Arrived on site for a refrigerator not getting to proper temps. Upon arrival the customers it was only the RC not getting to temp. I tested the temps and found the RC at 49?F and the RC at 8?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the damper stuck in the close position and not opening. I installed a new damper and retested the damper. The damper is now opening and closing properly. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit would sometimes es stop the cycle and leave the clothes wet, and that sometimes it would drain to long and when they unplug it it will continue the drain for some time. She also mentioned it is intermittently loud. It was very difficult to get unit into diagnostics but once I got the unit into diagnostics mode I found stored error codes F3E2 for inlet water temp fault, F8E1 for long fill, F0E5 for off balance load, and F8E6 for water hazard. As it was in diagnostics it threw and F2E1 error code and then the UI became unresponsive. I had to unplug the unit and even after unplugging the unit the UI stayed flashing for around 1 minute. I had trouble getting it back into diagnostics again. Once I got it in I was able to manually test each component. I found the hot water valve not flowing. I took the hose off and found good flow from the wall. I found all other components working as designed. I found a faulty valve and UI needing to be replaced. I replaced the valve and UI and then retested the unit. The unit is now getting hot water and is no longer having issues getting into diagnostics. I cleared the old error codes and the F2E1 was no longer being thrown. The unit is now working as designed. No leaks observed by end of service. Call complete."

I removed the drain pump and found a piece of metal from a dish inside the drain area that was wedged in the empellars keeping the pump from turning. Arrived onsite for washer making loud noise in spin. Upon inspection I found the unit would make a metal on metal scratching noise during agitation in the diagnostics cycle. I inspected the drive system but did not see any oil leaking out from the drive shaft. I found that when the unit is low spin I found the washplate slipping. I also found the unit is starting to sound like a jet engine while in full RPM high spin. I recommended replacing the bearing and possibly the root stator assembly depending on if they are damaged or worn.No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived onsite for the washer coin slot stealing money and not working properly, also door hinge is broken and dispenser drawer broken. Called commercial tech line I told them that I can not get into the coin box due to no keys. Discussed with them the issues and they told me to that the UI could be causing the issue and the coin switch and coin chute.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator tripping breaker. Upon inspection I found the unit unplugged and at room temp. I made sure the main harness was secured into the chassis by pushing up on it. I confirmed voltage at the outlet. I plugged in the unit and monitored amp draw at the compressor. After 10 mins or so the amps did not go past 1.4a I accessed the evaporator and tested amp draw at the heater. I found it drawing 5 amps which is within range. After about 20 mins or more I could not get the unit to trip the breaker and it is cooling as designed with all fans running. The customer showed me a diagram of his house wiring and it looks like the outlet is a gfci outlet. I also found the breaker is a test button arc fault breaker switch. I advised that with me not being able to trip the breaker at this time there could be something going on with the outlet or breaker itself. Job complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator the icemaker had frozen over causing the ice bin not to be able to be removed from the refrigerator cabinet. Upon arrival I was able to confirm the customer had fully defrost the unit after that I inspected the ice van but found no damage to it nor any other components were damaged except for the icemaker itself and the water inlet valve high then replace the inlet valve as well as the icemaker assembly and upon completion of repair I fully reassembled the unit and then verified the icemaker was fully harvesting as designed and allowing the exact amount of water needed I informed the customer at this point that it would take 24 hours for the fridge to start cooling again and an additional 24 hours after that in order to fully make a full bin

Arrived onsite and tested unit for vibration issues. Determined vibration to be coming from water hoses against the wall. Secured hoses. Advised customer on repair. All checks good.

"Arrived on site for an oven not working. I found that the bake and broil element would not kick on and the oven would not heat. I found from L1 to ground and L2 to ground there was incorrect voltage. I gained access to the terminal block and found the harness frayed, burnt, and split. The terminal block was also bad and the power cord was frayed, burnt, and split at the connections. We will need to replace the harness, the terminal block, and the power cord. I ohmd out the fuse and elements and they all ohmd out correctly. Due to power cord not being covered under warranty we are only replacing the harness and the terminal block. Ordering both parts to return and install. I advised the customer they will need to get a new power cord and to leave the unit unplugged until the repair.
