Edward - Harker Heights, TX
The service was great, they explained what was going on throughout the repair and answered any questions we had. The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. The only negative I could mention is that it took almost a week from the time we called for service to the manufacturer to getting our issue resolved. Not major, we just went to a laundromat and Thanksgiving was in the way which slowed it down. Overall great.
didn't fix the problem

I am mediately checked voltage coming out of the three prong power outlet to ensure that it was receiving 240 V but when I stuck my meter in the outlet and tested the voltage I found that the entire outlet was only receiving between 120 and 168 V I then went and found the breaker and reset the power and attempted to retest the outlet and found that it was still giving the same results I instructed the customer that she will need to go ahead and get a electrician to come and double check whether or not the outlet itself is the issue or the breaker other than needing an electrician and the unit is functioning as designed call complete
WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW5105HW0 Arrived on site for a washer that was giving an F0E4 error code indicating that it was getting too hot during the rinse cycle due to too much hot water being in the tub after running a diagnostic test I did find that there was an F0E4 error code and when I first ran a test I noticed that theres nothing but cold water coming in from both the hot and cold lines so I continue to let the water flush out of the lines to see if things would get too hot or too cold. I quickly found out after about 45 seconds to a minute the cold side water valve was releasing hot water into the unit and this was due to the fact that the cut off connections for the hot and cold water were improperly reversed and installed and the hot water cut off actually controlled the cold water supply and the cold water cut off control the hot water supply instructed the customer that they are going to need a plumber to be able to come out and properly installed the hot and cold shut offs in t

Upon arrival first check power to the outlet to ensure that it was getting the proper 240 V. I am mediately found that the 4 prong dryer outlet itself was in fact only receiving between 40 and 65 V. After inspecting the breaker I found that the Double breaker to the dryer was stuck in the tripped position and when attempting to turn the breaker on or off the breaker it would not move. Instructed the tenants of the home that we would contact the owners and inform them that they do need an electrician to repair the breaker box and after that the dryer should function as designed call complete."
DRYER WHIRLPOOL NED4655EW1 Arrived on site for dryer creating a burning smell when used. After further inspection of the dryer I found the after about 10 to 15 minutes running you could smell a faint hint of burning plastic from behind the dryer. I disassembled the back panel of the dryer and found that one of the wires going to the heating element was gently rubbing up against the heating element shroud due to how much slack was in the wire and Would start occasionally creating a burning smell because of how close design for short distance it was to the heat I repaired burnt wiring and repositioned the wire out of place of the heating element to allow prevention of further damage.

After speaking with the customer they did state that the washer only leak one time since our last repair and it was a very small amount of water and that it has not done it since it is very possible at this point that the water was just a little bit of residual water left over from initial repair of drain pump after running multiple diagnostic test on the machine I could not find any leaks anywhere occurring at any point during the wash cycles. As for the low flow Error code I put the machine in the diagnostics and found an F8E1 area code stating that the cold water inlet valve was having a problem I’ll check the connections on the wall and found that the wall connections were turned halfway off so I adjusted water cut off valves I also reset the machine and cleared out the area codes and found that the machine was working perfectly fine at this point with no
