Mike explained numerous things about my washer...he was very thorough and patient with my questions...ONLY concern----- I called Whirlpool on Monday ( washer was under warranty) & was referred to Appliance Express. They gave me a window of time from 1-4 on Friday. On Thurs., I rec'd an email stating a tech would arrive Fri between 3-6. At 3 p.m. Friday, a lady from AE called to cancel the appointment & reschedule it for Monday morning....I was not thrilled to have to wait a full week to get some help.....However, Mike did arrive promptly Mon. morning and took care of the situation. He was excellent.....The one week wait was not soooo excellent!

Arrived on site for stall in spin cycle, replaced worn down washplate, verified operations and checked for errors, checked all water connections-were dry.

Arrived on site to install parts. Installed open components per manufacturer. Will also need to install fan and thermostat. Office to order parts and reschedule. Microwave was not installed properly and sitting on the countertop in the unplugged position. Left unit unplugged at end of service.

Arrived on site for dispenser leaking and rusting. Found that the dispenser was jammed; unjammed the dispenser and it works as designed. Both doors have rust on facing and customer will report this to his extended warranty company. No leaks observed and customer reported no leaks. All connections were dry.

Arrived on site for no spin, found OL-f70 error removed washplate found plate worn down will not stay on shaft through cycle. Will not allow for spin. Ordering wpw10286241 Callie assisted.

Arrived on site for failed control and open valve, replaced both. Unit checked good. Verified all dry water connections. Customer had paid in full at last visit.

This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide.

HOW WE SCHEDULE

TIME

Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. We do require confirmation of the timeframe prior to arriving to your home.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!


YOUR APPLIANCE’S AGE

If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

Otherwise, your warranty is only the duration of the warranty you have with the manufacturer and/or extended warranty company. Our warranty does not cover food loss or loss of use. Single family home use only. Your product must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty.

*Only applies to service call if there is a completed repair. Service is only guaranteed for 30 days in any other circumstance.

It was frustrating, at first, that the earliest available appointment was a week out, and then it was cancelled due to the assigned tech being out ill. However, when the appointment did happen a few days later, Jonathan was fantastic. He was courteous, quick, and did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how we can help prevent future issues like it. He also gave us some great advice on how to ensure the rest of our appliances are functioning the best they can. Thanks Jonathan!
