KMHS120ESS4 kitchenaid microwave Arrived on site to test unit for light issue. Found switch and interlock issue. Replaced all switches and interlocks. Unit working properly after repair.

WRT311FZDW01 whirlpool refrigerator Arrived on site to test unit for frostbbuild up in freezer. Found left side of fresh food door had 1/4 inch gap in gasket from hinge to hinge. Corrected issue with heat gun. Defrosted unit and tested. Unit working properly. Not connected to water.

WED92HEFC0 whirlpool dryer File number-7720577588 arrived on site to test unit for wet spots on on clothes after cycle. Could not duplicate issue. Called techline and ran through test on steam valve and moisture bars. Inscreased moisture sensor sensitivity by 30 percent. Also found indication of poor venting due to lint build up behind unit. Instruct on proper venting and fire hazard. Recommended customer discontinue use until ducts are cleaned. No leaks detected.

KRMF706ESS01 kitchenaid refrigerator Arrived on site to test unit for frost in freezer. Found sloght frost build up on left and right rails. Found both top corners of gasket slightly pulled away from cabinet. Removed excess frost and corrected issue with heat gun. Unit working properly, no leaks detected.

This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide.

Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. We do require confirmation of the timeframe prior to arriving to your home.


Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!


If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

Single family home use only. Your product must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty.

*Only applies to service call if there is a completed repair. Service is only guaranteed for 30 days in any other circumstance.

We've had Appliance Express come out for various jobs (so far, under warranty). The technicians are always great and super helpful. They'll answer questions about anything and everything, even if it's not what you called them out for.

They had to reschedule a couple appointments. They were always proactive about it though so you weren't left wondering. Still, a lot of clients make sure they are at home during the several-hour appointment window and I think Appliance Express could make it a priority to always make their window so clients don't have to find another block of time.

That said, they are a fantastic company! And definitely several notches above most other home contractors.
