Washer Repair

"Arrived on site for tub and basket replacement. Unit is covered outside due to length of time without washer. Layer unit down and found rotor did not come off. Screw head broke off inside screw. Will need full rebuild as parts do not come apart. 2 man and extra already authorized. Further authorization needed. Needs, tub, basket, gearcase, rotor, stator, slider, clutch, screws, suspension, agitator, drain filter and screw. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for vibration and out of balance loads. Upon closer inspection found suspension failed causing unit to bounce excessively replaced suspension, tested unit, unit is running as intended. No leaks present at this time. Job complete. USED W11396716"

"On arrival verified complaint of unit spinning loudly. Attempted repair today and agitator bolt was seized. Used impacts, penetrating spray,sledge and breaker bar and unable to break free after an hour of attempting to. Unable to use the Washplate tool from GC or the Sledge pipe tool as they didnt work for this situation. Spoke to SW ordering outer basket and agitator and bolt, will need new authorization before continuing repair. Ordering 1x W11550891 agitator, 1x W10752187 agitator bolt, 1x outer tub W10704196 , Office to Resch.; ordrng 1 W11550891 (Agitator) and 1 W10752187 (Agitator bolt) and 1 W10704196 (Outer tub)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for loud noise, tested unit found suspension failed during cycle causing the loud banging noise that customer explained, will need to replace suspension and som other parts could be needed, customer will only be available on 9/11 ordering suspension rescheduled for 9/11 no parts installed ; ordrng 1 W10780045 (Suspension)"
