MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH31017HS3 "arrived on site inspect microwave door damage. Upon further inspection, I found a small dent in the bottom left corner of the door. I removed and replaced the door and tested. Unit operated as designed. Job completed. Customer not available to sign receipt."
RANGE WHIRLPOOL WFG525S0HS1 "Arrived on site for range oven not heating to temperature. Performed temperature on bake mode at 350°. Measured first 3 cycles and found average temperature at 352°. Adjusted bake temperature up to 450° and found reaching temperature. Tested cooktop burners, all tested good."
DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED5620HW0 Arrived on site for noisy operation. The customer and I turned the unit on and observed the unit. The customer pointed out a rattling/buzzing type of noise. When I pressed on the door at about 9 o’clock the noise went away. I opened the door and tighten all the screws on the face of the dryer and on the door of the dryer itself. Then I loaded some towels into the dryer and the operations are now quiet. Dryer and house venting are new and clean.
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS325SDHZ01 "Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed parts. Gained access to defrost sensor and measured resistance and found at 10.84 K ohms. Gained access to control and measured resistance and read 10.80 K ohms. Performed diagnostics mode and tested thermistors activating defrost cycle. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke with Leon. Measured temperature in FC and measured thermistor resistance at thermistor and control. Measured thermistor in RC, found no failures. Zip tied thermistor and add Foil tape around the thermistor. Removed UI and installed new. Removed water from drain pan with shop vac. All tested good at time of service. (SR# 7726304936). Verified parts that have been installed, all parts are correct. No water leaks present."
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS325SDHZ01 Arrived on site for frost buildup in freezer. Performed diagnostics mode and found unit reading defrost sensor opened. Gained access to control and measured defrost circuit and found 49 K ohms. Called tech support and spoke with Chris he stated that ready was to high and to replace defrost sensor again. Verified model # and found engineering digit 01 and on work order marked as 02. Performed diagnostics mode and tested defrost sensor and unit was reading sensor good. Ran defrost cycle and found unit defrosting. Office to schedule appointment when ETA is available on parts. ; ordrng 1 SEESTICKYNOTE (Part research) and 1 W11174836 (MAIN CONTROL) and 1 W11214887 (CONTROL) and 1 W11366397 (DEFROST SENSOR)

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS315SDHM02 Arrived on site and tested operation. I found loud vibration coming from unit when sealed system running. Inspected system and found suction line touching compressor and heat loop touching suction line as well. Ensured proper clearance between components and tested. Unit no longer resonating loud vibration noise. Job complete
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS325SDHZ02 "Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found ice buildup on FC evaporator. Performed diagnostics mode and found defrost sensor opened. Gained access to main control and tested heater circuit resistance and found around 40 k ohms (P8 pin 1 and 2 pink wires). Removed control and installed new. Performed diagnostics mode and tested defrost sensor and found control reading sensor. Activated defrost cycle and found unit defrosting. Tested temperature on heat and found high temperatures. All tested good, no water leaks detected."
DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF520PADM7 "Arrived on site for dishwasher with damaged panel. Inspected unit and work area. Found unit not completely installed. Removed panel and installed new. Not able to test unit at time of service, due to unit not installed. All else checks good."
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRB322DMBM01 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door damage. Upon further inspection, I found that the RC door was dented near the door mounts on the left side. It appears that the the mounts were installed too tight denting the door and then the handle was switched to the right side. I removed and replaced the RC door and mounted the handle on the right side per customer request. Tested the door and it’s sealing properly. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"
DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF520PADM7 "Arrived on site for dishwasher not drying dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Found rinse aid dispenser on lowest setting, adjusted to setting to 3. Measured incoming water temperature and found within range. Performed diagnostics mode , no fault codes. Monitored test cycle and measured amp draw, found heater drawing 6.5 amps. Tested heater temperature at end of test cycle and found working. Spoke with customer on user care guide. All tested good, no water leaks detected."
DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF330PAHS3 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, i found that the unit is plugged into a GFCI outlet and has a GFCI breaker. Advised customer that whirlpool does not approve of the GFCI outlet/breaker. Found when plugging the unit into the outlet it trips the breaker ad even switching to a different outlet, it still tripped the breaker. I removed the junction box cover and found that whoever installed the unit, connected the ground and neutral to the power source neutral. I re-wired the unit and retested and it operated as designed. Advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED5620HW0 "arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and it began to vibrate badly. I removed the front panel and drum and found where the blower housing and collar assembly were vibrating against each other. I adjusted the collar and added some noise reducer/sealant in between the collar and housing. Also added sealant/noise reducer to the exhaust pipe at the blower housing and at the back of the exhaust pipe where it meets the back panel and duct collar. Reassembled the unit and retested and the unit is much quieter. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No lint observed during service, job completed."
RANGE WHIRLPOOL WFG550S0HZ1 "Arrived on site for range, oven taking 30 minutes to preheat . Inspected unit and work area found foil covering vent. Removed foil and tested oven. Tested top burners. All tested good. Spoke with customer on user care guide."
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS315SDHM02 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise the unit was making. It should under like a chatter noise; something hitting on something else. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested to see if I could duplicate the noise and could not. I removed the back panel and inspected the compressor and condenser fan ad fund no unusual noises. I removed the Evap cover and inspected the evaporator and it had a good frost pattern and there was no ice built up on the Evap or the Evap fan motor. Using the sealant/mastic prescreened for today, I placed some in between the condenser coils and the support bracket at the front of the unit due to the styrofoam being pinched and possibly allowing the coils to rattle on the bracket. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFW5620HW0 "arrived on site to inspect washer tearing clothing. Upon further ,inspection customer showed me a shirt that had been snagged while washing. Using my microfiber cloth, I rubbed the inside of the drum and felt several snags along the way. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that I would have to order the tub/drum assembly. I am ordering the tub/drum assembly, CNOTE-2 MAN JOB, CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB. No water leaks observed during service, office to schedule return service.; ordrng 1 CNOTE (2ND PERSON) and 1 CNOTE (2 HOUR JOB) and 1 W11287251 (TUB OUTER)"
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS315SDHM02 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit not level/squared. When the compressor kicked on I could hear the condenser coil vibrating. I remove the back panel to inspect the condenser fan/compressor and all was good. I put the unit back in its place and leveled and squared the unit and the noise stopped. I advised the customer of my findings/repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS315SDHM01 Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator with discoloration on stainless. Found unit has not been cleaned at this time with stainless steal cleaner. Advised homeowner on best product to use to clean the refrigerator and restore the finish.
