"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator leaking from dispenser and then dispensing very slow trickle of water. Examined unit and found a slow stream of water coming from the filter head. Replaced filter head. When I removed the unit to replace the filter head, I found a kink in the inlet line causing the slow dispensing. Removed kink with pliers and taped line to back of fridge to keep it from kinking again. Tested unit and found water is now dispensing as normal. No water leaks found. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which sounded like the condenser coil vibrating when the compressor is on. I removed the front toeplate and found the foam spacer was worn and the condenser coil vibrating on the chassis bar underneath it. Using some sealant pad from my van stock (W11113654), I placed some in between the coil and the bar and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Confirmed with customer that they were using timed dry when the dryer was shutting off after ten minutes and they stated they were using timed dry. Checked harness at terminal block and dryer was installed correctly. Ran dryer for 25 minutes without issue. Removed UI and inspected control. One of the diodes looked like it may not have been soldered properly. Removed control and installed new control. Ran dryer for another 15 minutes and dryer is heating as designed. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. Upon inspection I found the condenser fan running but I could not hear the compressor. I accessed the compressor cavity on the rear and found it extremely hot to the touch. I could hear the start device clicking every so often. I cycled power and took an amp draw on the compressor when the start device clicks. I found an amp draw of 7.5 at the start device then it would drop out. As per PR since I have to start device on me he recommended I replace it to see if the compressor would kick on. It did not. I am ordering the sealed system components for the repair. Arrived onsite for washer making loud clicking noise during Spin. I ran diagnostics and found error codes for motor rotating counter clockwise and a latch fault. I ran auto diagnostics and found that in spin the unit would make a loud clicking screeching noise. I lifted the unit and found the drive belt cutting into the pulley shield. I found the pulley nut loose and the pulley wheel wobbly. I called techline and we did a video call. I lowered the leveling feet. Techline recommended replacing the gearcase belt and pulley. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice clumping. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice is clumping in the back of the ice bin. I found the ice bin clean, but I also found where ice cubes are getting wedged in the tray causing the water to not enter the tray and building up in the chute and freezing. I found the chute completely blocked with ice and some ice in the ice box housing where it had leaked from the chute/tray. Cleaned the ice from the chute and ice box and tested ice maker and it is operating as designed. No leaks observed at the end of service, job completed"

Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the water not dispensing. Upon further inspection when I pressed the paddle at the dispenser I could not her the valve activate. I checked the voltage t the valve while the paddle was depressed and found 120V but again no sound or activation at the valve. I replaced the valve and then tested it again. The valve was not initiating but still no water came out. I jumped the filter housing and found very little water coming out and it sprayed out almost if it was jammed. Arrived on site to diagnose oven that is not heating at all. Customer said it worked for 2 days before it stopped. Console was off for 4 days as well. Power cycled and ran unit. Could not get any heat. Heard one of the relays on the control clicking. Replaced control and retried. Still no heat found. Checked elements and safety devices and found both good. Found low voltage at L1. Checked where unit was wired in and found the L1 wire sticking out of the wire nut causing the voltage drop. Reseated the wire nut and verified good voltage. Ran unit and verified it is now heating properly. No errors found. If issue returns we need to replace the console. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the FC evaporator with no frost pattern. Only the cap tube and part of the suction line in the top portion of the evaporator had a small amount of frost on it. I tested amp draw to the compressor and it showed .58amps and was beginning to get hot to the touch. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and drier and vacuumed the system. Placed 5.5oz of R134a refrigerant into the system and tested pressures. I found that the UV drier was plugged and refrigerant is not flowing properly.Unit left unplugged and pulled out in the garage. Both are sparking but not getting gas to light the flame. While testing the bake igniter the lead broke off so the bake igniter I was sent with is now installed. Tested new bake igniter and it is sparking as designed. Reached out to technical assistance and tested valve regulator. Removed valve regulator and installed new valve regulator. Bake and broil igniters still not igniting the flame. Removed valve and installed original valve back in. Ohmed out spark module harness and found main harness was faulty.
