Removed interior valve cover and found one of the connectors came out of the housing for the water dispenser valve. Resecured wire into housing and connected back to valve. Unit would not connect and just say waiting on IP address. I then turned on my mobile hotspot from phone, connected my iPad on 2.4ghz and was able to connect unit to my iPad with no issues. Advised to replace console and try again. Also, customer has matching dryer and is connected to same network no issues. Called techline again spoke to Kathy. She informed me to have customer call whirlpool WiFi team for troubleshooting. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer making a lot of noise during the agitation mid cycle. I gained access to the unit and put it into service diagnostics, I found no fault codes. I put the unit into a manual, spin and agitation and was able to replicate the noise during the agitation but not the spin. I gained access underneath the unit and found the pulley wheel that is on the motor is broken slightly and was almost completely off the motor as well as the belt was barely on the cam. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making a buzzing sound. Inspected unit and work area. Force the unit into a cooling cycle and found the unit making a louder than normal buzzing sound coming from the compressor area. Went behind the unit and found the refrigerant line in the drip pan causing the drip pan to buzz against the metal undercarriage. Repositioned refrigerant line and the unit began to run and operate as designed without any abnormal sounds. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for front left burner igniting slowly and middle burner not lighting completely. Upon arrival I confirmed both complaints and began to inspect the unit. Upon further inspection I found the front left burner igniter not arcing quite high enough to ignite the gas. I replaced the burner head and after testing I found it igniting immediately, resolving the issue. Upon inspecting the middle burner I found the burner head corroded and not allowing all of the gas to flow through evenly. I replaced the burner head and tested it to find it igniting from every crevice correctly. Call complete."

Placed the unit in service diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) and an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test on the unit ran as designed. Around the unit through manual agitation and high speed spin tests in the unit ran as designed. Tested the water valves and the drain pump and the unit I had no problems. Ran attacked amateur test on the unit and found the unit reading the basket speed. I asked the customer whether this issue was happening every cycle or if it just happened on some cycles. They advised that it only happens on sun cycles and that other cycles will finish out the cycles. I did explain that the most common issues are with loading and because I could not find any faults with the unit, the likely issue was with the loads they were running. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for fridge not dispensing any water and the freezer door handle being loose. I inspected the door handle and I found the screws holding it in backing out of the freezer door. I found the nut inserts for the door handle siezed in place and not tightening. I inspected the dispenser and found it running slow. I put in a bypass and it was still running slow. I checked the sump of the unit and found a large buildup of food and hard water, almost completely obscuring the slots the turbidity sensor utilizes, resulting in the OWI not being able to read clean. Advised on cleaning measures. Removed and scrubbed OWI. Unit should be working as designed once a thorough cleaning is done.

Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and could hear the valve opening up but no water being dispensed. I checked he ice bin and found a few cubes inside. Removed the filter and placed my bypass in the filter head and retested and water dispensed. Placed the filter back in the filter head and tested again and the water dispensed and the ice maker began to harvest then dispensed water into the tray. I found the filter was not fully inserted into the filter head. The filter being used is an off brand filter and I recommended that the customer use Whirlpool certified filters. Customer will use off brand filter since its new and replace it with Whirlpool Everydrop filter when this one is expired. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site that?s not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seemingly does not fill all the way and will shut itself off before the unit even washes her clothes. Placed Burnett in Service diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected) error code. Tested the valves and found the cold water valve not pulling in water. Found the water Spicket at the wall had the valve turned off. Turned on the cold water and the hot water and test of the unit again. The unit began to fill as designed. Tested the unit in an auto test in the unit ran as designed. The customer went ahead and loaded a big blanket inside of the washer. I did advise the customer against running bulky loads like that due to off-balance issues.Around the unit and found the cold water pulling in hot water. The customer advised that her plumbing pipes go through her attic. She says that during the summer months that when she runs a path that even if she?s turning on cold water that it will give her hot water. I advise the customer that because of that issue, she would need to adjust her temperature settings due to the inlet water valve having a thermistor on it measuring temperature of the water coming into the unit. I did advise that that will cause her unit to think that there?s an issue with the water temperature and shut it down. Advise the customer to adjust the water temperature in accordance to the incoming water temperature for full repair. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not heating. Upon inspection I found no error codes stored on the system. I let diagnostics run through and found all functions passed including the heater. I found the customer is not using rinse aid. I found one of the friction sleeves had broke off. I replaced the sleeves. No leaks detected during time of service. I explained the importance of rinse aid for drying and advised them to open the door when the cycle is finished to let the steam vent out. Job complete.

