Upon arrival I call tech line as suggested on prior notes and went through the different issues and signs that I saw while on site and after further diagnosing with tech line we were able to narrow down and determined that the ice door dispenser flap was not sealing 100% of the time every time it was used and was causing a big air leak to form up inside the ice bucket and around the icemaker repair tech line advise that we replace the separating ice chute door. They did say however that if the customer Calls back and states that the unit is still having the same problem there only recommendation at that point is that we replace the entire freezer side stainless steel door and they said this is due to the fact that the door gasket itself is still ceiling around and appears to be working as designed and the

Upon further inspection after arrival customer stated that yes the UI indication would show that the microwave was trying to heat. Upon disassembly I found that the capacitor and diode were no longer working in conjunction with one another. Replacing the magnetron and diode and after reassembly I found that the micro switchs had shorted out in the process office will need to reschedule after getting American home shield authorization and due to parts being out of stock to come back and replace the micro switches within the microwave; ordrng 2 WB24X10103 (range micro switch)s and 2 WB24X823 (microwave door switc)s

WASHER MAYTAG MVWX655DW2 Arrived on site for washer not spinning the clothes at all the way per coat customer upon arrival. Upon further inspection customer stated that towards the rent in Spincycle the end the wash machine word lock and unlock repeatedly and eventually if she was able to get it to lock in a drain and spin cycle she could get the clothes to spin out of the way but other times it seems like it would stop and not drain out. Upon entering diagnostics I found that the lid lock was occasionally locking when the board would send a power and other times it would not then replace the lid lock and was able to reassembled and tested the unit now functions as designed and spins close all the way out during the spin cycle I also instructed the customer that I had re-level the machine due to laundry room floor having a slight slope. Inform customer that if she were to have any more issues with it knocking around or the little lock not working correctly to just give us a call. Unit

OVEN WHIRLPOOL WOD77EC0HS01 Upon further inspection I found that the UI in the main control were not cooperating with one another and found issues in between the software versions I didnt replace main control was able to verify that the wire was receiving proper voltages and readings I then found out that the UI panel was also incorrect to the style of oven needed but the consul that we were sent with was not the Acurate type and could not be properly hooked up to the wall oven they have. The upper oven on the UI is showing that it is a microwave even though most of the UA indicates that it is a double wall oven and it also will not power on the lower oven either I was able to reschedule the customer ordrng 1 CNOTE (JUST NEED TO CONFIRM ACCURACY OF PART BEFORE ARRIVAL) and 1 W11428578 (UI CONSOLE)

I put the unit into diagnostics mode and in test 6 it showed the bimetal open. I did a temp test and found it below 28 degrees. I gained access to the bimetal and checked resistance. I showed resistance out of range. I put the unit into a forced defrost and bypassed the bimetal. I found he heater coming on. I replaced the fc motor evap harness. I checked test 7 in diagnostics and changed the unit from adaptive defrost to basic defrost. I spoke to the customer about the repair. Job complete. No water leaks detected.

I found a new disposal had recently been installed. I found the drain tab had not been broken for the dishwasher. I punched out the tab and tested the unit through diagnostics. Performed diagnostics mode and customer identified sound when compressor and condenser fan was running. Gained access to compressor area. Found water pinched in back and causing low water pressure. Corrected line and moved warning label to top of power cord. Inspected condenser fan and compressor. Found nothing out of place or lose. Reinstalled unit and had in normal run mode. Customer stated that the sound was no longer occurring. Tested water pressure through dispenser. All tested good, no water leaks detected."

I accessed the IM motor and jumpe the connections. I found that while rotating the motor would make a loud clicking noise. I found ice formed at the inlet valve. I went to replace the ice maker a found the one I have with me is not the correct part. I also found the fill tube at the top of the unit has a gap in the seal so I am ordering another ice maker and fill tube for repair. Found top right corner of freezer gasket was not making a proper seal. Removed ice build up formed due to air leak. Used my heat gun to reshape the gasket. Now sealing properly. I used a piece of foil tape to secure the door closed for 24 hours. Job completed.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRX988SIBM01 Arrived on site for refrigerator making loud noise. I put unit into diagnostics mode and could not replicate noise. I found significant frost build up on the FC evap and loss of cool in RC. Once I gained access to evap I found baffle motor and evap motor both running good. I ohmd out the thermistors at room temp and found them at around 3.2-3.5k ohms which was good. I explained to the customer the loud noise was most likely fan hitting ice. I found the control not reading the thermistor temps correctly and will need to replace the control. Ordering control ; ordrng 1 W10807590 (Control)
