MGDX655DW maytag dryer Arrived on site to test unit for long dry times. Found loose connection on coil. Once working discovered evidence of poor air flow. Ran vent test and unit failed. Found lint on wrong side of screen. Customer has already replaced duct work in house. House was recently built. Suspected issue with internal venting to be rectified by builder. Made customer aware of fire hazard and proper venting.

KDTE104ESS1 kitchenaid dishwasher Arrived on site to test unit for filling with water when not in use. Found unit would fill with water even when water supply was shut off. Confi red customer has reverse osmosis system sharing same drain line. Adjusted angle of Y fitting in an effor to correct. Informed customer this may not work and in the event it doesnt work they will need to contact the water treatment company that installed it. Unit working properly, no leaks detected.

Our service call and diagnosis fee is $99.99 on most items.

This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide.

HOW WE SCHEDULE

TIME

Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. We do require confirmation of the timeframe prior to arriving to your home.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!


YOUR APPLIANCE’S AGE

If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

1 Year Warranty on Service Call*, Labor, and Parts on any completed repair.

LEGAL STUFF
Warranty applies only when you have paid us directly for a particular repair. Otherwise, your warranty is only the duration of the warranty you have with the manufacturer and/or extended warranty company. Our warranty does not cover food loss or loss of use. Single family home use only. Your product must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty.

*Only applies to service call if there is a completed repair. Service is only guaranteed for 30 days in any other circumstance.

It was frustrating, at first, that the earliest available appointment was a week out, and then it was cancelled due to the assigned tech being out ill. However, when the appointment did happen a few days later, Jonathan was fantastic. He was courteous, quick, and did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how we can help prevent future issues like it. He also gave us some great advice on how to ensure the rest of our appliances are functioning the best they can. Thanks Jonathan!
