Called SW and we went through the process and found that the new pressure switch is working correctly but the housing on the side of the tub that the pressure hose connected to has a lot of build up causing the issue. "Arrived on site and found clean light is blinking 7 times, heating element has failed

"Arrived on site for microwave that caught fire. Upon arrival the customer stated they tried heating a sandwich for two minutes, during constant power outages due to construction on surrounding street, in microwave when unit caught fire between turn table glass plate and the inner microwave cavity. I inspected the turn table motor but found no damage nor any damage within turntable motor cavity under unit. I did find a portion of the inner cavity of cooking compartment had been scorched. I also found the glas turntable burnt and shattered, as well as balance ring melted to the inner cook compartment cavity.I called techline twice while on sight and spoke with Bruce and Ed sr#7730392561. Each advised that after running a minute test with water and verifying unit was still heating as designed. Both whirlpool techline advisors recommended we return with new turntable glass and turning ring and to finish removing discoloration and repair the damage paint areas in cavity then to run a 10 minute test with a bowl of ice and see if issue reoccurrs or is resolved. Arrived onsite returning for refrigerator with frozen FC door. I found the unit at room temp with standing water in the bottom of the FC. I inspected the drain tube in the back and cleared it of debris. I accessed the FC evaporator and didnt see any obvious signs of failure. I tested the bimetal and it tested good. I checked resistance of the heater and it was within range. Both RC and FC evaporator fans functioning as designed. I could hear the 3 way valve cycling as designed. Both rails and brackets felt good and not scratchy. I advised the customer that there may have been a intermittent defrost issue or the door was left open and ice began to form over the drain. I advised they monitor the unit over the next couple of days and let us know if the unit does not get up to temp. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"I arrived on site for a refrigerator that was not making ice. The customer tasted he found the line frozen and replaced that already, he replaced the inlet valve, and the IM heater. He stated it began working for a while after that and has stopped again. I tested the temps in the FC and it was 1?F, the RC was at 34?F, and the ice box was at 20?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and I found the IM fill tube heater on, the ice box fan would turn on, the ice box thermistor passed, the IM valve hummed but did not fill the IM mold, the IM had no error codes, and the IM harvested fine. I gained access to the valve and line. I found the valve good and the line was not frozen. I bypassed the filter and the water would then dispense. The customer stated the filter was newer. The customer had a second filter and we switched them out. The water was now dispensing water in test 45 in diagnostics. The unit had a bad filter. The unit is now working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service.

Arrived on site for washer showing error code f21. I inspected the unit and work area. I found standing water in the washer tube. I removed the water and inspected drain filter. I found the drain filter completely clogged. I removed the debris in the drain filter. I tested the unit and found it draining properly. I spoke to the customer about the repair.

Arrived on site for dishwasher still throwing F9E1 error code. Upon further inspection I found water in the tub and I manually drained the unit. The unit drained as designed. I inspected the drain line and found it not clogged and routed correctly. I gained access to the drain and found it still in good shape and with no loose connections. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed and drained at the end. I found that the vent was motor was throwing the unit off when running a normal cycle. We will need to order the vent was motor and replace it. Arrived on site for dryer not drying clothes. Placed in diagnostics and F2E1 came on (stuck UI button). Used thermocouple to test temps and dryer is heating as designed. Customer explained that heating was not the issue but instead the dryer was running too long and items inside were dry. Tested moisture sensor and it is operating as designed. Found front left leg was not lowered. Lowered front left leg and dryer now sits evenly on the tiled floor allowing clothes to make proper contact with the moisture sensor. Job completed.

"Arrived on site and inspected range and found cooktop surface is broken on the corner. Found burner Assembly screws are rusted and or missing on the front right burner, front left burner, and possibly the Right rear burner. Screws will need to be drilled out and the orifice holders would need to be replaced in order to reassemble the cooktop surface.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator making a loud noise. The customer stated the noise is coming from the FC and can hear it in the vents in the RC. She also stated it is not cooling properly and the IM are no longer working. I tested temps and found the FC at 23?F and the RC at 38?F. I attempted to get the unit into diagnostics mode but the UI was freezing up. Once I got the unit into diagnostics I found the FC thermistor open, and I tried to force defrost in the FC and it did not turn on. I gained access to the FC evap and found significant frost build up. I found the noise coming from frost build up on the ice box fan. I found the thermistors in the FC open and needing to be replaced. I will need to order the harness and replace. I ordered the harness with the thermistor and office will need to reschedule.

"I called Techline and spoke to Joel SR# 7729650042. He advised since the thermistors showed the unit to be in the range of the temps recorded, the issue would have to be with a sealed system issue. They advised that if the unit did not have a defrost issue and the thermistors were reading correctly, the unit would have to have a leak or a failing compressor. Spoke to CS and was advised to order the refrigerator side evaporator due to a prior defrost issue in the refrigerator compartment. Arrived on site for icemaker still not working. I inspected the unit and work area. I tried to jump the ice maker and found it would not jump. I tested voltage and only found 9 volts. I tested voltage at the control and found the same thing. I I am ordering another control and the emitter and receivers just Incase.; ordrng 1 W11088506 (Control) and 1 W10870822 (Emitter) and 1 W10898445 (Reciever)
