He was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the Whirlpool oven we were having trouble with. My oven behaved correctly while he was here (of course!!), but I told him that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't and that I need it to work every time (in other words, please fix it!). He understood my concern and changed out the control board which he believed to be causing the problem. He gave me his card and said to call back if it happens again and he will know what the problem is. I appreciate that he didn't just write me off because he couldn't reproduce the issue.

Lou was sent out as a response to a Whirlpool ticket. I understand that AES is a contractor for Whirlpool in my area, and Lou provided excellent customer service. He was timely and personable, answered all of my layman questions and took the time to discuss my options and was thorough in checking out my appliance problem. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is experiencing trouble with appliances and isn't handy themselves.
