DISHWASHER KITCHENAID KDTE304DSS0 "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1, F8E2, & F3E3. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. While testing, I placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box and tested amp draw to the components. During the wash cycle the element showed 7-9amps and the dry cycle of diagnostics it showed 7-9amps. Also found that there is a lot of suds in the unit. Customer advised that they have a water softener system. I found detergent residue at the base of the door in the bottom the tub as well. I cleared the suds and made recommendations for use & care, as well as, detergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Customer stated it stopped working after rolling power outages. I tried to jump a harvest and fill on IM but neither worked. I found no voltage at IM motor nor at the harness. I also only found 12VDC going to IM control and neither the IM controll or receiver board where lit up. I then checked voltage at the molex on frame by bottom left hinge and found only 8 volts indicating control is not sending voltage to IM.

Ice maker called for water as designed. Found ice chute gasket inside door loose and no longer centered. Adjusted the ice chute gasket to its normal position. Adjusted temp back to recommended. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFW6620HC0 Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Installed new control and UI. I tried to test he unit but it threw F3E2 error code for wash sensor fault. I cleared error codes and found I plugged sensor into wrong place on the control. I plugged it in correctly. I tested unit in diagnostics and found no more error codes. I ran a diagnostics cycle and it ran through fine. I then ran a normal cycle to make sure it ran fine and it did. Unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit is leaking a small amount of water at the front left corner and it only leaks on a Heavy wash cycle. I removed the back panel and turned the unit on and started a Rinse & Spin cycle. When the unit began to agitate I found no signs of a leak. I inspected the drain pump when the unit began to drain and still no leaks. I found water on the lower counterweight at the front of the unit. After further inspection, I found that the dispenser housing is leaking at the bottom, but I could not find the actual spot.

I ran a test cycle and the unit filled, I could hear the motor on and spraying water through both of the wash arms, the dispenser open, the heater turned on (verified with amp draw), and the unit drained but I heard a rattle coming from sump. It ran through the test cycle fine. I gained access to chopper blades on the sump and found the hard food disposal broken. REFRIGERATOR FRIGIDAIRE FFSS2614QS6A "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found water on the floor at the front of the FC section. I found an ice block at the bottom and back of the FC section coming from the evaporator drip pan. I found the drain hole plugged with ice so when the evaporator goes into defrost mode, the melted ice has nowhere to go except to the bottom the FC section and out onto the floor. I checked the drain tube and found it clogged. Cleared the tube and cleared the ice from the drain hole and tested. I found the unit is not dispensing water and when calling for water, the valve does not come on. Tested voltage and found good readings at the valve. Removed and replaced the valve and retested. Found the reservoir frozen due to the temps in the RC section being too cold. I turned the temps down to allow the RC section to warm and defrost the reservoir. Advised the customer to allow at least 24 hours before temp changed. No
