MVWB835DW3 Arrived on job for complaints of water not correct. Ran codes and got code for valve temperature. Valve sent not correct updated model number serial was correct.
Arrived on site and inspected wash machine and found no saved error codes, customer is not happy with the amount of water that washer users. Explain that this is normal and explained how wash machine measures incoming water. Water is operating as it is intended, no replacement of parts or adjustment can change operation. No water leaks from connections at time of service, job complete

Heating Element looks to be in good repair but will bring one back just in case, will also need float lever and switch to ensure repair on next visit. 7/9/18 13:39: KB there 7/9 MON, 12:50 to 13:34, Arrived on site and found washer will fill, it will also stop when lid is lifted, will recognize a change in water level when switch is moved, but will not begin agitation on regular or permanent press. It will spin and drain properly and agitation will start when set on super wash. Quoted customer for repair TL240 $189.99 timer is $191.58; ordrng 1 WP22002184 (timer)

Customer has been experiencing multiple dry cycles, Visually inspected vent exit on home and found it is blocked. Recommended to customer that this be cleared before dryer is use again. 7/9/18 11:38: KB there 7/9 MON, 10:00 to 11:23, Arrived on site and inspected oven and found igniter connector is not correct, after fixing connection oven will now heat properly. Took several pictures measured oven temperature at 453° when set at 450° also found left front cooktop burner flame is not even, took one picture. A small amount of gas is exiting below burner head. Took picture. After swapping burner heads Issue is still present found cook top surface is warped and would need to completely be rebuilt to correct issue. 7/9/18 11:33: KB there 7/9 MON, 10:03 to 11:31, Arrived on site and set dishwasher into diagnostic cycle and found it will fill with water and motor will energize for three or four seconds and then it will stop and Extra rinse and start blinking. Spoke with tech line and they said console will need to be replaced, there is a stuck button. Wash motor is operating properly but water feed tube along back wall lower valve door is loose and not sending water pressure to middle spray arm properly. 7/9/18 9:54: KB there 7/9 MON, 9:00 to 9:43, Arrived on site and found that when power is on LEDs will turn on for a few seconds and then lose power. Found power to control board is steady and the correct polarity. Remove control board and disassembled it and did not find any burn marks or any obvious failures. Replaced control board and dishwasher was able to complete a diagnostic cycle and all functions are operating properly. 7/9/18 9:00: KB there 7/9 MON, 8:01 to 8:54, Arrived on site and while removing outer door panel on dishwasher saw cockroaches between inner door panel and outer door panel, took two pictures. Inspected control board and found it is burnt out, harness is also there is no function from dishwasher. Other components may be damaged or have failed also. Will turn over to safety team.
Arrived on site and found saved error codes, 8/2 cold incoming water 9/1 slow drain, incoming water measured at kitchen faucet only reaches 112 degrees. recommended raising water temp to Whirlpool minimum of 120 degrees. Drain pump is Operating correctly but recommended dishwasher magic in order to clear any build up. No water leaks from connections at time of service, job complete

Wdt720padm2 replacement of dispenser
Arrived on site and found wash LED is solid and nothing is happening. Set washer into diagnostic cycle and found Saved error code for No fill/long fill also found half an inch of water in washer pan, took pictures. Spoke with tech line SR7722327033. Filled the washer while it was tilted back until water level covered gear case and drain pump connections on the bottom of the tub and there’s no leaking. Ran an automatic test cycle and no water was added to the pan. Removed control panel and activated both valves and neither are leaking or cracked. Could not duplicate where water came from, requested that customer continue to observe it. Tech line recommended running a calibration cycle because control was just replaced. Automatic test cycle completed again and requested that customer monitor machine for continued correct operation. No water leaks from connections at time of service, job complete.
Arrived on site for unit leaking water under crisper drawer, found ice build up on fresh food section evaporator, I defrosted ice and replaced the thermistor, unit tested good.
Arrived on site and found motor is running but dryer is not heating, disassembled dryer removing interior lint and found cut off has failed, after replacing cut off all function has returned to the dryer. In diagnostics there is Multiple saved error codes for restricted airflow, recommended to customer that vent to the exterior of the home be cleaned by a service in order to prevent issue from happening again. WRF767SDEM01 whirlpool refrigerator Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling well in ff section. Found severe frost build up on ff evap. Evap thermistor checks open. Will need harness kit with fan and thermistor. Customer does not have secondary fridge and cannot unplug to defrost. Requesting 2 hours due to large amount of frost build up. Susan approved 6/21

Arrived on site and rebuilt washing machine again replacing your place and all attached parts. Ran a diagnostic cycle and could not hear clicking again, ran a calibration and still could not verify any clicking. No further repair can be done to address noise on this washing machine as all possible parts have been replaced. No water leaks from connections at time of service, job complete.
Arrived on site and found microwave is noisy when fan is running, disassemble the microwave and sound construction debris is making contact with fan blades. After clearing blades noise has stopped and microwave is operating properly, job complete.
Arrived on site and found washing machine is disconnected from power, when reconnected wash light is blinking. Held start button down until this clear and set washer into diagnostic cycle and found No saved error codes. I ran all functions and manual diagnostic and everything checks good. Hilarity and voltage on out let’s is correct.
