"Arrived to inspect water damage. I found the CX had removed the unit from its mounting point and the drain tube had been removed by them for inspection. There was still signs of water that had drained out onto the floor and had passed under the wall to the living room area. The CX had already removed all standing water and was drying the floor and wall areas during our inspection. There was a zip strip on the cord and drain tube former, but I could not verify any other details due to the unit being pulled out for cleanup prior to my arrival. I advised the CX to not use the unit until the previous repair is complete and the gear case has been installed. No other leaks of the unit or water supply observed during my inspection."

Upon testing the unit, saw that it was leaking on the right side of the unit. Upon further investigation. Found that the unit was not installed correctly and the other rubber gasket was pushed out just enough to cause the water to pool at the top of the door on the inside and causing the leak. Also let customer know that cabinetry coupe an issue as well. Took pics for reference. Let customer know that the unit needs to be re installed and cabinetry to be fixed. No other issues at this time. Job complete"

Found 120 volts Lea inf ice maker when water was need3d but found unit still had a voltage drop through liner allowing only 2v to valve. Door switch both had great push/pull and resistance checks. Found high resistance on the wire harness to valve under load, harness is opening up,harness is foamed into the cabinet/ non repairable electrical. Will need office to notify ahs of findings."

Arrived on site for dryer not starting g cycle and showing pf when start button was pressed. Upon arrival confirmed issue. After verifying all heating hardware was intact I then found a stable 240v connection to the terminal. When testing voltage on L1(black wire) to ground when you was started I found voltage would go from 130 down under 100v then back up again causing the pf failure. Found outlet/ wiring in house not able to hold a stable 120 connection on the L1 side when dryer was activated. Informed customer to contact customer electrician. Quoted customer for replacement of ui control and knob with quote included in sd quick pics. Collected service fee after customer stated they would wait on further repairs. Call complete

After further inspection I found no errors. I found all four top burners (both 6in&8in) had weak pressure plates not making full contact and allowing burners to operate. Found stable 240v to receptacles. Also found relays on control sticking during preheat cycle. Called safety team Sr#7733058123. Documented with safety team that unit would need new ACU, 4 burners + new oven sensor. The customer advised that the unit seems to be extremely loud especially during spin on light loads but Im heavier load seems to be better. Around the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Tested the unit and manual diagnostics and found no issues present. The customer loaded up the machine with some towels and we ran it through a high-speed spin. Found the water hoses and the drain hose on the back of the unit causing the rattling banging sound that he was hearing. I did advise him of the issue and showed him during the spin. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave shutting down after opening the unit door. Upon further inspection, I found the unit getting voltage but the display was not on. I uninstalled the unit and and tested the fuse and found it bad. I tested ohms to the switches and thermostats and all were good. I found where coffee had spilled into the unit and gotten into the main control area. Customer advised that the unit went dead when they opened the door while the unit was operating. I advised that due to the door opening while in operation, the switches sensed an interference and thats what caused the fuse to go bad. I removed and replaced the fuse with a part from my van stock (W11315605) and retested the unit and it is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer press the stop button before opening the door to keep from the switches triggering the fuse to go out again. I placed the unit back into its space and retested and it continues to operate as designed. Job completed."

I find the dispenser empty, but there was a small amount of rinse aid residue in the bottom of the dispenser (photo). I found a burnout spot on the right side of the element. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I checked amp draw to the element and it was showing 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles of testing. Due to the burnout spot, I removed and replaced the element and retested and the unit continues to operate as designed. I made recommendations for use & care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
