Washer Repair

"Arrived on site to test unit for water leak and grinding noise. Customer stated that when she would do a cycle and the basket was weighed down, it would touch the floor and water would leak. Tested suspension, found it extremely bouncy and would need replacement. Put unit and diagnostics heard a loud whirring noise. Inspected under the unit found that the gear case is leaking oil all over the cam and pulley shield. Would need to replace gear case cam, actuator and suspension. Replaced parts and tested unit, when in spin cycle unit was still a little bouncy. Looked over suspension once more and found that one of the suspension rods were bent. Would need to order suspension for return visit. Ordering part, office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11217817 (Suspension)"

Arrived onsite for not draining found the Drain harness shorted. Drain pump reads properly at the pump but no reading at the control open line. Control function is shorted also. Returning with needed parts. All else checks good. ; ordrng 1 W11665968 (Lower harness)

Arrived onsite for a washer thats not draining. I tested the washer and found it draining properly. The customer stated it will not drain when they run a delicate cycle. I selected the delicate cycle and found the spin was set to off. I showed this to the customer and explained that whatever the selections are set to when start is selected the unit will default to those settings the next time the cycle is run. All works as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously ordered part. Upon arrival,inspected unit and found Need to replace basket, cabinet due to all bottom 4 corners where feet mount are pushed upwards. , and rear panel. Ordering cabinet, rear panel, agitator, and suspension. Need 2 hour weigh time for rebuild. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 2hourweigh (2 hour weigh) and 1 W10596395 (Cabinet) and 1 W11486091 (Rear panel) and 1 W11222979 (Washplate) and 1 W11217817 (Suspension)"
