Arrived on site for a refrigerator with FC light and top RC lights out. I found the FC light out and needing to be replaced. I also found the liner surrounding the FC light cracked. I replaced the FC light and all of the lights turned on. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that is tripping the breaker. Found terminal block burnt and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived on site for OVEN not operating. Customer stated they were baking for fifteen minutes and the oven lost power. Found thermal fuse was faulty. Removed thermal fuse and installed new thermal fuse. Powered up oven and turned on as designed. Set to 350 preheat. Oven heating as designed. Inspected gasket around door and it was good. Checked air flow from bottom vent and it also checked good. Customer noticed the door was not flush with the UI at the top left side. I held my arm up while in this area of the door while it was in preheat and couldnt feel any hot air escaping the door where it isnt flush. Explained to customer that the Door Gasket is sitting flush and the door is resting against it properly. Job completed.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Removed freezer door gasket and installed new freezer door gasket. Used heat gun to smooth out warps in gasket to make a tight seal. Taped freezer door shut and advised customer to keep it taped and shut for 24 hours. Found duck bill drain tube was not allowing water into drain pan as it is designed to do. Removed duck bill drain tube and installed updated drain tube. Removed all ice build up in the bottom of freezer. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Found drain hose kinked where it hooks over standpipe. This is causing water not to drain efficiently and it is left in tub and basket cant get up to speed. Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking underneath. Upon inspection I found some standing water in the sump and filter cavity. Customer advised they havent noticed any leaks outside the unit. I ran the drain pump and it sounded scratchy at the start but would drain as designed. I ran a full diagnostics cycle and found the unit working as designed. Due to the noise at the start of drain I removed the drain pump to inspect. I installed the correct drain pump and tested the unit. I found the insulation pad between the door panels was wet. I removed the front panel and found a trail of water coming down from the vent and onto the insulation. The floor inside the house is unlevel and the cabinetry around the dishwasher is pushing the dishwasher forward. However, tested the unit with the door open and found the lower spray arm cracked in the center where it meets the wash motor. Will need lower spray arm for repair but advise customer that the repair may not be fully completed until they get their cabinetry adjusted to make the unit leveled. "Arrived on site to inspect range leaking gas. Upon further inspection, I checked the cooktop where the possible leak was found before and found no leaks. When I opened the oven door, there was a strong odor of gas. Using my liquid gas leak detector, I found where the gas line coming into the broil burner was leaking gas (photo). I removed and replaced the regulator and checked all gas line connections with my liquid gas leak detector and all connections were good. I tested the broil burner gas line and no further leaks. No gas leaks detected at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. The customer had a video of the unit leaking from the float switch area. I gained access to the switch and could see water traces coming from the top of the switch housing where the nut and gasket are. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I ran a test cycle and observed no leaks indicating an intermittent issue. I found the nut, gasket, and housing needing to be replaced from the video and water traces.I installed the new parts and ran a test cycle in diagnostics. The unit ran through as designed. I found the actuator that is on the unit is incorrect and has slipped out of the cam I found f7e6 stored in the unit. I called techline to report . Liam. Upon arrival I found unit had a hig/low side access valves so I was able to verify low/high sides were both at 0 with refrigerator running and no refrigerant was left in the system. After installing compressor, access valve, & uv dryer. After trying to run a vacuum for 30 minutes I found both low and high sides werent holding a vacuum at all. I then sweep charge the system and found an immediate leak hidden underneath the condenser coil due to how high side line runs in drip pan, after over the years had caused a rusted hole in condenser coil line. We will need to get further ahs approval for the condenser coil itself to be replaced. Office to reschedule once availability of parts and autho is acquired. "Arrived on site for washer not turning on. Upon arrival I was able to confirm that when the unit is plugged in the main controls receiving 120 V. High then try to verify the integrity of you I have found that you I was not responsive at all I didnt check voltage while the UI harness was connected to the main control and found that the voltage was bouncing around between .3 DC volts and 9.7 BC volts and not getting the full 12 DC volts at the unit was needing to turn on the UI panel I went ahead and tried replacing the wire to see if there was a short in the wiring harness or j11 connector, but after plugging in the new UI and retesting the DC voltage I found of the same results were occurring I removed the new UI and installed the old ui back in. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s having a fan had ice and issues with leaking from the icemaker area. Inspected unit and work area. Found a store shoot gasket bent and mangled causing air flow into the I spin and icemaker sections. Replaced gasket. Checked freezer and confirmed a defrost issue in the freezer section. Attempted to manually force defrost in the unit and found the unit would not heat. Checked the defrost bimetal and found it closed. Went to check he heater and found it open. Placed unit back into the defrost bimetal test and found it open. Attempted to place defrost by metal and water to close it. Once it closed and got access back to the theater, found the defrost by metal open again. Spoke to SW and was advised that the issue would probably be with the evaporator fan, heater, and/or possibly one of the controls. Ordering all parts and office will need to get authorization for repair as well as contact the customer when parts are made available. "Arrived on site for a dryer that?s not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit would not heat and the timer would not run. Tested voltage at the terminal block and found 123 V going from L1 to neutral, 123 V going from L2 to neutral, but only .532 V going from L1 to L2. Checked voltage at the plug and confirmed the same issue there. I advised the customer that his issue is with his electrical supply and to get that fixed to correct the issue. Call complete."

Found proper voltage going to the control and UI but the UI not turning on. Once I explained what was going on to the customer, the customer advised that they had the steam that was short circuiting their user interface multiple months ago.
