MEDB725BW0 Arrived to inspect unit not turning on. I found the thermal fuse had failed and I removed and replaced it under our warranty. I advised the customer the warranty only applies once in one calendar year. The customer is moving today and I advised them of the importance of ensuring the dryer vent in their new residence is clear. Operational test good, no leaks observed and lint removed.

Rmoved and replaced failing gearcase, binding and leaking oul. Tested unit and all operations were correct and all water connections were dry.

WRS325FDAM04 Arrived to inspect noise. The issue had remedied itself prior to my arrival. After discussing the issue with the customer, it appears there may have been an icing issue and the unit defrosted. I found water within the drip pan and it was evaporating as it should. I advised the customer of my findings and they will contact us if the issue continues. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Our service call and diagnosis fee is $99.99 on most items.

This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide.

HOW WE SCHEDULE

TIME

Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. We do require confirmation of the timeframe prior to arriving to your home.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!


YOUR APPLIANCE’S AGE

If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

LEGAL STUFF
Warranty applies only when you have paid us directly for a particular repair. Otherwise, your warranty is only the duration of the warranty you have with the manufacturer and/or extended warranty company. Our warranty does not cover food loss or loss of use. Single family home use only. Your product must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty.

*Only applies to service call if there is a completed repair. Service is only guaranteed for 30 days in any other circumstance.

We've had Appliance Express come out for various jobs (so far, under warranty). The technicians are always great and super helpful. They'll answer questions about anything and everything, even if it's not what you called them out for.

They had to reschedule a couple appointments. They were always proactive about it though so you weren't left wondering. Still, a lot of clients make sure they are at home during the several-hour appointment window and I think Appliance Express could make it a priority to always make their window so clients don't have to find another block of time.

That said, they are a fantastic company! And definitely several notches above most other home contractors.
