RED4516FW0 (Dryer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of dryer hard to start when pressing the button. Checked incoming voltage and getting 240V properly. Tested switch. Found switch get extremely hot when pressed. Will need new start switch to complete repair. Ordering drive motor additionally Incase motor is faulty. R/V date for 12/21. Dryer vent and lint trap as clean of lint at time of service.

NED4655EW1 (Dryer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of dryer not heating. Removed back panel and checked continuity on hi limit cutoff and element. Found no continuity. Removed faulty parts and installed new replacement. Reassembled. Tested unit. Unit now heats and tumbles as intended. Dryer vent and lint trap was clean of lint at time of service.

WRF535SWHZ00 (French Door Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of french door refrigerator not cooling in RC section. When arrived, found evaporator fan motor moving. Removed evaporator cover and removed defective evaporator fan motor. Installed new replacement. Reassembled. Unit now cools as intended. Good air flow now entering RC section. All water connections were dry at time of service.

WRF555SDFZ05 (French Door Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of no water or ice being dispensed from french door refrigerator. Checked water supply line. Found old water line material had clogged water. Removed old water line and installed customer provided new replacement. Tested unit. Unit now dispenses water and calls for water for icemaker. Advised customer that supply must be routed. Customer will contact installer to route water line. Disconnected water from unit. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.

MEDB835DW3 (Dryer) - Arrived onsite to install control to dryer from prior visit’s diagnosis. Removed console and removed defective control. Installed new replacement. Reassembled. Tested unit. Unit now tumbles,heats and cycles as intended. No other issues found. Dryer vent and lint trap was clean of lint at time of service.

Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. We do require confirmation of the timeframe prior to arriving to your home.


Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!


If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

It was frustrating, at first, that the earliest available appointment was a week out, and then it was cancelled due to the assigned tech being out ill. However, when the appointment did happen a few days later, Jonathan was fantastic. He was courteous, quick, and did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how we can help prevent future issues like it. He also gave us some great advice on how to ensure the rest of our appliances are functioning the best they can. Thanks Jonathan!
