Washer Repair

"WTW8127LW1 Arrived on site to replace previously ordered part. Upon arrival, proceeded to replace W11449841 gearcase. Tested unit and ran diagnostics and passed with no issues. Unit is functioning as designed. No Water leaks detected at this time."

On arrival verified complaint of not functioning. On inspection found drain pump running constantly. Verified pressure hose is clear. Replaced main board and ran diag. Found all components activate correctly but belt is squeaking replaced belt. Unit is now functioning correctly job complete. Installed w11239857 and w11603810

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed part. Replaced harness (W10746377) and ran a diagnostic cycle, all components are properly engaging. No new stored error codes. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site for washer not completing cycles and full of water. On arrival found harness to drain pump broken and repaired it then retested washer. Found it working as designed with No leaks. No parts installed Call complete

"Arrived on site to test unit for not draining and grinding noise. Found water present in tub on arrival. Black wire to pump was cut and found actuator not shifting properly causing splutch assembly to grind and cause noise. Corrected wiring with butt connection and replaced splutch(W10721967), belt(W11239857), and shift actuator(W11481722). Completed diagnostics with no issues. Unit is now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete."
