"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found war in the bottom of the tub. I pressed cancel and the drain pump came on and drained the water. I did not hear the water draining into the disposal so I turned the disposal on and found it with a large amount of debris. Once the debris was cleared, the unit drained the water. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit is operating as designed. I tested one more time by filling the tub with water and then pressing the cancel button to turn the drain pump on and the unit drained as designed again. I found no rinse aid in the dispenser. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with no ice production. Upon arrival the customer stated that the ice maker starting making ice, but with very slow ice production. I checked temps and found the FC at 17?F, the RC at 48?F, and the IB at 36?F. I gained access to the evap covers and found significant ice build up on he RC evap cover. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. I activated a manual defrost and found it working as designed. I then gained access to the control and ohmd out all thermistors. The RC thermistor read 7.55k, the FC read 6.83k, the RC evap read 6.81k. The FC and RC was accurate at time of reading, but the RC evap thermistor was out of range due to how much ice was covering it. This indicates the RC evap thermistor needing to be replaced. I am ordering the thermistor to return and install. I informed the customer that the unit needs to be left off for at least 48 hours prior to service in order to thaw. I advised him on putting down towels, for water will come out of the bottom.; ordrng 1 W10316760 (Thermistor)"

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is not venting correctly. I tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I removed the vent cover located above the unit in the cabinets and found that the vent is smaller than the cutout and is restricting the damper from opening. Also, I found that the unit is not installed correctly and the front right mount is pulled out of the cabinet wood (photos). I advised the customer that the vent cover will need to be replaced and made larger to fit over the cutout in order fo rather damper to be able to open fully while in operation. "On site for fridge not cooling properly. Customer stated that the RC is barely cold, the FC isnt as cold as before, and the ice is slightly melted. Found FC at about 30 degrees. Found ice build up on evaporator cover in FC. Found evap fan running. I was able to steam enough of the ice to get the evaporator cover off. Found bi-metal encased in ice and tried to run test 6 defrost heater and bi-metal. Unit displayed 02- bi-metal open. Then, I steamed out top of evaporator to gain access to bi-metal. I jumper wired bi-metal and ran test 6 to turn on heating element. Element came on. Replaced bi-metal. Informed customer to leave unit unplugged and doors cracked for at least 24 hours due to the amount of ice build up allowing evaporator to fully thaw out. Also, to put towels around floor of unit in case of any water leaking from ice melting. After at least 24 hours, plug unit back in and allow 24-48 hours for proper cooling temps. Informed customer that if same ice build up issue occurs after repair made today, the unit would also need UI control and main control. Call complete."

Arrived on site for Not Heating - Electric Dryer. Tested voltage at the wall and dryer is getting 240. Ran dryer with door open and door switch held and I could see the heating element turning on. I removed the vent tube and water began pouring out of the tube once it was disconnected from the dryer. Showed customer what I found and showed them the water and huge ball of lint wedged inside the vent tube. Explained the dryer is working but the air cant escape anywhere due to the clogged vent tube. It heats up initially then cuts off because it gets too hot and the sensor turns the heat off. Gave customer dryer vent wizards number and explained they may need a different company to find the leak. Advised customer to get rid of the current vent tube due to it getting so saturated with water. Dryer working as designed. Job completed
