Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she was washing a very light load and that the unit would not stop continuing to run. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error code. I checked the pressure hose and did not find any damage done to the pressure hose. I blew through the pressure hose and did not find any debris in the air dome or the pressure hose. I checked all loads from the control board and found all components within range. I went ahead and replaced the control and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11603810.

MVW7232HC2 RG: Arrived on site for washer leaking water and clunking sounds per client. Further inspection found the washer was never balanced by the installers and they cross threaded the cold water hose. Also explained to client the clunking sound is totally normal.Reconnected cold water hose and balanced tested no water leaks from water supply product works as its designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer making a loud grinding sound during spin and agitation. Upon further inspection I found that the cam had been grinding and lowered onto the the shield and damaged the shield and belt. I found the actuator being the likely source of the failure. I replaced the splutch assembly, belt, shield and actuator. I ran an automatic test cycle and unit is operating as designed.
