Arrived on site for fresh food section not cooling properly, I found freezer to be at -7 degrees, and fresh food section at 48 degrees. I found he damper was in the shut position when I arrived. I turned unit off to cycle the damper motor, turned unit back on, found power getting to damper motor, but damper was not opening, bad damper motor. I replaced the damper assembly unit tested good. Water lines were dry at time of service
Arrived on site for customer complaint of soap dispenser not staying shut, found soap dispenser was broken. I replaced soap dispenser, unit tested good. Water lines were dry at time of service.
Arrived on site for oven not powering on, found control fuse was bad. I replaced fuse, unit tested good.
Arrived on site and replaced control panel and control board diagnosed on previous visit, after replacement started unit and it is running properly. No water leaks from connections at time of service. Collected remaining balance job complete
Arrived on sight for loud squeaking noise, I inspected clutch, rotor, and stator, those looked good, no abnormal wear and tear. Found noise coming from gearcase, I replaced gearcase, unit tested good. No leaks at time of service.
Arrived on site for customer complaint of soap residue on clothes after cycle. Found long fill error code, I put unit into diagnostic mode and found hot side fill valve was not functioning. I replaced water valve and housing, unit tested good. Also explained how to use washer for best results and soap usage. Water lines were dry at time of service.
Arrived on site for dishwasher dispenser not staying closed, found dispenser was broke and needed replacing. I removed the outer door and replaced soap dispenser, unit tested good, no leaks at time of service.
Arrived on site for customer complaint of oven being hot on bottom/below the oven. This is a wall oven with the vent that comes out of the bottom, I showed customer where it vents, and explained to them that this is normal operation. Tested good.

Arrived on site for unit not washing at all, found bad wash motor, I replaced sump, unit tested good. Water lines were dry at time of service.
Arrived on site for frost build up in freezer section, found frame of unit needed sealant around freezer section to make a better seal. I used sealant from truck stock to seal the unit, tested good. Water lines were dry at time of service.
Arrived on site for washer not finishing cycle, found unbalanced error code, I replaced suspension rods, unit tested good. Water lines were dry at time of service.
Dryer is stacked on top of washer, floor is also made of decking and is uneven. Arrived on site and set washer into diagnostic cycle and found saved code F9 E2, ran a diagnostic cycle and all functions progressed properly. Removed lower panel and found debris in drain catch, after reassembling ran a diagnostic cycle again and all functions still operating properly. Could not duplicate cause of error code but if situation happens Again will need to bring back main harness, control board, and drain pump. No leaks from connections at time of service, job complete
