Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is building up ice on the bottom of the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint. Was advised of a special project for this repair (W11397260A) for . Went ahead and steamed out the ice in the freezer section and replaced the drain too. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a broken basket. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had another company that had come out that advised their hub was the problem but they could not remove the agitator. I did explain to the customer that it is possible that her agitator is welded onto the gear case and transmission and asked if she wanted to proceed. Customer did want to proceed. Use a crowbar and brute strength to tap to remove the agitator. Found the agitator was completely lodged onto that gearcase and could not be removed. I did advise the customer that she would need a complete rebuild on her washer and started to go over some of the components it would need. The customer then stated that she did not want to proceed with that of a repair due to the fact that she can get a new washer with a four year warranty on all parts for about the same . I did advise that she does have her tub and basket covered but the rest she would be liable for. Customer is going to buy themselves a new washer.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling either section. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit compressor will kick on but will kick off within two seconds of attempting to run. the customer for the repair of a starting device. The customer initially the . Spoke to JC and was advised that we could the portion Replaced the starting device and tested the unit. The unit compressor began running and ran for over 10 minutes without kicking off the bus customer to get the unit at least 24 to 48 hours to go properly. I did advise the customer that we cannot warrantee her heart on this repair due to the fact that the unit is being kept outside on a patio

"Arrived on site for a range making a swoosh sound. I preheat the oven while having access to the burner assembly. I found the swoosh was the flame igniting irregularly. The valve would let to much gas out before it ignited. I informed the customer that it could be the ignitor, valve, or regulator. However, all of these parts are unavailable. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not heating properly. Ran multiple diagnostics and control was acting erratic replaced control and oven sensor. Tested unit, upper oven is now heating but very slow and wont go past 175. Found broil element receiving voltage at control but not at element itself. Tried finding a break in the line with no success. Upon further inspection found control molex connections and harness was miss wired from factory. Fixed wiring and reconnected to control. Spoke with SW and found red wire to connection CN76 was broken and Norway to repair back into connection. Was advised the harness is not repairable. Removed installed parts. Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling properly. Found temps in both RC and FC correct. Evap motors both enagaging and working properly. No excessive frost or ice build up. Big block of ice had formed in the fresh food evaporator and would not let door close. I then found items in the freezer door causing door not to close all the way. Advised CX on how to place foods correctly. CX will have to completely defrost unit for 48 hours minimum and I show CX how to properly defrost. I also explained to CX after defrosting unit to power unit back on and let it cool for minimum of 24 hrs. Unit should start to operate as normal after these procedures have been completed. "Arrived on site for unit being loud. Tightened up some of the bulk head screws, and secured the vent hose to eliminate some of the sound. Doing that did relieve the vibration sound. The customer is now complaining about th air flow sound being too loud. Called techline for assistance. Tech said there is nothing else to be done . He said that the air flow sound is normal. Tech gave SR# 7733690630. Job complete"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the control kit consisting of the hv control and UI (in front left RC door) and tested. When Im removed the UI, I found one the connections on the control was loose and broke off. When I began testing, I found the compressor came on but the unit was not cooling. I placed my oilless gauges on the unit and found no refrigerant in the system. I tested the sealed system with nitrogen and pumped 130psi into the system and within approximately 30 mins, the high side had dropped approximately 10 psi to 120psi. Using my liquid leak detector, I checked all system connections and found no leaks. Checked the evaporators and found no leaks. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of past repairs, repairs made today and my findings. Bruce provided SR#7733686775 and advised the unit is leaking inside the cabinet somewhere. He advised that someone from the manufacturer would contact the customer with further proceedings. I provided the SR number to my customer and advised that manufacturer would contact them within 24-48 hours with a resolution. Unit put back together and left unplugged for safety. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for frost build up in FC and FC light not working. Found FC gasket not sealing properly causing frost build up and door switch frozen in closed position. Removed excessive frost build up and light turned on. FC door switch tested good. Found top right corner of FC door gasket not sealing. Replaced gasket but new gasket has magnet strip twisted internally. Put original gasket back on and formed with heat gun. Tested unit, door is now sealing as designed. Advised customer to leave door closed to allow proper formation to settle. Unit is hooked up to under sink RO system. Advised customer of required water pressures for valve to function properly. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing ice. Upon inspection I found ice bin frozen over caused by the dispenser door leaking air. I installed new dispenser door and tested unit and found unit operating as designed

