I found that the water source was turned off under the sink, so I turned it on and looked underneath the unit and did not see any water leaking. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with no error codes. As soon as the water began to dispense into the tub, I found that the water valve was leaking badly. I immediately turned the water off under the sink and cleaned up the water debris. I drained the remaining water inside the unit out. I removed the water line connection from the valve and found the water line connection gasket badly crimped and making a secure seal. I reseated the gasket and reconnected the water line to the valve and tested. The unit operated as designed with no more leaks. I called the builder (name listed on ticket) and advised of my findings and repairs. Also advised

Using my thermalcouple, I placed my lead in the middle of the center rack and began testing on Bake at 350 for Standard Preheat Multi-rack only. When the unit beeped at 350 my temp reading was 376. I recorded the next five readings which were 352, 355, 333, 356, 346 for and average of 348 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended some tips to better help her when cooking.
