Upon inspection of the diagnostics cycle I found the unit making a loud scratching noise in agitate, I stopped the cycle and lifted the unit to inspect the drive system. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival I confirmed amps to compressor was at .58, fridge temp was over 60 and freezer was at 37. Upon further inspection of the unit I found the evap coil was frosted over pretty well but it was entirely uneven and not frosted at the top as well as on the bottom. I found the evap fan had stopped running when ever the door switch was activated. After installing new evap fan and resetting power to unit, I found the evap fan immediately kicked on and the frost pattern on the coil started frost much more evenly. Informed customer to give unit a full 24 hrs to cool before adding items back in. Call complete"

Place unit in service diagnostics and found an F4 E4 (wash motor failure) and F9 E1 (diverter lost position) error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the wash motor not recirculating the water. Replaced pump and motor and tested unit. Unit begin working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for washer making loud noise at the end of the cycle. I ran a full diagnostics test and could not re create any abnormal loud screeching noises. I inspected the drive system and all looks good no abnormal wear on any components I found Svc pointer (W11520474 Rev A) which suggests a control problem. I removed the belt and made sure it was attached correctly. I replaced the control via svc pointer and tested the unit. I could not re create any abnormal noises the unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I accessed the RC evaporator and found the drain frozen over. I cleared the drain with steamer and inspected the drain tube in the back. I found it clogged and separating from the chassis. I unclogged and re secured the drain tube with adhesive. I verified flow through the drain added some shims and reassembled the evaporator components. I replaced the deli drawer and UI with new and reassembled the unit. The unit is working as designed and no leaks were detected during time of service.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit non-responsive. I tested voltage at the junction box and got 123V. Removed the outer door panel and console and found the console UI harness had come unplugged. Tested voltage at the control and got 123V. Plugged the UI harness in and retested and unit is operating as designed with no error codes. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new fuse and tested the unit. When a I tested the unit it popped the fuse and died again. I called techline and spoke to Robert and received SR# 7730405707. All of the HV components ohmd out good. Robert recommended using the resettable fuse to isolate the transformer and if it pops then it will be the interlocks popping the fuse. He recommended ordering HV components just in case and the interlock assemblies. Arrived on site for icemaker needing previously diagnosed parts due to unit not being able to cycle and allow enough water in to make ice. Upon arrival I spoke with prior technician and got the details of what they found before. Eyes in quickly went over the unit one more time just to verify the parts are accurate and I found that the water inlet valve was not allowing enough water into the filter assembly to fill the reservoir up and I also found that the filter itself had bad seals not allowing it to suction and seal properly into the filter head all right After getting customer approval and making the necessary repairs I was able to reassemble and test the unit I waited for 30 minutes after repair to verify that the evaporator tray was freezing up the water and allowing ice production to be made at this point I inform the customer will take 24 hours to fill the bin up with ice but with it having a new filter she would need to let it run and then dump the first batch of ice after the bin is full and then recommended that she use the cleaning cycle afterwords in order to help flush out any unwanted sediment within the lines. No leaks before during or after repair call complete

Arrived on site to replace compressor for refrigerator. Replaced compressor and filter drier and charged unit with refrigerant. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no water is hooked up to unit.

"Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I gained access to the dryer and punctured it. I found a full charge in the system. I evacuated the system. I disassembled the unit. I removed the evaporator and installed a new one. I installed a new non-uv dryer, and access valve. I pulled a vacuum on the system and found it vacuum. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven with no power. Customer advised that the unit began to malfunction after the previous bad weather they incurred and soon after the unit stopped working completely. I pulled the unit from the cabinets and tested voltage at the outlet and got 240V. Plugged unit back in and tested the thermal fuse and found it bad. I removed and replaced the fuse and tested and found the console UI display digits faded. Tested the console and it is getting proper voltage. Due to the recent storms and several power surges, the console has begun to go bad. Placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F2E1-stuck keyboard. Cleared the code and cycled power and retested and console continues to fail.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine getting a F9E1 error code. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit would drain fine, but it would sit there and drain for 10-15 minutes intermittently. He also stated it runs through a cycle fine. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F3E1 for water level system error and F5E2 for door lock error. I ran a test cycle and the unit drained for a significant amount of time at the end. During the test cycle I found a significant amount of suds. I gained access to the water level sensor, pressure hose, and air trap. I found the sensor good, and the air trap full of suds. I cleaned out the suds. I found the customer over soaping the unit. I took out the soap cartridge and ran another test cycle. This time the unit drained as designed. I also found the door lock working as designed. I advised the customer on proper soap usage via user care guide and to run a clean cycle with the afresh tablets they have to clean out excess soap residue. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not functioning. Upon arrival I found unit had a lot of wear and tear from over the years. The kick plate is missing screws, the float switch was stuck due to water sediment build up, and the motor was stuck not allowing unit to properly turn on or cycle through settings.

Arrived onsite and found f6e4 and discovered float switch stuck open. Repaired switch alignment. Unit now fills and runs properly. Advised customer on repair.

"Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed outer tub. Upon completion of repairs including the suspension rods as well I was able to reassemble and test washer and verified unit is fully functioning as designed during fill agitation and drain. I did however find that when washer is draining into stand pipe, the water is then back flowing back up through a drain hole in the floor of laundry room indicating that there is a clog within plumbing of hom near the washer room. I was able to replicate and inform customer of the issue and verified they would need a plumber before washer can be safely used. Call complete"

The customer advised that if he places the unit into a rinse and spin, the unit still will not complete the cycle. However if he put it into a drain and spin, it will complete. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water fill) error code. Tested the unit in a manual Phil and found the cold water valve not pulling in any water. Remove the hose off the back of the washer and found water pressure at the wall. Replaced water valve and tested unit. Unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for washer giving off balance error code. Upon arrival I was able to confirm the off balanced load in diagnostics. After replacing the support rods so I could further test the functionality of washer I then found unit was grinding during the spin cycle. I then found bearing kit was the cause of noise. While trying to repair needed bearing kit I found the screw mounting the rotor was stripped and not able to be removed. At this point the unit would need a full rebuild in order to be repaired. Unit also is starting to show signs of rust around a lot of the inner cavity of washer cabineT

Arrived on site and found lower door gasket torn as previously diagnosed. After replacing unit gasket I ran a test cycle in normal operation.

