only issue I have is with the scheduling. had to be on the phone for over 35 minutes to notify the problem.
JGS1450DP0 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the leads for the lower thermocouple were misrouted and after correcting, I tested the unit multiple times in upper and lower ovens and the unit worked as designed. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service.
Arrived on site and checked the unit for not draining. Checked components and found a faulty drain pump. Part ($81.02) jobcode#DW165 ($149.99) for total of $231.01 plus tax. Customer to call back when ready to replace pump. Collected 108.24 with CC. Job complete.
WOS51EC0AS04 Arrived to inspect low temperature and slow heating. I advised the customer on the Rapid and Standard Preheat modes and tested the unit at 350 in Standard mode. The unit heated very slowly, indicating 200 degrees after 10 minutes, but reading only 135 with a thermocouple. I tested and found the unit with only 122VAC on L1 and 0 on L2. The customer corrected the issue within the junction box and I re-tested. The unit preheated correctly and then cycled within mfg specifications. Operational test good.
