Mike has been here 3 times since 2015 to replace bimetal fuse in 2013 Kitchenaid dishwasher (obviously a manufacturer's defect). He is a very polite young man. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and came back to repair two days later. He is a pleasure to deal with. My dog really likes him too.