Arrived on site for washer leaking and not cycling properly. Upon arrival I found unit only had an F8e1 indicating long/no fill issue. Upon further inspection I found the water inlet valve had cracked and was leaking water everywhere. After replacing the inlet valve I was able to assemble the unit and after a factory reset I was able to run a manual diagnostics test on each cycle and verifyied unit could hold a tub of water and agitation then drain and spin with no leaks. Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I gained access to the dryer and found 25 psi equalized while in home position. I found the compressor building pressure. I installed a UI dryer and access valve. I hooked nitrogen up to the unit and pressurized it to 245 psi. I found no leaks and I found the gauges holding pressure. I pulled a vacuum for 30 minuets. I found no leaks during the vacuum test. I charged the system with 6.00 oz of refrigerant. I found the pressure building appropriately. I left the unit running and replaced the fresh food evaporator drip pan. I found the fresh food evaporator building a frost pattern. The unit is cooling. I advised the customer watch the unit over the next week. Job complete.

Arrived on site for The sprayer for the ?Steam Refresh? continues to spray water even when not in use. Customer explained the water had to be shut off at all times to prevent water from coming out of the steam valve. Valve failed. Removed steam valve and installed new stem valve. Turned on water at wall and no leaks were detected from steam valve inside the drum or outside dryer body. Ran a normal cycle with steam. Valve operating as designed. No further repairs needed.

"Arrived on site for a washer not spinning. Upon arrival the customer stated the real issue was the unit will intermittently just stop on wash and not continue. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I ran a test cycle on the unit and it ran as designed and threw no error codes. I manually activated each component and each component ran as designed. I called techline and spoke to Leon and received SR# 7730397915. Leon recommended no part replacement and that it appears the unit is running as designed. He advised to make the customer aware of proper load size, soap usage, and loading the unit. "Arrived on site for ice machine intermittently not working. The customer stated that the unit will start after a few days and stop after a few. The prior time I was here I found a small drip from the drain tube in the back and water was getting on the grounding wire. This time I could not replicate the leak, however there was still a small amount of water back there. It appears to be condensation dripping from the drain tube. I called techline and spoke to Andrew and kept same SR# 7730322473. Andrew advised replacing g the external drain pump and this can cause the intermittent issue. Arrived onsite for unit not cooling. Heard the click from the start device but the the compressor was really loud for less than 5 seconds then shutoff. Called Techline. Could not submit a sealed system check list because of no internet in the building. Arrived on site for THE UNIT IS NOT COOLING/FREEZING AT ALL IN EITHER COMPARTMENT AGAIN. Found RC evaporator cover frozen solid with frost. Attempted to remove the evaporator cover but due to the amount of frost build up it could be damaged. Also found the drain tube had a small gap that will need to have silicone applied to prevent air leaks. Explained to customer the fridge would need to defrost for 48 hours with the doors open and towels down around fridge to prevent water damage to their floors. The evaporator thermistor may need to be relocated and the drip pan was clearly bowed causing the frost build up. We will need to return with shims to shim drip pan. Im placing all the parts I came with today to return with on next visit JIC. ; O-emld tckt

Freezer temperature is 2? fresh food is set at 37? for fresh food on user interface and 0? for freezer. spoke with techline and they requested checking thermistors at control board again Found readings for both are Fresh food 7.2 freezer 24.2. This is correct per techline. Techline recommended replacing fresh food thermistor anyway to see if this would make a difference. If this does not make a difference techline recommended that a data logger beer attached the the refrigerator, Techline attached the service call to the previous SR number 7729896103.

Arrived on site for Water continues to flow well after the water storage is full. Placed in diagnostics and found recirculating pump was faulty. Removed pump and I installed new pump. Powered on ice machine. Water in now draining from recirc pump as designed. No leaks detected. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I found the unit tub full of water. Inspected the disposal knockout plug and found that it was still intact. Knocked the plug out and drained the dishwasher and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator drain being clogged. Upon arrival found unit drain was clogged by plastic. Removed plastic used pick and warm water to clean and test drain. Drain is now operating as designed. Job Completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, customer had the unit pulled out from the wall and I found a small puddle of water at the back left corner. Tested the water dispenser and found water leaking from the valve at the ice maker water line connection to the valve. I found the tube badly cut up/damaged, but no breaks in the line. I pushed the line further into the valve finding that the tube wasnt fully inserted into the valve. When I did this, I found the valve was leaking at the water dispenser tube connection as well. I am ordering the inlet valve and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and will return with all prescreened parts. Water turned off the unit at the valve at the back of the unit. ; ordrng 1 242252702 (Valve)"

Arrived on site for washer not operating properly. Tested and inspected unit and found failed control and lid latch. Removed failed parts and replaced with new. Tested unit and all operations are normal. No water leaks present at time of service.

Arrived on site for washer making a noise. I inspected the unit and work area. I put the unit into diagnostics and found no fault codes. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found it working as designed. I filled the tube with water above the agitator and tested in on low and high agitation. It worked as designed. I removed the rotor and stator and inspected them and the gear case. I found everything in good condition. I found th pe unit working as designed. Job complete no water leaks detected at this time.