Arrived onsite for wall oven with perceived temp issues. Upon arrival I performed a temp test and found unit heating properly with no issues at all. I check fro codes and found no codes pertaining to the issue at hand. I did advise cx to remove the sheet of foil he had in the oven. Unit is operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for cooktop with gas smell. Upon arrival I perform a gas leak test and found that there was a leak coming from the gas regulator fitting. I sealed the threads on the fitting and tightened it up and tested it again and found that the leak is now gone. Tested cooktop orifices and found no leaks there. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with a malfunctioning detergent dispenser. Upon inspection I found that the dispenser door was broken. I replaced the dispenser and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed.

"Arrived to inspect. He unit had F0E3, F2E1 and F6E2 stored in memory. I found the control acted erratically upon initial power up and I inspected the motor assembly. The CX experienced high water levels within the area and water had shorted the connection, burning both the motor and harness side, at the lower connection area. The control, harness and stator assemblies will require replacement. The pump and shifter both operated as designed. I advised the CX to NOT plug the unit in until repaired. No leaks observed during service, I unplugged it and shut both water supplies off. for insurance created and saved. Motor, control and harness

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not starting. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and pressed start and the unit shut down and the display went blank, but never lost power. I tested voltage at the wall and terminal block and got 248V. Disassembled the unit and tested the element, cutoffs, thermostats and fuse and all were good except the element. I tested the element by disconnecting the WH4 connector and when I see start the unit stayed on. Eliminating this connector isolated the current to the motor and element. When I plugged the connector back into the control and sees start the unit shut down again. I the customer 56.15 (MS) for service//parts (motor, element & blower wheel). Customer advised they would purchase a new unit and the service/ fees of 22.72 (05.75+) (22.72 H49NY4). Unit reassembled and left unplugged. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and could hear it making a loud vibrating noise. I found the vent cover not secured at the top front section of the unit (photo). Tightened the screws and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that both compartments are no longer cooling properly. I inspected the FC evap cover and found frost built up on it. I gained access to the FC evaporator and found it engulfed in ice and frost. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost thermistor and it showed to be open. I tested ohms to the thermistor and found it way out of range. Using my steamer, I removed the ice from the thermistor clip and removed and replaced the thermistor. I tested defrost and the element came on and began to melt the ice. I had my customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and recommended that they unplug the unit and allow it to defrost for approximately 24 hours. Also recommended they place some towels around the unit to absorb any water that may leak from defrosting. I tested the unit and found the area where I removed the frost/ice is frosting up as designed. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit and if they see any frost building up on the evap cover again, to call it in for service at which time the hv control, UI & defrost thermistor will all need to be replaced together. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Then the back left burner would not click at all. I gained access to the harness and swapped the middle igniter onto the back left spark module. I found the back left spark module still not clicking. This indicates a bad back left burner spark module. I also found the switch harness and front right orifice holder bad. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) and wont unlock. Inspected you and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and ran the unit through diagnostics. Found an F3 E3 (inlet water temperature fault), F9 E1 (long drain), and F1 E2 (motor drive module over voltage) error codes. Attempted to take the unit out of the drain or unlock the lid but was unsuccessful in doing so. Removed the pressure hose off of the control and blew through it. Found that something had been stuck inside the pressure hose potentially causing the control to think water was still in the tub. Upon removing the pressure hose off of the control, the unit continued to drain and would not stop. Power cycled the unit and found the unit doing the same thing with the pressure hose off. Went to replace the control but found that the control had not been received yet. Will return with the control and drain pump and rescheduled customer to 5/25.; schdld next appmnt for 5/25 WED !"

Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found standing water in tub. Found voltage to drain pump is correct but drain pump not removing water. Inspected drain pump and did not see any debris. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival I performed a temp test and found Rc at 43* fc at 35* I performed a Homs tested on the defrost sensor and found that it was showing out of range. I also performed a volt check at the defrost heater Circuit and found 120vac then I performed a continuity check and found it showing open; ordrng 1 EBD61246710 (SENSOR ASSEMBLY) and 1 ADL73901318 (EVAPORATOR ASSEMBLY)

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water. Upon inspection I found the water line frozen. I steamed the lines and tested unit and found water dispensing normally. Upon further inspection I found that the door gasket had a rip in it causing a air leak. I am ordering 1x door gasket.and rescheduled for the 05/24/22.; ordrng 1 W10407212 (Door gasket)

Arrived onsite for LIGHTS ARE ON BUT WON'T RUN. Upon arrival test unit on diagnostics and got F4-E3 error code motor not running. Pull unit from cabinet to check for secure harness connection. Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Upon replacing parts found a drain pump was broken. Will need to re-order pump and return to replace both control and pump at the same time. Office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11412291 (Drain pump)

"Arrived onsite for unit not dispensing water and door alarm not functioning properly. Upon arrival inspected unit and found water not dispensing but could hear valve actuating when Pad is depressed. Upon further inspection found when a separate tube was placed at the valve, water is being dispensed. Called tech line for assistance. Found that The water tube from the valve to the left hinge area was frozen over. According to tech the customer can try adjusting the freezer temperature 2? to try and offset the freezing line. If this does not work, tech line will have to be called again due to potential void in insulation. Provided SR#7733679905. As for the door chime, the Open door indicator will only chime if the doors are completely open. If the doors are in a shut position but not completely closed the light will turn off but the chime Will not function. Even with the door partially open the unit believes the doors closed and will activate the water and ice dispenser. Ordering the Main board and switches. Customer will monitor water dispensing. Before replacing any parts, check if water is still dispensing. If dispensing is good, replace control and switches, if not call tech line. Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. Upon arrival tested unit. As unit was running found small trace of water near right leg of unit. Went to uninstall unit and found unit had not been correctly installed to begin with. One mounting screw had been broken and lodged in the cabinet and the other out of the mounting hole. The screws could not be accessed and are blocking the unit from being pulled out. Unit Needs to be made accessible. Advised customer not to use until full inspection can be made to determine where the unit was leaking. Customer will contact builder for uninstall. "Arrived on site for a range not heating evenly. Upon arrival the customer stated that one side will cook all the way through while simultaneously the other side will not. I found they typically use convect bake. I gained access to the back of the unit and ohmd out the sensor. It read 1.1k indicating the oven should be at room temp. However, in diagnostics mode it was showing the control reading the sensor at 121?F. I then ran a convect bake and found the burners heating even, but the convect fan never turned on. I checked voltage going to the convect fan and found none. These both indicate a faulty control. I am ordering the control and will bring back the sensor and fan to verify functionality after the control install. Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival to go complaint and found temperatures in both apartments close to room temp then found that both condenser fan and evaporator fans are running and compressor is also running but only pulling in .43 A. I also found that the evaporational had lost over 95% if its coolness/frost/moister and refrigerant wasnt passing through system. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises and flap on left door hitting right door. Upon further inspection, I could hear the damper motor and the customer advised that it was the noise they keep hearing. Also, when opening the left RC door, the mullion makes a cracking noise. I removed and replaced the damper and found the part sent with me today to replace the mullion was the wrong part. I am ordering the mullion and scheduled return service for 05/24/22.