I accessed the pantry UI and found the cavity full of water with the wire connectors corroded and broken. I checked the pantry harness but could not find any broken wires. The RC evaporator looks to be clear of ice and no water on the RC floor. After disconnecting the pantry UI all lights and the dispenser restored. I am ordering the UI, main control, pantry UI, pantry harness jic, pantry drawer, and FC bimetal harness to complete the repair. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is not washing properly. Ran unit and found the shifter disconnected from the cam. Need updated shifter to resolve. New shifter arrived today, will need to return with shifter.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing ice. Inspected unit and work area. Verified failure and found auger motor not activating. Gained access to motor and measured voltage and found none. Found wire harness cover broken at bottom of door Inspected harness and did not find a break. Measured voltage going to door when attempting to dispense ice and found 120 volts going to door. Found short in door harness. Shown customer brake in harness cover. Repaired harness cover to prevent any future failures. Gave customer rounded estimate to replace FC door.

Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water from dispenser. Upon arrival I confirmed complaint and found droplets coming from dispenser. Upon further investigation I was able to pinpoint the issue coming from fill line within door itself. Liner isnt sealing correctly and allowing air to pass through the door which is pulling water droplets through. Will need office to reschedule once Availability of parts and accuracy of part description is known.; ordrng 1 W11391308 (Fill tube door) and 1 Cnote (Need research to just confirm the fill line I ordered matchs the grey hose with black clamp in photo)

Removed failed damper and installed new. Tested damper operation. All tested good, no water leaks detected. Spoke with customer on operation and user care guide."

Arrived on site to test unit for not washing properly. Found shift actuator popped out of place. Secured actuator with zip tie so customer has working unit. Needing actuator to fix issue.

"Onsite for washer not locking properly, not allowing washer to start cycle. C/S they tried to pause cycle to add more clothes and lid stayed locked. Unit is in garage not connected to power or water supply. I informed customer that after unit fills with water, you can pause cycle, but lid wont unlock unless you completely cancel cycle by pressing cancel until lights turn off and will have to start new cycle. Also, if basket is spinning, unit wont unlock until spin has stopped. Replaced latch. Unit functioning as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not producing ice, upon inspection found the unit producing ice but the dispenser was acting up, found loose wires on valve causing issues, reattached wires and clamped. Found filter to be restrictive. Complete"

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit having frost build up behind crisper drawer, I removed evaporator cover, found unit was defrosting properly but the drip pan was bent and cabinet was warped causing water not to flow into drain properly. I adjusted drip pan, unit tested good, if problem continues, will need new RC drip pan, may have to adjust warped cabinet by adding some foam to build a wall.

"Arrived on site to follow up on freezer evap fan not running. Replaced fan and control and retested. On retested found fan is still dead. Called tech line and spoke with Austin, SR7731436225. Austin had me verified 14v at control, but only gettin 4v at fan.

Arrived on site for cooktop being loose. I removed the all oven underneath the cooktop. I gained access to the bottom of the cooktop and found it was not secured with any brackets. I used the bracket and secured the cooktop in place. I reinstalled the wall oven and tested the cooktop. It is now secure in place and working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed blower to resolve fan speed error and not being able to use oven. Replaced blower and retested. Verified Im diagnostic mode the dam does come up. Preheated oven and found all is working as designed.

"Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I gained access to the compressor and punctured the dryer I found the system flat. I installed a new compressor and non uv dryer. I pressurized the system with nitrogen and found the condenser leaking. I replaced the condenser. I pressurized the system again with nitrogen and found no leaks or restrictions. I vacuumed the system, and put a measured charge of 4.65 oz into the system. I found the pressure building properly and the freezer started cooling. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for microwave not heating while running. Upon arrival I tested the unit and confirmed the issue. I found proper voltage coming from the wall all the way to the high voltage system. I disassembled the unit and narrowed down the issue to the high voltage system but could not isolate the issue between the diode, magnetron, and capacitor. I replaced all three parts and tested the unit to find it heating as designed. I then reassembled and remounted the unit. After remounting the unit I tested it once again to find it still operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on job for complaints of dryer not heating correctly and making squeaking noise. Thermistor didn?t change out come of dryer. Was able to get into diagnostics and the control is reading sensor wrong. Dryer stuck in cooling mode will need control. Control not available.

Arrived on site for range needing previously diagnosed fuse. Upon arrival I installed fuse. Upon retesting unit I found broiler relay on ACU had gone bad since last repair. Also replace Acu. After reassembling and testing again I found oven is now fully functioning as designed call complete

"Arrived onsite for washer not operating. Upon inspection I found F3E2 F0E4 F0E3 stored in the unit. I ran diagnostics and the lid would not latch. I lifted the unit and found a gear case oil leaking from the rotor. I accessed the main control and found 4 VDC from J6-7 to J18-3 when the techsheet calls for 0 vdc I found that when trying to agitate the unit would only rotate clockiwise indicating a DC voltage fault in the control. I am ordering the slider and valve jic. Office to R/S once decision is made on the repair ; ordrng 1 W10810403 (Latch) and 1 W11393685 (Gear case) and 1 W11165546 (Valve) and 1 W10734521 (Slider)"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the main pump harness failure, I removed and replaced the harness and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Recommended that the customer remove the first two batches and clean out the tub by pouring water into the tub and washing out by hand.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
