Arrived onsite for range with burner not igniting and knob issue. Upon inspection I found the valve stem on the knob in questing was slightly twisted and the knob had broken off. I corrected the stem and installed a new knob. I tested the unit and i could not get it to fail while onsite. I swapped caps with the other large burner but all burners were functions as designed. I was not able to get any burners to fail at this time. No gas leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Removed sump and motor and installed new sump and motor. Ran through diagnostics and no leaks detected as wash cycles ran. Allowed full diagnostics cycle to complete. All cycles performing as designed and heating element was heating. Job completed.

I found that the damper at the top remains open due to the temperature but found no issue with air flow. I found improper voltage at the diffuser/diffuser assembly in the fresh food section, I am ordering the diffuser and spacer assembly and returning with the damper, I found no issues with the fan scroll or the evap motor and found no ice build up blocking access to the damper or diffuser, I am also ordering the control just in case due to a reference I found in the tech sheet. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the unit not cooling and showing signs of a restriction in the system, I removed and replaced the UV dye drier and vacuumed the system for approximately 20 mins. Pressures held at -30/0. I installed 5oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Inspected the evaporator and it had a good frost pattern and unit is beginning to cool. Advised the customer of the repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for VMAX. HYBRID TOP LOAD WASHER Whole unit breaker keeps tripping everytime they used product did check outlets and their fine. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Tested voltage at the wall, getting 120. Found outlet washer was plugged into was a GFCI. Customer confirmed when washer goes into spin it trips breaker. Recommended customer have an electrician install a new non GFCI single outlet into the wall. Checked actuator to ensure it was engaged into the cam and it was. No repairs needed.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking and would back fill. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit would randomly fill with water when not being run. Sometimes it is a small amount, and sometimes it is a large amount. They also said the unit was now making a loud squeak noise. They also found the unit intermittently leaking from the front when not running. I found the drain hose routed correctly. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E4 for inlet water - float switch open. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the valve squealing during the fill. Otherwise, the unit ran through as designed. I adjusted the water at the wall and found no matter the pressure the valve squeaked (unless almost completely off). I checked voltage to the valve when it was idle and found 0VAC. This indicates a possible faulty valve that is weeping water into the tub. I turned the water off at the wall for a few minutes and dried up the tub around the valve. I then turned the water back on and shortly after, the water began weeping from the valve at the water inlet nut. I installed the new valve and then tested the unit in diagnostics mode. The valve no longer made the loud squeak and was no longer dripping from the inlet nut. The unit is now working as designed. No leaks observed at the end of service.

"Arrived on site for an ice maker overfilling and spilling out of the ice chute. Upon arrival the customer stated the IM had been overfilling with ice and non stop running. They found it continued to over fill and spill roughly a cup of water onto the floor. They also found the bale arm had came out of the IM. The customer fixed this, and still had the same issue. I checked the temps and found the FC at 4?F, the RC at 40?F, and the IB at 18?F. Upon further inspection I found the IB gasket to the chute was off. I advised the customer this could cause a warm air leak and be melting ice. I gained access to the IM and jumped the harvest. I found the harvest catching itself and intermittently failing. I checked voltage to it and it had a constant 120VAC. I then jumped the fill and found it filling as designed. I removed the IM and found the chute full of ice and the valve weeping. Water had built up in the IM housing and started to corrode the harness. I found the IM, harness, and valve needing replacement.I installed their ice chute gasket back. I then installed all three parts and tested the IM and valve. The IM is working as designed and no leaks were observed at the end of service.

Ran temps in the freezer and got 3 degrees. Ran temps in fridge and got 33. Thermostat settings were set above the recommended temp, (set at asterisk) so I put them back to recommended setting. Dampener allowing cold air in as designed. No areas of frost found. Based on the customers description we feel strongly that there is not a defrost issue, but a thermostat issue.

I also found the tiles to have deep grout joints. Techlines SR#7731439703 drew advised trying to add a foam buffer part # (2162499) I was able to adjust the units wheels to where the noise is gone for now. I turned the cooling settings to recommended. Job complete.

Called WHIRLPOOL tech line and they explained the ice bin leds are on the same circuit and it has to be the individual led module on the ice bin that will need replace. Removed ice maker rear led and installed new rear ice maker led. All lights coming on full strength. Fridge running as designed. SR 7731438447 spoke to Brian

Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing ice or water. Upon arrival verified proper power supply to unit over all. Found when dispenser was activated the ice flap door would open but auger and valve were not activated. Upon further inspection I found a small dent in left rc door not allowing proper push pull activation of door switch. I added in a door spacer and reassembled and tested unit. Found dispenser is now fully functioning as designed with no leaks during repairs call complete

"Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s frosting up in the fresh food section. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and steamed off ice buildup. Checked the thermistor and the thermistor red 7.24 k ohms. I called tech line and spoke to Chris SR# 7731053276. He advised based on all prior repairs, to defrost the rest of the unit and run test 4 to see if the three way valve was allowing refrigerant to the fresh food evaporator when the unit was trying to cool the freezer. He advised to call back to report findings once done. Went ahead and defrosted the fresh food section and ran the compressor test. Found unit working as designed and not allowing refrigerant in the fresh food section on the unit went to cool the freezer. I called back to tech line and spoke to Bryan (same SR#).

Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit having a hard time switching between cycles. Replaced actuator and tested the unit again. Found when the unit went into a spin the basket was skipping. Removed the agitator and found the hub completely stripped. Replaced the hub and tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.
