Mike Chapman is very knowledgeable on how appliances work. He goes right to the problem and solves it quickly. He is courteous, and leaves a very clean workplace when he is finished. I will definitely call him again.

Just Awesome!

Couldn't be happier with the repair! The guys were in and out in less than a half hour! Pure professionals, even wore booties inside because it was raining outside. Courteous, pleasant, even gave me some tips and pointers on products to use and if I ever had to repair myself. Guys - you are the best!

Arrived on site for f5e1 error, found error. Reset error on control. Verified temperatures on preheat, no further issues at this time.

Arrived on site for no ice production, found inlet tube with ice blockage, removed, valve cycled, all water connections dry.

Arrived on site for no cool condition. Found dye drier cracked. Replaced with new dye drier, checked for cooling unit cooling. Water was from melting ice bin. All water connections checked dry.

Arrived on site for oven not moving past 175 degrees, found control was set to Celsius not Fahrenheit. Reset unit to Fahrenheit, verified temperatures. Unit checks to spec. Customer states that the unit did not work since the last repair.

Arrived on site to install parts. Replaced the controls and the sensor as temperatures would not maintain properly. Tested Unit and unit operated as designed. The customer had not received her new unit tag from the manufacturer as of this date.

This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide.

Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. We do require confirmation of the timeframe prior to arriving to your home.


Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!


If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

Single family home use only. Your product must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty.

*Only applies to service call if there is a completed repair. Service is only guaranteed for 30 days in any other circumstance.

It was frustrating, at first, that the earliest available appointment was a week out, and then it was cancelled due to the assigned tech being out ill. However, when the appointment did happen a few days later, Jonathan was fantastic. He was courteous, quick, and did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how we can help prevent future issues like it. He also gave us some great advice on how to ensure the rest of our appliances are functioning the best they can. Thanks Jonathan!
