"Arrived on site to inspect washer not agitating or spinning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit valve operated as designed, but the unit failed to agitate or spin. I could hear the motor windings functioning, but not strong enough to turn the basket. Tested the capacitor and found it bad. Customer agreed to the repair and paid in full with CC. I removed and replaced the capacitor and calibrated then retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave shutting down after opening the unit door. Upon further inspection, I found the unit getting voltage but the display was not on. I uninstalled the unit and and tested the fuse and found it bad. I tested ohms to the switches and thermostats and all were good. I found where coffee had spilled into the unit and gotten into the main control area. Customer advised that the unit went dead when they opened the door while the unit was operating. I advised that due to the door opening while in operation, the switches sensed an interference and thats what caused the fuse to go bad. I removed and replaced the fuse with a part from my van stock (W11315605) and retested the unit and it is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer press the stop button before opening the door to keep from the switches triggering the fuse to go out again. I placed the unit back into its space and retested and it continues to operate as designed. Job completed."

I advised the customer that the unit will need a new control and it is currently out of stock. I am ordering the main control and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the part. Also, upon return, customer will have their receipt for POP (11-11-21). I plugged the unit back in and disassembled the FC section to monitor the frost pattern on the evaporator. Checked amp draw from the compressor and found .87amps. Continued to monitor the evaporator and found the frost pattern good. I found the defrost element bad, as is the bimetal. I left the unit unplugged for safety. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying dishes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have tried everything to get the unit to dry dishes including using rinse aid. I find the dispenser empty, but there was a small amount of rinse aid residue in the bottom of the dispenser (photo). I found a burnout spot on the right side of the element. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I checked amp draw to the element and it was showing 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles of testing. Due to the burnout spot, I removed and replaced the element and retested and the unit continues to operate as designed. I made recommendations for use & care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burner flames too high. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that she believes the front right burner flame is too high. I tested the burner and the flame was correct. The customer advised that the flame gets higher with a pot on. I retested with a pot and the flame got wider with the size of the pot and was normal. I tested the front left burner and found it taking too long to ignite. I removed and replaced the burner head and retested and it is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Found drain line standpipe had a bunch of paper towels to prevent small from standpipe possible causing unit siphon. Removed paper towels. Performed diagnostics mode and checked error codes. Found error code F8-E1 long fill. Cleared error code and ran automatic test cycle. Found when unit went to spin it had an abnormal noise. Ran manual test mode and tested inlet valve several times and found good pressure from hot and cold. Ran automatic spin cycle with motor guard off and found failed gearcase.

The customer advised that the sides of the inner door are gaining steam and water after operation. It is not bad enough where it is leaking but they are concerned that it will begin to leak if the unit is not serviced. I did run the unit through an auto cycle and could not replicate any leaks but did find the gasket bowed in two separate areas with a slight tear on one of the corners. Want to head and replaced the door gasket with a truck stock door gasket. Tested the unit again in the unit is working as designed. Call complete.; used 1 W11483553 (Door gasket) from stock

"Arrived on site for a washing machine making a loud noise. Upon arrival the customer provided a video of the noise. It sounded like an abnormally loud clanking or clicking. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a diagnostics test and individually activated the fast agitate and spin. I could not replicate the noise. I gained access to the gearcase at the bottom. I found the shaft on the gearcase had abnormal play, and the up and down play is likely the cause of the noise. I also found a very small amount of gearcase oil on the rotor starting to appear. I am ordering the gearcase to replace and we will return with the slider to install too. They found that when trying to use the bake option they could press start and it would show the loading screen, but the relay would never click and start. However, the broil seemed to work fine. I gained access to the fan and found all connectors tightly secured and the harness good. I then gained access to the control and checked voltage coming from the control during test 3 step 3 and found a good 14VDC. This indicates a faulty evap fan and harness. Arrived on site for fridge tripping the breaker. I inspected the unit and work area. I put the unit into diagnostics and tested individual components. I got the test 6 defrost sensor and the unit tripped. I tested the sensor from the control and found it working. I tested the sensor and heating element to chassis ground and found continuity to ground for the heating element. I gained access to the defrost heater and unplugged the heater. I retested the unit and it didnt trip. I am ordering the defrost heater. Reschedule for Wednesday 3/9/22; ordrng 1 WP12729128 (Defrost heater) and 1 W11109595 (Evaporator harness)

Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining and breaker tripping. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the drain pump coming on and stopping. I checked voltage to the drain pump and found 60 vac. I checked voltage to the control and found 240 vac. I tested voltage at the outlet and found the same. I plugged the unit into another outlet and verified 120 vac. I found the control only sending 15 vac to the drain pump and the pump ohming out at 1.36 kohms. The dishwasher will need a control and drain pump. Customer declined the estimate. I recommend they have an electrician come out for the outlet. Job complete.

Upon arrival I confirmed the complaint and found the bottom rack missing five out of the eight wheels and it needed for the rack to properly sit in place due to the wheels missing the rack was sagging down and causing the sprayer not to be able to spin properly and get the dishes evenly distributed with water for cleansing. Found water supply to inlet valve loose and was able to turn by hand. Tighter connection and found no longer leaking. Performed diagnostics mode and tested ice maker operation and found d fill tube frozen. Measured resistance at heater and found 1.6 k ohms. Ran test 19 and measured voltage and found 120 volts . Found fascia warming and no heat from fill tube. Will need to replace fill tube heater. Schedule return for Tuesday the 8th.; schdld next appmnt for 3/8 TUE !
