Appreciated respect for my time. They called to let me know my tech would be here soon. Brandon called me when he was actually on his way and was on time. Diagnosed problem quickly and explained pricing for repair. After considering everything including age of the appliance I opted to buy a new one. Very pleased with service! Would definely call them should need arise, and would recommend them and Brandon in particular.

Great service

Great, Professional, Timely Service

Robert showed up early on a rainy Tuesday and happily fixed a noted hardware (and software) issue with a Whirlpool range and stovetop involving the cooling system. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it, and had things back in order and online within two hours of arrival. He was friendly, talkative, and capable throughout. Highly recommend giving the guy a promotion--never let him leave your company.

Arrived on site for customer complaint of dryer making noise, found vibration noise coming from sheet metal expanding and contracting over the years. I had dryer pads on my truck so I installed dryer pad under blower wheel housing, unit was quieter then when I first showed up, but still had a slight vibration noise. I informed customer that dryers over time will all make slight noises due to sheet metal expanding and contracting, and slight vibration is normal for a used dryer.

arrived on site to inspect refrigerator continuously tripping the breaker. Upon my arrival, the customer advised that the refrigerator was tripping the breaker and they contacted an electrician who changed out the breaker. Customer advised that the breaker was a GFCI type breaker. I advised the customer that it was a good decision made due to the unit cannot be on a GFCI breaker. I inspected the unit and found ice buildup on and under the ice bin. I removed the ice and explained to the customer that due to the continuous on and off functions of the fridge while it was tripping the breaker could have caused some condensation buildup in which in return caused the ice build up. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

arrived on site to inspect refrigerator fc making loud noise and having ice buildup. Upon further inspection, I inspected the fc door and gasket to make sure it was sealing properly and it was not. I looked inside the fc and found where a package of meat had fallen behind the drawer and was keeping the drawer from closing completely. I removed the package of meat and closed the fc drawer and it sealed properly. I removed the door and drawer to inspect the evaporator and found a large block of ice on the Evap motor and fan causing the loud noise from the fan blades rubbing on the ice buildup. I used my stammer to remove the ice and installed a new Evap motor assembly including the thermistor and defrost thermostat. Tested the unit and unit operated as designed. I replaced all fc components and checked for leaks. No leaks observed; job completed. I advised the customer to be careful on what they put into the freezer drawers and how they put it in there to keep any foods from falling behi

arrived on site to inspect venthood fan falling. Upon further inspection, I found that when the venthood fan is on high it sucks the filter up into it due to the oil build up the filter. Also, I found that the c-clip it missing from the motor shaft. I did not have one so I went to The Home Depot and purchased some and returned to the home and placed a c-clip on the unit and tested. The unit tested good. I advised the customer that the filter would need to be cleaned and demonstrated the effect it has when the fan is on high with the filter the way it is and then the fan sucks the filter up into it. Also advised the customer that with the oil/grease buildup on the filter, if he has a high flame and the venthood on high, the fan could suck the flame up into the oils on the filter and melt the fan. Advised the customer to purchase a charcoal filter that will last longer. Job completed.
