were busy. He did inform me that the plumber pulled the unit out the wall to turn the water off and they found that the copper tubing behind the fridge was leaking. I informed the Mr. that that would be house related not product related. The Mr. will have his plumber replace the leaking copper pipe.
Arrived on site for no ice production. Not circulating water. The water circulation pump has failed. Replaced water circulation pump and unit is now working properly and all water connections are dry.
Arrived on site for no operation. Found unit totally in operable. Replaced control panel of use and rear thermal fuse unit now operates correctly.

arrived on site to inspect dryer door not closing. Upon further inspection, I found that the dryer door was very hard to close. It appears that the strike and catch aren't lining up correctly. I removed and replaced the strike and catch and the unit door closes easier now. No lint observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site for left front burner not igniting. Removed and replaced cracked igniter. All operations are normal. No gas leaks were found.
Arrived on site for no ice. Found slab hanging on right side of cutter grid. Aligned cutter grid and all operations are now normal. All water connections are dry.
Arrived on site or no heat condition. Turned on unit and observe temperatures. Temperatures were fine for the first 10 minutes then the heat would not cycle back on properly. Reheat took way too long. Found failure codes in diagnostics for power issues, vent issues, and none of these were an issue. Will order control and thermistor.

Arrived on site no. lol condition in freezer. Found fresh food at 39 and freezer at 29. Found all operations running. Found compressor hot but only pulling .39 amps. Arrived on site for unit not sparking correctly. Plugged unit in and it worked. Suspect unit has failing switches.none available. 74007774
Arrived on site to install the parts that were ordered to correct the right door popping open issue and the right front burner not igniting. The parts that were ordered will not fix the two issues. The right door is popping open, see pictures, because the door hinges are severely bent. The right front burner is not igniting because the orifice is totally plugged. Will order hinges and orifice to correct both issues. $56.05 conversation kit $54.00 each hinge Stay with Steve’s call back labor quote.
Arrived on site to inspect unit for leaking water internally. Tested unit and found bin almost full. Customer showed me the water leaking onto her ice. We visited and inspected unit and found that her it cutter grid was cutting ice and creating water dripping in the unit. All water connections were dry.

Arrived on site to replace failed spark module. Replace failed spark modules and tested. Left front burner will not ignite. When I go from the back of the unit and pull that igniter wire towards me the burner will ignite. If I release it the burner will not ignite. There is a problem with the igniter and it’s wire. Will order. Will need to make in two hours. Office to reschedule. Note for parts researcher: I need the spark igniter, or electrode, for the left front burner. IPL only shows part16 which is the center rear electrode.
Arrived on site for the unit is getting dryer sheets stuck. Found dryer sheets stuck under the grill. Replaced the grill and tested the unit. Unit works properly and advise customer to clean air vents every six months.
Arrived on site and inspected unit. Found that right door higher than the left. Leveled unit and right hand door lowered down even with left door. All water connections dry at time of service and unit working properly. Job complete
