Best service I have had in a long time. Gave us a day, emailed confirmation and call the day of the service with a time Showed up when expected completed work quickly and was through.

Great technicians




The first technician, Steve, was courteous and efficient. Appliance Express ordered the wrong part, so we still could not use our range. Today, Thomas Lott was also courteous and efficient and had our range repaired in record time. He showed me the defective bake element and explained what happened. The technicians were excellent, but office staff at Appliance Express need training in customer service.

Arrived on site for no wash, found seized motor. Will need to order. Erika assisted with part. All water connections dry.

Arriv3d on site for ice machine not making ice and making loud dishwasher sound. Turned the unit on and as the bowl filled with water found that the recirculating pump tube was not connected and was forcing water out of he bowl into the compartment. Attached the tube and the unit began to function properly. No leaks found/all connections were dry.

Arrived on site for left fridge door making noises when opening. Adjusted the hinge and the noise stopped. Observed no leaks all connections were dry.

HOW WE SCHEDULE

TIME

Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. We do require confirmation of the timeframe prior to arriving to your home.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!


YOUR APPLIANCE’S AGE

If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

LEGAL STUFF
Warranty applies only when you have paid us directly for a particular repair. Otherwise, your warranty is only the duration of the warranty you have with the manufacturer and/or extended warranty company. Our warranty does not cover food loss or loss of use. Single family home use only. Your product must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty.

*Only applies to service call if there is a completed repair. Service is only guaranteed for 30 days in any other circumstance.

It was frustrating, at first, that the earliest available appointment was a week out, and then it was cancelled due to the assigned tech being out ill. However, when the appointment did happen a few days later, Jonathan was fantastic. He was courteous, quick, and did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how we can help prevent future issues like it. He also gave us some great advice on how to ensure the rest of our appliances are functioning the best they can. Thanks Jonathan!
