Arrived on site for refrigerator in fc making loud noise/not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and found cause of noise was ice hitting fc fan due to massive defrost issue in fc. Found heater kicked on in diagnostics but unit had miscommunication between the hv & ui control and defrost thermostat. During testing in normal operation found 3 way valve control was continuously try operating none stop. 3way ohmed ok but found dc circuit failure from control. "Arrived on site for dishwasher giving F8 E4 error code. Upon arrival customer stated they were still getting the F 84 error but had not seen any signs of water on the floor. After further inspection found that water was dripping between motor and tub assembly near the front right above the float switch. Took multiple diagnostics and normal operation tests to start leaking. Verified all screws and seals around sump and tub were intact. Spoke with techline Ed sr#7732679092 and determined inner tub is wrapped, techline determined sump asm as well as tub. Arrived onsite and determined that the timer is skipping the last drain. No other symptoms.

I disassembled the unit and found the rollers and tension pulley not rolling properly. Found main washer motor clamp rusting out and losing chucks of the bracket. "Arrived on site for washer not draining or spinning close out all the way. Upon arrival confirm the complaint and after entering diagnostics I found an F7 E1 and F7E7 error codes. After further inspection I found c clamp within gearcase broke causing shaft to drop the cam against the belt shield and tear the belt and shield up. Also found blue fabric stuck under washplate keeping it locked in place and unable to be removed. Also found issue had led to fabric softer cap breaking off one of the locks. Arrived on site for oven door hanging down. We inspected the unit and work area. We found the right hinge pulled all the way back and not sitting in the receiver. We removed the door and reset the hinge properly. We reinstalled the door and found it working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit leaked out enough water to soak two bath towels. I inspected under the unit and found no signs of leaks underneath. Opened the unit door and checked the rinse aid setting as the customer has a water softener system and found the dial turned up too high. Turned the dial down to 1 and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and while the motor was on, it was making a loud humming noise. I removed the outer door panel to inspect reservoir at the bottom fo the door and I found where the vent was leaking water (photo). I found no other leaks. Customer advised that the last leak soaked two bath towels. I found an object restricting the upper spray arm and moved it. Advised the customer that the object could have caused the spray arm to spray constantly at the door causing the leak. Due to the vent leaking and the abnormal noise from the sump/motor, I removed and replaced the vent and s7mo/motor assembly and retested to monitor for leaks. No leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for Not Dispensing Ice - Refrigerator. Called to inform customer I was in route and went over job. They explained its also not cooling in the freezer correctly in addition to not making ice. Customer stated they called the office after initial call to have this added to their ticket. Notes do not reflect cooling issues. All door gaskets making a good seal. Tested thermistors and all were within range. No frost over FC evap cover. No frost over RC evap. Took temps and freezer was 27. Fridge temp was 39. With freezer not cooling properly the ice maker will not produce ice. Both fans are running. Tested ice fan and it was running. Removed evap cover to inspect frost pattern. Evap had groups of ice over coils and couldnt see an actual frost pattern. Used steamer to remove ice. Ran heater test and heater turned on to sizzle away ice with steamer. Dried evaporator and ran test 40. After ten minutes still no frost pattern. Reinstalled evap cover and evap fan began spinning as designed. Arrived onsite for ice maker not producing ice. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and ran harvest test. Ice maker did not respond. Inspected ice maker and found in inverted position. Power cycled unit and ice maker moved to home position. Ran harvest test again and unit completed full harvest cycle. Ran fill test and unit filled properly. Unit is functioning properly. Customer will monitor. Should have ice production in 24 hrs. Customer will monitor.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, customer advised that they had their 1 year inspection and the inspector advised that the lower oven temps were too high. Customer advised that they have not had any issues with the top oven and dont use the bottom oven. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E4. Customer provided a copy of their inspection report and I found that the inspector used a thermometer to test. Owners manual page 7 specifically states to not use a thermometer to test temps due to the fluctuation in temps. I removed and replaced the main control and tested the temps in the lower oven. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. Preheat temps was 388. Next five readings were 401, 321, 386, 324, 359 for an an average temp of 358.2 degrees. No further repairs needed, job completed."

We spoke to the customer about their humidifier can cause yellowing in the flame since introduces moisture into the air, causing flames to not burn efficiently. I also recommend not using covers under the burners as they will restrict air flow. The unit is working as designed job complete."

I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E1 for valve failure. I individually activated each component and found the cold water trickling out. Due to this I gained access to the water at the wall and found the cold water trickling out at the wall. This indicates a plumbing issue, and not a unit issue. I found the unit itself running as designed. I informed the maintenance team of my findings. Call complete."

Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed part. Replaced control board and tested. Unit is now functioning properly.

Arrived on site to replace heating element. Replaced element test unit and unit test good job complete.
