Fantastic customer service! The very best.

Mike was honest, really cared about his customer and went above and beyond to make it the best experience. He asked about and answered all my questions, was knowledgeable, informative and extremely helpful. If I have another need to contact Appliance Express, I would definitely ask for Mike.

KDHE704DSS0 (Dishwasher) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of dishwasher not starting and lights stay lit. Removed door panel and found short in control board. Removed control board and console. Installed new replacements under WPL 5 year part warranty. Chraged only labor DW135 $169.99 plus taxes. Tested unit. Unit started up. After drain cycle, control and UI went dead. Checked incoming voltage and getting 120V. Reordering new control and UI due to part being DOA. R/S for 11/29. All water connections were dry at time of service.

MED5500FC0 (Dryer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of dryer not heating and air flow error light on. Repositioned dryer tube ajd ran diagnostics. Found F4E4 (Restricted Air Flow). Cleared error code and ran test. Unit heats and tumbles as intended. Good air flow light is now illuminated. Dryer vent and lint trap was clean of lint at time of service.

Kitchen Aid ice machine KUIX305ESS1 Arrived to check unit for no ice production. Found unit is filling, circulating water and compressor runs. Found condenser fan mot not running. Installed new condenser fan motor and checked operation, checked good. Checked unit for any leaks and none were found.

Our service call and diagnosis fee is $99.99 on most items.

This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide.

Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. We do require confirmation of the timeframe prior to arriving to your home.


Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!


If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

Warranty applies only when you have paid us directly for a particular repair. Single family home use only. Your product must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty.

*Only applies to service call if there is a completed repair. Service is only guaranteed for 30 days in any other circumstance.

We've had Appliance Express come out for various jobs (so far, under warranty). The technicians are always great and super helpful. They'll answer questions about anything and everything, even if it's not what you called them out for.

They had to reschedule a couple appointments. They were always proactive about it though so you weren't left wondering. Still, a lot of clients make sure they are at home during the several-hour appointment window and I think Appliance Express could make it a priority to always make their window so clients don't have to find another block of time.

That said, they are a fantastic company! And definitely several notches above most other home contractors.
