Previous service call, I spoke to Frigidaire techline and they recommended cleaning the vents. Customer had vents cleaned. Techline recommended to replace the main control if the unit continues to fail after cleaning vents. I removed and replaced the main control and tested and unit is operating as designed. Using my shop,vac, I cleaned lint from inside the unit. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

I spoke to the customer about the use of he soap, I found the customer using liquid soap instead of pods, I recommended switch to pods, or cutting the soap use in half to prevent the unit from over sudding. Ice box fan was making contact with the ice causing the noise. Found one of the connectors on the ice box fan thermistor was loose. Reconnected loose connection. While in standby I was showing 0 amp draw, with bake on I showed 10 amps with no fluctuations. I powered all the burns and bake on and I could see amp draw of 38, and it would change as elements turned on and off. I found no amp fluctuations that were happening out of the normal operation of the unit. The unit is working as designed. Job complete."

Removed ice bucket and found the icemaker stuck in the middle of a harvest and not continuing forward. Tested voltage going to the motor in van 120 V. I took a jump icemaker just to be sure and found the unit trying to move but not actually moving. Removed icemaker assembly and found motor arm fins stuck in ice. Replaced icemaker and unit began to harvest and fill as designed. Advise customer to give the unit several hours before ice dispenses. Call complete.

COOKTOP GE PP912BM3BB "Arrived on site for a cooktop that has an element that overheats and wont turn off. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that they dont like the way that the element looks anymore. The element has a couple waves inside the element and is not sitting completely symmetrical. The unit does not have any issues with heating or turning off. The customer advised that they just dont like the look of it and want the element replaced. I did advise them that American home shield covers functional repairs on this unit and not cosmetic issues. I did advise that we would submit this for authorization but that their extended warranty may not cover it due to the unit working properly. Tested the unit on low, medium, and high settings with the unit cycling and turning off as designed.

WASHER MAYTAG MVWX655DW1 "Arrived on site for a washing machine thats not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Please do an in-service diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load detected) and F7 E5 (shifter fault) error codes. Placed unit in a manual test for both agitation and span and found the agitator spinning but the basket skipping and not spinning with it. Agitation ran fine. I called Techline and spoke to Dustin SR# 7729845761. Shook on the basket and found the basket wobbling when pressure put on either side. This would indicate that the basket has been removed from the spline and would need a full rebuild. Will need an outer tub, filter and screws, gearcase, inner basket, hub kit, actuator, and potentially and agitator for repair. Office will need to get with extended warranty for authorization and then contact the customer about a reschedule date due to out of stock and psp items. ; ordrng 1 W10528947 (drive hub kit) and 1 W10752719 (basket) and 1 W1090
