I tested voltage at the switch and found it providing 240V to the inner and out elements. . Tested the cooktop one more time before leaving and all burners are operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven that was hissing while in use, and then eventually stopped working. Upon arrival the customer provided a video of the sound. In the video I found that steam was aggressively coming from the top oven while running and hitting the console. I gained access to the thermal fuse an found it open, which indicates a bad fuse. I informed the customer that this would allow the unit to turn back on, but I will still need to further diagnose the unit for the abnormal sound. I installed the new fuse and then tested the unit. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes l I then ran an auto test and activated each relay. I found all functioning as designed. I then preheat both lower and bottom ovens. While the fans were running I verified with the customer that this is what they deemed as an abnormal sound. They stated it was. I informed them that it is normal sound, and the way the unit routes the airflow it can cause a slight whistle. I also found the vent for steam right where the steam was coming out in the video. I also found this was normal design. I found no other failure on the unit.

I flipped the breaker back on and then tested the unit. I ran the unit several times with a microwaveable cup of water, and found the breaker never popped again. Arrived on site for freezer thawing out every couple of days. We inspected the unit and work area. We found the freezer draw frozen shut. We gained access to control and tested the freezer thermistor and found it working as designed. We found no voltage being sent to the thermistor from the control. We replaced the control and set it to fixed defrost. We spoke to the customer about defrosting the unit for 48 hours to allow the freezer drawer to open again due to ice build up.

Arrived on site for an oven that is heating the bottom drawer beneath the oven too hot and is getting uneven temperatures in the oven. Inspected unit and work area. Advise the customer of the installation guide about the drawers beneath the ovens having to be fit within standards set by government. Tested the oven temperatures on both ovens. And found the lower oven at optimum temperatures but found the upper oven off by 20?. I talked to calibrate the unit and found temperatures were too high on the first setting. Adjusted temperatures again and found the unit working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood turning on automatically. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit turns off on its own and then comes back on. I removed the panels to access the main control and found the control harness connector was not fully plugged in. Plugged in all the way and retested the unit and it is operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve and performed a push pull test. During the test, the compressor acted as if it were going to come on and then blew smoke out the access valve. I heard the start device click as well. I replaced the start device and retested and the compressor continues to fail. I tested the compressor windings and found no ohm reading telling me the compressor is bad. I checked the control and tested voltage to the compressor and got 123V and tested the transformer and got 16VAC. I advised the customer of the issue and am ordering a new compressor, access valve, main control and CNOTE-LS TO INSPECT COMPRESSOR BEFORE RETURNING SERVICE. "Arrived on site for arrange that is heating up the cooktop and Consol when used for more than a couple of hours. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that usually this isnt a problem but when they seem to bake anything for more than two hours, the surface on the cooktop and the consoles tend to be pretty hot to touch and did not know if that was normal or not. Did some checks on the oven to ensure the airflow is coming out properly and that all elements were working. All checks good. I did go over the user care guide to show them that it is normal and within range for the the unit cooktop and console to heat up due to the direction of the airflow from the oven going out. I gave the customer a couple tips on what they can do to trim down the problem but they advise that it is within range. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived to inspect newly purchased dryer not heating. Confirmed it would power on, but there was no heat. I checked the 240 volt outlet and got L1/L2=7, L1/N=124, L2/N=7. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=-1 at the bottom of the FC section but there were food & drink items at the top of the FC section that werent frozen. Also found the UI missing digits. I removed the evaporator cover and found a large amount of ice at the top of the evaporator. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost element and it is operating as designed. Tested the fans and they are operating as designed. I removed the. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling again. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the refrigerator sitting at 50?F. Check the evaporator and found a big ice ball on the top left corner where the refrigerator lines come in. Checked pressures and found pressures at -15 psi on the low side and 105 psi on the high side. Attempted to equalize pressures by disconnecting the refrigerator and found both leveling out to 30 psi. Checked with a UV light for any signs of leaks and could not find any at the evaporator or behind the unit.

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that had a mullion that wasnt folding correctly and would contact the other door at times. Replaced with new mullion since springs may have been weak. Opened and closed door several times and verified proper fitment. Unit working as designed. Call complete.

I attempted to start the dryer five separate times with one load having clothes in it. Could not replicate the sound. Attempted again after working on her washer and still was unable to replicate the sound being made. I did advise the customer that because I could not replicate the sound, there was not really a whole lot for me to be able to check on most of the issue was with her vent hose playing against the back of her unit when it went first started. She advised that the sound would start up but then it would completely go away within 30 seconds. Customer will take a video of the sound if she can replicate it again and will call back if any further service is needed.

Arrived onsite to replace heating element as per sp S17304. MfrRef # 7732572756 installed new heating element. Upon inspection of heating element I found that the water valve was damaged. I will need 1x W11434044 water valve. Office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11434044 (Water valve)

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not turning the cooktop hot light off. Upon inspection found the switches shorted causing the issues, replaced both outer switches and unit turned on normally. No problems found. Complete"

"Arrived on site to to test unit for F9e1 error code, tested unit found failed pump, rotor making loud grinding sound, took apart rotor and found missing teeth on hub and tub bearings starting to rust showing signs of water leakage

"Arrived on site for complaints of unit tripping the breaker. Found proper voltage at the terminal block. When bake and broil are energized, found proper voltage at each element, and found amp draw between 10-15. Unit seems to be functioning as designed. Called techline 7732639375. Advised customer to have an electrician check out the breaker. Job complete."
