Arrived on site and checked the unit for not washing properly. Ran diagnostics and found no error codes present. Ran test cycle and confirmed sump assembly has plenty of power and water. Found water not hot enough to clean properly. Customer to turn up water heater. No water leaks present after service.
Arrived on site and checked the unit for not advancing. Checked unit and found lid striker needed adjustment. Adjusted striker and ran test cycle, all checks ok now. No water leaks present after service. Job vomplete.
Arrived on site and checked the unit for cooling issue. Checked temps and found unit at -1 degree. After speakingwith customer, found unit was filled completely with thick meat before unit got to desired temp causing delayed results. Job complete.
