The control supplied approximately 50VAC anytime the pilot relay activated. The dispenser was likely over-dispensing and will require replacement. MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH32519HZ3 "Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed part. Went to remove microwave and was not able to remove, due to tight fit. Had maintenance assistance to remove unit. Gained access to fan motor capacitor, removed failed capacitor and installed new. Tested unit and found same results. Checked motor resistance and found all within range at fan motor. Traced to capacitor and board and found unit is loosing neutral. Called tech support and Tebow. Will need to replace complete wire harness. When installing unit found power cord had to almost fold over to install. Will have power cord on hand if needed. I inspected the sealed system and after clearing the debris, found temperatures in the high and low side parts of the sealed system appeared normal. At some prior point, a servicer had installed a dye drier with no low side port. I corrected an ice maker housing issue and flipped the ice bin door gasket. I removed and reseated the button and the issue was corrected. I tested multiple times and could not get it to fail. I advised the customer of my findings and they elected to keep the existing switch assembly. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.
DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED5000DW2 Arrived on site and tested operation. Found motor was making a humming noise but would not start. Found motor had come loose from base causing issue. Corrected motor mount and tested operation. Unit working properly. Job complete
REFRIGERATOR GE SSS25KPFPHWW "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water. Upon further inspection, using a cup, I attempted to get water from the dispenser and got nothing. The customer advised that they had not changed the filter since January or February. They had a new filter, so I changed it out and tested and the unit dispensed water. I advised the customer to change the filter every 6 months. While writing up the ticket, I found a large amount of water coming from underneath the unit. I pulled the unit and found that the water valve was leaking at the dispenser hose connection. I attempted to tighten the connection, but the connection would not hold. I removed and replaced the water valve and tested and the water did not leak from the valve anymore; however, I found that the water line itself was badly cracked and from the pressure of the water the line cracked open and was leaking now. I am ordering the water storage coil and scheduled return service for 11/16/
DISHWASHER KITCHENAID KUDS30IXBT7 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is not cleaning and leaving a white film on the dishes. She provided a pot that had what appeared to be rinse aid residue in it. I placed the unit in diagnostics And it showed error codes 10/1, 6/6, 6/4. I cleared the error codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. Looking inside the unit, I found the feed tube assembly port was open. The flapper inside the tube was not sealing correctly. Also, I found a large amount of rinse aid debris at the bottom of the tub. I opened the rinse aid cap and found the dial all the way at Max. The customer advised that they have a water softener. I reset the dial to #1 and retested. At the end of testing, I found rinse aid residue leaking from the dispenser. I am ordering the feed tube assembly and a dispenser and scheduled return service for 1

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS571CIHB00 Arrived on site for the unit freezer has frost buildup. Found the top of the ice bin container has frost buildup due to the seal has a small gap. Also found the liner on the freezer has a small gap. Use the adhesive to apply to the liner and use the heat gun to reshape the gaskets freezer. Tested the unit and unit is working properly. All water connections were dry at the time of service.

Disassembled the unit and found the single coil has no resistance and the igniter is weak and brittle. Replaced both parts and tested the unit. Unit ignites and heats properly. Customer has a one year warranty on parts and labor. No gas present and advise to clean air vents every six months."
REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFC704FBS00 "KRFC704FBS00 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the compressor, non-dye drier and service port, noting that there was little refrigerant within the system and there appeared to be a leak at the factory service stub. After vacuuming the system and monitoring for leaks and charging, I found the unit had irregular pressures anytime the three-way valve assembly would switch to the fc or rc evaps. Test mode 40 and regular operation displayed the same issue. I recovered the unit and verified no restrictions within primary tubing structures and found the issue within the three-way valve. He stated that relay may be getting stuck after hours of run time and to replace control board. Gained access to control and replaced control and panel. Tested operation. All tested good.
WASHER MAYTAG MVWB765FW1 "Arrived on site for washer leaking from dispenser. Customer stated that unit has moldy smell. Performed diagnostics mode checked error codes. F2-E1 stuck key. Performed encoder test. Activated inlet valve and found cold water not shutting off completely. Gained access to valve and removed failed valve and installed new. Tested operation and monitor all water connection. All tested good, no water leaks present."
REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFC604FSS00 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found that the ice maker was not operating. The customer advised that the unit was working fine for a few days after it was repaired recently, but then stopped working again. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested in mode 97. I heard the valve come on. I removed the ice maker and inspected the wiring harnesses and they were fine. I checked ohms to the fill tube heater and found it open this time. Due to there not being any water in the ice tray, I disconnected the fill tube at the top left hinge area and tested in mode 97 again and water dispensed. I attempted to blow through the fill tube into the ice maker area and found it to be blocked with ice. After having the left rc door open for approximately 10 minutes, I tested the fill tube again ad this time it dispensed water.
